대규모 LPWA기반 네트워크에서 분산된 주차 공간 관리서비스의 설계 및 구현

도시의 급속한 발전과 인구유입에 따른 차량의 증가로 부족한 도시의 주차 공간에 대한 효율적인 관리가 필요하고 사용자에게 보다 편리함을 제고할 필요가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 주차장 관리시스템은 공간적 및 시간적으로 제한되어 있거나, 편리함을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광역의 분산된 주차 공간 관리서비스에 LPWA기반의 통신, IoT 클라우드를 구축하여 주차 공간 관리서비스에 대한 효율화 및 편리성을 높이도록 제안한다. 주차 센서는 주차장의 주차 공간 정보를 수집하며 저전력 광역 네트워크를 통해 전송되며, 모든 주차 데이터는 IoT 클라우드에서 처리되고 분석되어, 주차 공간관리 서비스 시스템을 통하여, 도시의 사람들에게 주차 가능 면적을 확인하도록 하여 시간적인 편리함과 주차 공간에 대한 면적 효율화를 제공한다. Due to the development of cities and the increase of vehicles, effective control of parking space management service in cities is needed. However, the existing parking lot management system does not provide limited or convenient service in terms of space and time. In this paper, we propose distributed parking space management service based on large scale LPWA (Low-Power Wide-Area). The parking sensor collects parking space information from the parking lot and is transmitted over a low-power wide network. All parking data is processed and analyzed in the IoT cloud. Through a parking space management service system in all cities, users are given the temporal convenience of determining the parking space and the area efficiency of the parking space.

재일조선인 2세 영화감독 박수남은 다수의 다큐멘터리 영화 제작을 통해 조선인군부와 위안부피해자의 증언을 기록하여 왔다. 조선인 전쟁피해자들의 ‘한(恨)’을 기록한 그녀의 영화는 식민지배 역사의 실태를 파악·이해할 수 있는 귀중한 사료이다. 최근 일본에서는 그녀의 영화가 지닌 영화·사료적 가치를 재조명하는 움직임이 조금씩 나타나고 있다. 하지만 정작 그녀의 조국인 한국에서는 그 존재조차 잘 알려져 있지 않으며, 재일조선인 영화연구에서도 본격적인 연구대상이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 박수남 영화연구의 일환으로 오키나와전투에 강제 동원된 조선인군부와 위안부피해자의 증언을 기록한 영화 〈아리랑のうた-オキナワからの証言〉과 〈ぬちがふぅ(命果報)-玉砕場からの証言〉에 주목하여, 그녀가 조선인 전쟁피해자들의 전쟁 기억을 어떻게 기록하고 있는지를 벤야민(Walter Benjamin)의 역사 구성 원리를 토대로 살펴보았다. 특히 벤야민이 자신의 역사관을 현실화하는 방법으로 중요시하였던 ‘몽타주’ 개념에 초점을 두어 박수남의 영화가 일본/일본인의 ‘피해’와 ‘희생’으로 요약되는 전후 일본의 자국중심주의적 전사(戰史)에 새로운 해석의 가능성을 제시하고 있음을 밝혀 보고자 하였다. The second-generation Zainichi film director Park Soo-nam has produced a number of documentary films which contain testimonies of Korean military laborers and comfort women. Her movies have recorded the unique ‘Han’ sentiment of Korean war victims, and are invaluable historical records allowing a better understanding of the realities of Japan’s colonial rule. Recently, there are moves to shed a new light on her movies’ historical value in Japan. Ironically, Park Soo-nam is hardly known as a film director in her homeland, Korea, and her works have yet to become a subject of research on Zainichi film. This paper, as a part of research on Park Soo-nam’s films, studies how she has recorded war memories of Korean war victims, largely by drawing on the constitutive principles of Walter Benjamin’s view of history. This study focuses on her movies 〈Song of Arirang-voices from Okinawa〉 and 〈Nuchigafu-Life is a Treasure “Gyokusai” Stories in the Battle of Okinawa〉, which record testimonies of forcibly mobilized comfort women and Korean military laborers sent to Okinawa. It pays particular attention to the concept of “montage,” which Benjamin valued realize his view of history. and thus tries to determine that Park Soo-nam’s movies suggest possibly a new interpretation of the postwar Japanese self-centric war history, which can be summarized as the suffering and sacrifice on the part of Japan/Japanese population.

