Grain boundary chemistry and electrical characteristics of polycrystalline BaTiO3 ceramics, which were prepared with sol-gel surface-coated semiconducting powders, were investigated. Mn ions were coated on the powder surface by sol-gel coating-techniques. The additives coated on the surface of the powders were observed to be present near the grain boundaries of the ceramics. The ceramics exhibit the PTCR characteristics with a resistivity jump ratio(Pmax/Pmin) of about 2$\times$103. With raising the temperature from room temprature to 20$0^{\circ}C$, the oxidation state of the Mn ions varied from Mn3+ to Mn2+ in the coating layers. Near the grain boundaries an excessive negative charge layer of about 20nm was formed.
반도체 분말을 이용하여 제조된 $SrTiO_3$소결체의 소결 분위기에 따른 입계 화학 및 전기적 특성

반도성 SrTiO$_3$분말을 이용하여 상압에서 제조된 소결체의 소결 분위기에 따른 소결체 입계의 결함 화학 및 전기적 특성을 고찰하였다. 소결 분위기를 질소-수소, 질소, 공기로 변화시킴에 따라서 입계에서 O/(Sr+Ti)의 비는 1.6로부터 2.1로 증가하였으며, 또한 입계의 과잉 음전하층에서 전하 밀도는 1C/$ extrm{cm}^2$로부터 1.26C/$\textrm{cm}^2$로 증가하였다. 소결체의 문턱 전압, 입계 저항 그리고 입계 전위 장벽은 소결 분위기를 질소-수소로부터 공기로 변화시킴에 따라 6.40-1000 V/cm, 2.70-3050 kΩ 그리고 0.08-10.9 eV로 각각 증가하였다.

고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터법을 이용한 YIG(yttrium iron garnet)박막 제조시 기판유형, 기판온도, 스퍼터전력, 스퍼터가스 등의 증착변수와 증착후 열처리 조건이 YIG 박막의 결정성, 화학조성, 미세구조 그리고 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 75$0^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 수행한 증착후 열처리에 의하여 비정질 박막이 결정화되었으며, 특히 GGG(gadolinium gallium garnet)기판 위에 제조된 박막은 강한 (111)우선배향성을 나타냈다. 박막조성은 스퍼터가스 내의 산소분율에 민감하게 영향을 받았으며, 산소분율이 20%인 스퍼터가스를 사용하여 제조된 박막은 Y2.88Fe3.84O12의 조성을 나타내었다. 증착후 열처리 온도가 90$0^{\circ}C$로부터 110$0^{\circ}C$로 증가함에 따라, GGG 기판위의 박막의 표면거칠기는 2.5nm에서 40nm로 증가하였으며, 보자력과 강자성 공명 선폭은 감소하였다.

The defect chemistry and electrical characteristics of the grain boundaries of semiconducting SrTiO3 ceramics synthesized with wet-chemically surface-coated powders were investigated. The starting powders were separated into groups of 1-10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ 10-20${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ etc by sedimentation and sieving methods. Na+ ions were absorbed on the powder surfaces by wet chemical-treatment method. The width of the grain boundary ranged up to several nm and the intergranular materials was amorphous. The additives coated on the surface of the powders were observed to be present at the grain boundaries of the ceramics. The diffusion depth of the additives into grains was about 30nm for the SrTiO3 ceramics synthesized with 5w/o coated materials, The threshold voltage grain boundary resistance and boundary potential barrier of the ceramics increased from 0.67V/cm 2.27k$\Omega$ and 0.05eV to 80.9V/cm 13.0k$\Omega$ 1.44eV with increasing the amount of the additives from 0 to 5 w/o respectively .

Cerium substituted YIG thin films were grown by rf magnetron sputter techniques. We investigated the effects of post-deposition heat-treatment as well as various deposition parameters such as substrate materials, substrate temperature, sputter power, and sputter gas types on the crystallinity, chemical composition, microstructure and magnetic characteristics of the films. Post-deposition heat treatment over 750℃ was applied to crystallize as-prepared amorphous films, and a strong tendency of particular crystallographic planes lying parallel to substrate surface was observed for the post-deposition heat-treated films on GGG substrate. The chemical composition of the films exhibited a wide range of chemical stoichiometry depending on the oxygen fraction of sputter gas, and in particular the composition of the film deposited in sputter gas with an oxygen fraction of R=10% was Ce_(0.23)Y_(1.30)Fe_(3.50)O₁₂. With raising the temperature of post-deposition heat-treatment from 900℃ to 1100℃, the surface roughness of the film on GGG substrates increased from about 3 ㎚ to 40 ㎚, but their coercive force and ferromagnetic resonance line width decreased from 0.477 ㎄/m to 0.369 ㎄/m and from 12.5 ㎄/m to 8.36 ㎄/m, respectively.
청년농업인에 있어 영농실습 특성이 수용의도에 미치는 영향

In order to improve the structure of agricultural management in Korea, a significant task lies in cultivating young farmers who have relatively secured farming engagement periods. In particular, in order to shorten the steps and time required to settle, and to develop as a core farmer, the importance of farming practice conducted in the field is emphasized. Therefore, a survey of young farmers who participate in farming practice was conducted to measure the effect of farming practice and to structurally analyze the factors affecting farming settlement. Based on the analysis, the mediation effect analysis result of job commitment and job satisfaction, particularly in the relationship between the characteristics of farming practice and acceptance intentions, showed that the educational support and environment, as well as the educational content and design, were found to have a positive effect on the acceptance intentions indirectly through job satisfaction. Considering the variables of farming practice characteristics and the influence of job attitude and acceptance intentions, rather than recognizing that farming practice values simply need to be experienced, it is necessary to bring support so that the importance of the practice itself can be felt from the perspective of young farmers. It is necessary to develop a systematic program for farming practices and to build a structure that can reflect the various opinions of prospective young farmers in order to improve the educational outcome.
Hemorrhagic Acalculous Cholecystitis in Pyogenic Spondylodiscitis Patient

Hemorrhagic cholecystitis (HC) is a rare form of cholecystitis that may be caused by the progression of either calculous or acalculous cholecystitis, which has been reported sporadically as case reports. Acalculous cholecystitis is often diagnosed late and can be fulminant. HC without gallstones also can have a poor prognosis and be linked to a high mortality rate. Therefore, early detection, hemodynamic monitoring, and prompt treatment are essential to treat bleeding in cholecystitis. We report a case of hemorrhagic acalculous cholecystitis discovered during the examination and point-of-care ultrasound in a patient with pyogenic spondylodiscitis. The patient was referred with a chief complaint of liver dysfunction without bleeding tendencies or risk factors. Ultrasound revealed focal gallbladder wall irregularity, intraluminal membranes, and non-shadowing non-layering intraluminal echoes. Extravascular contrast leakage was exhibited on the computed tomography scan. The patient underwent emergency percutaneous drainage and subsequent cholecystectomy before developing major complications.
