가정간편식 제품 개발을 위한 소비자의 요구도 및 선택속성의 중요도-만족도 분석

Purpose: This study conducted an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of selective attributes of Home Meal Replacement (HMR) as well as it examined the consumers' needs and willingness to buy HMR products to explore the need for developing more HMR products. Methods: This study was conducted among domestic consumers living in Seoul and its metropolitan areas, in the age range from the 20s to the 50s, and who had experience in purchasing HMR products. From the 490 surveys retrieved, 472 (96.3%) valid surveys were analyzed. Results: The analysis of the frequency of consuming HMR products showed the following results: 247 respondents answered '1-3 times a month' (52.3%); 167 respondents stated '1-2 times a week' (35.3%). With respect to the reason of purchase, 'simplicity of the recipe' was the most common, accounting for 188 respondents (39.8%), followed by 'time efficiency' accounting for 172 respondents (36.4%). Analysis of the demand for bibimbap (mixed rice) HMR products showed that 'chicken bibimbap' had the highest preference with 5.32 points, followed by 'bulgogi bibimbap' (5.08 points), and 'kimchi bibimbap' (4.96 points). In the case of HMR products that need to undergo further development, 'low-sodium products' received the highest points of 5.41 points, followed by 'small packaged products' (5.05 points), and 'functional products' (4.98 points). The factor analysis of the 13 selective attributes showed that they can be divided into 3 factors. The IPA analysis of the selective attributes of HMRs showed 'hygiene', 'taste', 'easy to go packaging', 'convenience in intake', and 'accessibility' in the 1st quadrant. In the 2nd quadrant, 'price' and 'freshness' were shown as the factors. In the 3rd quadrant, 'easy to serve', 'familiar food menu', and 'consistent menu' were shown as the leading factors, and in the 4th quadrant, 'saving labor' was the only factor. Conclusion: Based on these results, the research concludes that with respect to developing HMR products, there is a high demand for low sodium, low calorie, small packaged products; thus, showing the need to develop various HMR products for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it shows that there is a need to consider developing HMR products that can maintain freshness at an affordable price.

한국프로야구 선수들의 연봉 산정 모델 개발

[Purpose] The main purpose of this current study is two-fold. Firstly, it attempts to develop a model to determine the true market value of Korean professional baseball players (hitters only) solely based on their athletic performances on the field. Secondly, it is to provide the evidential data for the market value of baseball players in Korea. [Methods] The statistical data and performance information were obtained from baseball almanac from KBO from 1997 to 2016. Seven hundred and ninety three players were included for data analysis. Principal component factor analysis was utilized to eliminate multicollinearity among 12 sabermetrics indices (OPS, GPA, SECA, TA, RC, RC/27, XR, ISO, PSN, sOBA, %OW, BABIP) and increase power of explanation of the proposed model with KMO(=0.77), p<0.001. [Results] The proposed model was successfully developed with YSalary = Years of Experience*921.5 + FA (free agent)*53528.9 + PHI(Power Hitter Index)*7313 + CHI(Contact Hitter Index)*5893.6. Furthermore, the proposed model explained 64.5% of variances of the market value for the Korean professional baseball players and proved to be statistically valid. [Conclusions] The newly developed model in this study was very helpful for us to identify the variables that affect the true market value of baseball players. It is expected that this model could make an important contribution in determining true market value of the baseball players in Korea.

허들과 박스를 이용한 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 도약선수의 등속성 하지 근기능과 수직도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects on the isokinetic leg muscular function and Sargent jump of male college group and adult group jumpers through the plyometric training with using hurdles and boxes. To achieve this goal, 14 subjects were selected and they were assigned 7 for HPTG and 7 for BPTG respectively. We asked them to conduct the plyometric training which was by using the boxes and hurdles of the height 91.4 cm 3 times per week and total 8 weeks. The knee joint muscular function of the isokinetic muscular function and Sargent jump test were not altered after exercise in both groups. Before and after training, the HPTG was improved significantly, knee extension (left, right) and knee flexion (left, right). But the BPTG was improved significantly only knee extension (left). In the Sargent jump of the measured results before and after training, the HPTG (p < .05) and BPTG (p < .05) were all improved significantly. In synthesizing these results, the improved results for isokenetic muscle function and Sargent jump were found in the plyometric training with using the hurdles. Thus, using hurdles will be very helpful in performance-enhancing as well as the efficiency for schools as well as even elite athletes.

Since the notion of Sabermetrics was introduced into the business of baseball operations, several meaningful outcomes (i.e., win/loss prediction model and econometric indices of performances) have been developed and utilized in the past decade. As the salary amount of free agents (FA) baseball players skyrocketed, whether being FA athletes or not has become the most critical factor measuring their current and future market value in the baseball industry. Therefore, the main purposes of this current study are (1) to segregate FA and non-FA athletes into two groups and (2) to extract the meaningful factors which would eventually contribute to valuation of their market value, respectively. The performance records and salary information of total 3,343 former and current professional baseball players from 1997 to 2015 were obtained. 728 players were qualified and met the minimum conditions to be included in this study. The results included that XR (.30), SecA(0.30), batting average (0.29) were determined to be critical factors to affect market value for FA players while RC/27(0.47), homerun (0.27), age (0.11), and double hits (0.05) for non-FA players.

