This study suggests a conceptualization model of ‘cultural inclusiveness’ organically connected to social inclusiveness, by expanding the implications of urban inclusiveness to the domain and relationship. Based on the process of necessity of relation, connection of space, and execution of act, the cultural inclusiveness could be connected to the formation of organic/learning relation, the creation of openness focusing on public space, and the practice of diverse subjects. Concretely, the concept of cultural inclusiveness is applied to the case of ‘Hongdae-ap’. The recent Hongdae-ap is showing the value of coexistence such as the establishment of environment that could protect the diversity of individual subjects and groups(artists, residents, government officials, students, cultural activists, citizens, tourists, and etc.), the formation of public space such as ‘Hongdae-up playground’, ‘pedestrian-friendly street’, and ‘Gyeongui- Line book street’, social network service & horizontal network, and access. 본 연구는 도시 포용성의 함의를 영역성과 함께 관계성을 더해 확장하여, 사회적 포용성과 유기적으로 연계되는 ‘문화적 포용성’의 개념화 모델을 제시한다. 문화적 포용성은 관계의 필요와 공간의 연결, 행위를 통한 실행의 과정을 바탕으로 유기적·학습 관계의 형성 및 공적 공간을 중심으로 한 개방성의 창출, 다양한 주체의 실천으로 연계될수 있다. 구체적으로는 문화적 포용성의 개념을 ‘홍대앞’ 사례에 적용한다. 최근 홍대앞은 개별 주체 및 그룹·집단들(예술가, 주민, 관, 학생, 문화 활동가, 시민, 관광객 등)의 다양성을 보호할 수 있는 환경 조성, ‘홍대앞 놀이터’, ‘걷고싶은 거리’, ‘경의선 책거리’ 등의 공적 공간 형성, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 및 수평적인 관계망, 접속 등의 요소가 공존의가치로 나타나고 있다.

High-Manganese (Mn) austenitic steel, with over 24 wt% Mn content, offers outstanding mechanical properties in cryogenic settings, making it a potential replacement for existing cryogenic materials. This high manganese steel exhibits high strength, ductility, and wear resistance, making it promising for applications like LNG tanks, flanges, and valves. To operate in cryogenic environments, hot forging and heat treatment processes are vital, especially in flange production. The cooling rate during high-temperature cooling after hot forging plays a critical role in influencing the microstructure and mechanical properties of high manganese steel. The rate at which cooling occurs during this process influences the size of the grains and the distribution of manganese and consequently has an impact on mechanical properties. This study assessed the microstructure and mechanical properties based on different cooling rates during the hot forging of High-Mn steel flanges. Comparing air and water cooling after hot forging, followed by heat treatment, revealed notable differences in grain size. These differences directly impacted mechanical properties such as tensile strength, hardness, and Charpy impact property. Understanding these effects is crucial for optimizing the performance and reliability of High-Mn steel in cryogenic applications.
수도권 대기오염물질 배출권거래제에 대한 고찰 및 총량제 확대 시행을 위한 제언

The cap-and-trade system against the air pollutants in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA), Korea has been implemented since 2008 and will be implemented other areas in Korea on 2020. In this study, to identify the outcome and effectiveness of the cap-and-trade system in the SMA, (1) the rate of change for NOx and SOx emissions, (2) differences between the real emission and allocated amount, and (3) the status of trading are reviewed. It was found that the NOx and SOx emissions from the sources under the cap-and-trade system decreased in the SMA but the reduction was mainly due to the reduction of fuel usage not related to the system. It was found that the average percentage of annual emission in the SMA to the allocated amount between 2008 and 2018 was 66.9% for NOx and 69.3% for SOx, respectively. It suggests that there was over allocation of the emission amounts. The average trading prices in the SMA were 0.193 $/kg for NOx and 0.128 $/kg for SOx, far lower than those in RECLAIM, 131.942 $/kg and 81.677 $/kg, respectively. It was suggested that (1) the cap system for NOx and SOx emissions should be implemented only for the area with high emission ratio from large point sources, (2) the trade system is not suitable for the effective implementation of the cap system, and (3) Korean government should not allow over allocation in order to ensure sound market function without delaying the introduction of technology.
차량용 MEMS 가속도계의 Error Analysis 와 Stochastic Modeling

This paper presents the error analysis and stochastic modeling of commercial low-cost MEMS Accelerometers. Although Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) based sensors have been utilized for the automotive applications on the benefits of low inherent cost, small size, low power consumption, and solid reliability, it is significantly important to characterize the error behaviors of MEMS-based sensors and to construct more sophisticated mathematical modeling methods for further automotive applications. The errors of MEMS-based accelerometer have been identified into deterministic and stochastic error sources and the stochastic error part was mainly discussed in terms of modeling using discrete parameter models of stationary random process. Appropriate AR models have been proposed, which can be used to help development of automotive integrated applications.
