The purpose of this study was to present the basic pattern for one piece which are being used in Italy, and analyze the method of pattern making. 1. The basic item of pattern making were the height and the chest girth. 2. According to the standard measurement for the chest girth, the drop value of the burst was added 2cm with that, the hip girth was added 4cm with that, and the waist girth was subtracted 8cm with that. 3. The geight was used as a determinate factor of length item. 4. The chest girth was used a determinate factor of width item.

The purpose of this study is to make an academic and technical contribution to clothing construction and clothing human ergonomics. As a research method, the study collected the data from female adults, fifty persons separately from 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s and measured 49 items about human body. Using these items, the study statistically analyses the characteristics of human body, in accordance with the age. According to the analysis, the horizontal items such as the circumference and width are revealed as the key factors of shaping human bodies. Among the 20s, the vertical factors are as important as the horixontal factors among the adults in the 20s, and the latter is more important than the former amon the other aged adults. This shows that the circumference and width are influenced by the various changing factors of somatotype.

As Taean area is peninsular which is surrounded by Yellow Sea, natural and geographical circumstance is different from the other area which have the same latitude. So, for the substitution of different practical material plants, growing conditions, families, obtainability, etc. are considered. The earnest flowering cultivating unit is the text book for the 4th grade. Among the introduced flowers and plants, 62.5% of them are the species from foreign countries. So, this paper tries to substitute species from foreign countries to pure somethings in Taean area.

A study on making stage costume effective and active ways in creating them with the survey on the historic aspects and theoretical bases for dramas or plays has been done it reached to the following conclusions 1.Stage costume must be adapted to dramatic image and atmosphere according to a director's opinion and a stage intention. 2.Stage costume must be felt likely aged in costume and showed a three-dimensional effect instead of plane angle on stage using of splay effect by lacquer spray. 3.Stage costume must be designed and producted by course of modification and change base on reappearance through historical research for costume and characteristic appearance of traditional costume. 4.Through historical research, stage costume must be creative and attempted various change by using of knowledge and modern sense for cloth structure, pattern and hand, etc..

여자 기성복 치수에 관한 연구 : 이태리 여자 기성복치수에 대해서 A case of the Italian Women's Ready-to-Wear size

The purpose of this study was to present the table of women's ready-to-wear sizes which are being used in Italy as positive data, and analyze the numerical formula of data in the table, and to furnish data for an accurate developement of slopers and a rational classification of sizes. A standard body figure was used in the study. The results of the study were as follows ; ① The basic items of siza table were the height and the chest circumference. ② The indications of size classification were based on even number value measurement of chest girth circumference. ③ The chest girth was used as a determinant factor of bust girth, waist girth, hip girth, chest width, back width, and arm diameter. And each item's numerical formula was based on the chest girth. ④ The height was used as a determinant factor of back waist length, front waist length, hip length, one-piece length, Jacket length, sleeve length, skirt length, slacks length, and crotch length. ⑤ By using of a desirable body proportion division, each length item was numerically formularized as division into eight parts numerical value.

The purpose of this study was to present information to apply and development of bodice pattern, comparing the difference and character of two kinds of bodice patterns and secoli's which are being used in domestic. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The bust girth was the largest B pattern, C pattern in the waist girth, A pattern in the arm hole. 2. A, B pattern were appeared same trends in length item, C pattern was appeared the langer than A, B the bust line above. 3. Uniting the back and chest width line of every patterns A pattern was the largest in arm hole width.

전염성 조혈기 괴사 바이러스(IHNV)의 항원 유도 단백질 특성

To identify the immunogens of a PRT strain of Infectious Hematopoietci Necrosis Virus(IHNV) isolated from cultrued fish in Korea (Park et al., 1993), a panel of 4 monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against IHNV-PRT strain and two polyclonal antisera from rainbow trout survived IHN disease were prepared. Proteins of purified IHNV-PRT strain were analysed on 10% SDS-PAGE and transferred onto NC paper and were incubated with the antibody solutions. With the polyclonal antibodies, four bands (M₁, M₂, G and 90Kd) were detected and the band density was in the order of M₂$gt;90Kd$gt;M₁$gt;G. However, with the MAbs, only two bands(G and 90Kd) were detected. The origin of 90Kd protein was not clear but maybe cell. All the results represented that among the five proteins of IHNV-PRT strain (Part et al., 1993). M₂, M₁ and G proteins were immunogens and M₂ protein was the strongest one.

This study was purposed to investigate the relationship between the heat transfer coefficients and the physical characters of fifty kinds of the domestic and foreign women's dress lining fabrics on the market. The physical characters were areal weight, thickness, bulk density, porosity, cover factor and air permeability. The result were as follows ; 1. Among the physical characters of lining fabrics, the thickness had effected mostly on the ehat transfer coefficient. 2. The relationship between thickness, areal weight, porosity and the heat transfer coefficient was inverse. And the relationship between the bulk density, air permeability and the heat transfer coefficient was ordered. 3. The Prosity of lining fabrics was lower that that of outwear fabrics, according to the higher bulk density and cover factor. Accordingly, the effect of the cover factor and the areal weight of lining fabrics on the heat transfer coefficient was considerably small, compared with that of outwear fabrics.