스포츠사고 시 응급처치와 민사 책임

본 연구는 생활스포츠 참여자가 안전사고로 인하여 응급상황이 발생한 경우 부상자의 조속한 회복과 스포츠시설 운영자의 민사책임 및 부상자의 권리구제 방안을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 민법이론과 판례 및 법조문의 해석방법을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 스포츠시설 운영자의 민사책임으로는 첫째, 민법 390조의 채무불이행에 의한 민사책임으로서 손해배상책임이 있다. 채무불이행으로 인한 손해배상책임에는 민법 390조 계약위반에 의한 손해배상책임과 391조의 이행보조자의 고의 · 과실에 의한 손해배상책임이 있다. 이는 민법 제1조 신의성실의 원칙에 의한 책임으로서 스포츠시설 운영자가 이용자에게 갖는 안전배려의 의무를 위반한 경우와 이행보조자의 고의 · 과실로 인한 손해가 발생한 경우 시설 운영자가 지게 되는 손해배상책임이다. 둘째, 민법 제750조의 불법행위에 의한 손해배상책임이다. 불법행위 책임에는 운영자의 가해행위에 의한 750조의 일반불법행위 책임과 피용자의 가해행위에 의한 756조의 사용자 책임, 그리고 스포츠시설의 설치와 관리에 하자가 있어 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대한 758조의 공작물 등의 점유자와 소유자의 배상책임이 있다. 채무불이행에 의한 민사책임과 불법행위에 의한 민사책임이 성립하기 위해서는 각각 성립요건이 충족되어야 하며, 피해자에게는 모두 손해배상청구권이 발생한다. 향후 스포츠 참여자의 안전사고로 인한 권리를 확대하기 위해 형사책임과 행정책임을 포함한 법적 책임형태에 관하여 지속적인 연구들이 진행될 필요성이 있다. This paper is a research on the First-aid measure and the civil responsibilities for the recovery of the injured which come after any sports accidents during the participation in Sport for All. For the purpose I have studied the Civil Law theory, legal provisions and the Cases through the interpretive method and I have reached the results as follows : Firstly, As the Civil liabilities on the operator of the facility there is a compensation for the demage according to the default on the provision 390 of the Civil Law. It includes the liability for damage according to the breach of contract on the provision 390 of the Civil Law and the liability for damage according to the intention or negligence of the performance assistant on the provision 391 of the Civil Law. Secondly, there is a liability for damage according to the illegal act on the provision 750 of the Civil Law. It includes the general illegal act liability according to the harmful act of the operator on the provision 750, vicarious liability of master by the harmful act of the employee on the provision 756 and the liability of the possessor & owner of the structures on the provision 758 of the Civil Law when customers have damage because sports facility have a flaw from installation to management. For the Civil liability by the default & illegal act, requirement for establishment need to be met. A claim for damages goes to be occurred for the victim. We need to study about Criminal liabilities and Administrative liabilities after this study for expansion of the victim’s rights.

각종 간질환 환자에서 지질분획 및 HDL Subfraction 의 변동

N/A To assess the differences in lipid metabolism among the various liver disease groups lipoprotein profiles and HDL subfractions were measured in 23 patients with various liver disease who were admitted to Kyung Hee University Hospital. The result are as follows; 1) In the lipoprotein profiles, VLDL and HDL- cholesterol levels decreased most significantly in all disease group and LDL level increased in acute hepatitis group. 2) In HDL subfraction, decreased level of HDL2-cholesterol in acute hepatitis groups and that of HDL3-cholesterol in liver cirrhosis group were most significant. 3) Among the biochemical parameters of LFT, serum GPT and bilirubin had reverse correlation with HDL2-cholesterol, and serum albumin and prothrombin time had correlation with HDL3-cholesterol. The alterations of lipid profiles and HDL subfraction in parenchymal liver diseases were observed and positive correlation between HDL3-cholesterol and serum. albumin, and decreased HDL, cholesterol in liver cirrhosis group may represent that HDL, cholesterol may reflect the capacity of hepatic protein synthesis or hepatic reserve.

태권도의 걱정거리 탐색과 미래적 기획

Taekwondo is a major cultural content that represents Korea. As reflected in the fact that the official communication in Taekwondo during Olympic Games uses Korean language, Taekwondo boasts a huge number of its trainee populations. Despite the fact the globalization of Taekwondo is rated as successful, the current situation in Korea on the other hand is by no means optimistic. Taekwondo in Korea is facing a lot of questions against the values it pursues in training and also does not improve beyond the previously accepted theories, experiencing an essential limitation in becoming an academic discipline. Also, its development based on the ruling political power has helped sustain the authoritarian ideology and prevented its effort to acquire a democratic organizational culture. Plus, rapid socio-environmental changes are ushering the current situation of Taekwondo into an impending doom of crisis. The practical assignments to work for activation of Taekwondo are still only being discussed inside the research lab, and it is hard to find their application in the actual instruction sites. Therefore, the author of this study aims to categorize the topics of the so-called improvement solutions or the practical assignments from the perspective of culturism. That is, this study claims that the specific improvement solutions must be made after taking Taekwondo`s pursuit of cultural orientation as the major premise. Even though ssireum(Korean traditional wrestling) in Korean society and Sumo in Japan are both the traditional sport of each nation, they are expected to go completely different ways. Likewise, Taekwondo must be focused on the aspect of cultural planning. In any case, looking from the current point of view, the cultural orientation of Taekwondo should be set as the specific goal in various reform movements of Taekwondo through their mutual ties.