과학자가 되려면 다른 학문에 비해 어렵고 특히 기초과학연구를 하는 과학자의 경우는 더욱 어려운 공부를 계속하여야 한다. 그러나 이것은 과학자 스스로 택한 고난의 길이기에 이들은 한결같이 과학자가 된 것을 만족하게 생각하고 있다. 과학자가 되기위해 험난한 인생의 가시밭길을 무수히 헤치고 살아온 박동길박사. 박동길박사는 약관 20세에 도일, 과학자가 되기 위해 살을 여의는 듯한 고생을 무릅쓰고 오직 학업에만 열중했다. 박동길박사가 과학기술에 관심을 갖고 지금까지 걸어온 배경과 지질학을 연구하게 된 동기를 알아보는데는 까마득한 박박사의 어린시절로 돌아가야 할 것 같다. 이래서 본지는 이번호부터 박동길박사를 모셨다. <편집자주>

박정희 시대의 정치와 언어

본 논문은 박정희가 언어를 사용한 방식이 그의 권력 행사와 어떤 관계가 있었는지, 나아가 한국 사회에 어떤 유산을 남겼는지를 검토하려는 시도이다. 그가 즐겨 사용했던 구호들은 조국 근대화, 민족주의, 지도자와 민주주의, 동원의 언어와 위기의식으로 요약되는데, 특히 민족, 민주 등의 단어에 그가 부여한 의미는 매우 독특하게 주관적이어서 통상적인 의미로부터 멀리 떨어져 있거나 심지어 모순을 일으키는 경우도 적지 않다. 그러나 박정희 자신의 내면에서는 경제성장을 통한 국난극복이라는 지상과제에 도움이 되기만 한다면 단어의 의미나 논리적 모순은 언제든 권력을 통해 억압될 수 있는 것이었다. 아울러 그는 장기간의 집권을 통해서 자신이 독점적으로 창출한 언어의 의미를 통상적 의미의 일부로 편입시키기까지 했다. 박정희의 언어는 국난기를 빌미로 정당화될 수 있었던 것이지만, 그렇기 때문에 국난이 극복되는 순간부터 해체의 필요성이 절실하게 부각되는 아이러니를 안고 있다. 진실에 대한 감수성 위축, 정치적 문법의 균열, 위기 프레임 등은 박정희 시대가 남긴 유산으로서, 풍요로운 사회의 문턱에 서있는 한국 사회가 극복해야 할 과제에 해당한다. This paper is an attempt to examines what role Park Chung-hee's political language playeds in his exercising towards his exercise of power. His political language can be represented by slogans that are used to mobilize people through appeals to industrialization, modernization, nationalism, ""democracy"" under strong leadership, and national crisis. But what he meant by nationalism and democracy was so idiosyncratic in view of the meanings of the terms that were in general had been generally in use among the Korean people that many opponents found his use of language hypocritical. Yet in his own cognitive structure, the correct meaning of words or logical consistency were (Ed- alternatively ""the correct meaning of words and logical consistency were"") matters that could be repressed with power as long as economic development to overcome national crisis was to be achieved improved in the meantime. Moreover, the meanings in which he used the terms such as like nation and democracy came by frequent usages to be incorporated find themselves among the diverse elements that which would constitute the terms' legitimate meaning in general. As Park's language was to be justified as a means overcoming national crisis, so was to be dissolved after the crisis is over. Korean society inherited The the contraction of truth-sensitivity, the grammatical cleavage of political language, and the crisis-driven frame of reference are what the Korean Society inherited from Park's political language and these aspects of political language have to be dealt has to deal with from now on.

여성의 립스틱 컬러와 지각자의 특성이 인상형성과 선호도에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study were to found out the effects of female’s make up lipstick color and subject’s traits on the impression formation and Preference with person perception theory as the research background. The study consisted of a survey and a quasi-experiment. The experimental materials used for this study were 7-point semantic differential scales of bi-polar adjectives, and instruments to measure The subjects are 560 persons from 19 to 44 years old resident in cities. Material collection was completed between June and July in 2011 Instrumental tools and reasonability were tested by group discussion of experts. Main gradients and Varimax spin method were used to show the factor of facial image and demographic structure. According to independent variables, analysis and Duncan range test are implemented to see the difference of facial image. T-test is implemented to see difference of facial image with demographical characteristics. The female’s make up lipstick color (beige, orange, pink, red, brown) and a perceiver’s characteristics (sex, age, major, outward interest) had a significant influence on impression formation was trifling hypothesis) and an perceiver’s treats (sex, age, major, appearance interest) had a significant influence on impression formation was trifling hypothesis influenced the forming of impressions accordingly, the first hypothesis was supported. From the above results, female’s make up lipstick color and subject’s traits on the impression formation and Preferenceare used as clues of perception of female. The result of this survey shows image making and make up in addition to it can applied as the guidance of real evidence for ideal beauty coordination.

미국 경찰관 모집ㆍ선발제도의 특징 및 함의

경찰은 시민의 가장 가까운 곳에서 시민의 생명과 재산을 지키는 형사사법기관이다. 따라서, 다른 여타의 공무원들이나 직군에 비해서 높은 윤리성과 봉사성이 필요하다. 우리나라뿐만 아니라 세계 각국에서는 경찰공무원을 임용할 때, 무엇보다도 엄격하고 까다로운 기준과 절차를 통해서 선발한다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구에서는 경찰 선진국인 미국 경찰관들의 모집 및 선발 실태를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 미국 신임경찰관 채용 과정은 통상적으로 모집공고 및 활동, 지원서 접수, 필기 및 적성검사, 육체 민첩성 테스트, 심리 테스트, 구술고사, 신원조회, 거짓말 탐지기를 이용한 조사, 그리고 건강 검진 등의 절차를 거치게 된다. 미국 경찰공무원 선발제도 중에서 가장 큰 특징은 많은 경찰조직에서 지원자의 정직성 및 도덕성을 검증하기 위하여 거짓말 탐지기를 활용한다는 점이다. 또한 미국은 불법적인 약물 남용이 많기 때문에 지원자들은 반드시 약물 테스트를 위해 소변이나 머리카락을 제출해야 한다. 한국에서도 경찰관 선발시험은 지원자의 실력과 자격을 정확하게 파악할 수 있어야 하고, 아울러 현대사회가 요청하는 경찰공무원을 선발할 수 있도록 적성검사를 새롭게 구성해야 할 것이다. 또한 적성검사의 한계를 극복하는데 미국의 사례와 같이 거짓말탐지기 조사를 적극적으로 검토할 필요성이 제기된다. Recruitment and selection are separate but mutually reinforcing processes. The goal of recruitment is to attract the largest number of applicants possible to apply to the agency, and selection is the process of weeding out unqualified candidates and identifying qualified candidates. In this context, the recruitment and selection system of police officials is an important issue because it affects their future performance as police officers on the job, especially their policing skills, perception of society, occupational ethics. This study suggested the characteristics of U. S. recruitment and selection system of police officials, In the U. S, each police agency sets up its own recruitment and selection standards and procedures. However, recruitment and selection process follows a certain sequence: receiving application, psychological examination, background check, polygraph test, drug screening, interview, physical agility, and medical test. Special characteristic of American police system regarding recruitment and selection is that many law enforcement agencies use a polygraph test to ensure the integrity of the candidates. Another interesting screening process is a drug test because many Americans abuse illegal drugs. A candidate officer must submit urine or a hair sample for screening test Police human resources specialists should continually identify the most innovative tests and approaches recruit and select police officers. Recruitment and selection strategies should increasingly attract and retain those officers who have the attributes to work in a community-oriented policing environment.

CY운영사의 기업역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The partnerships in maritime industry are being made in many different forms. The business relationship between CY operating companies and liners, includes a variety of logistics services. All container cargos must pass through CY and it is nearly impossible to manage the containers by CY operators only. Actually, most liners have been outsourcing an administration of their containers in the inland, by contracting with CY operating companies. The purpose of this study is to help understanding the relationship between CY operating companies and liners, and suggesting implications that affect the involved companies and maritime industry through the various phenomena derived from the relationship. To ensure this study, we reformulated the arranged variables from the precedent studies through the interview of seniors in the field. The results of study are listed below: First, in case the CY operating companies have been unfairly treated by the liners, treatment has an influence on opportunism of CY operating companies. And the business capability, alliance capability and competition among companies in the same line of business have been negatively affected by the opportunism. Second, the relative dependency and uncertainty of market have an influence on a long term orientation. The business capability, alliance capability and competition among companies in the same line of business have been positively affected by the long term orientation. Third, the competition among CY operating companies has an influence on strategies and the long term orientation of the partner companies.

CY 운영업체의 운영능력이 컨테이너 정기선사의 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

Container transportation industry has been an important sector for economic development in Korea. The export oriented policies of Korea drove to expansion of the volume of international trade which resulted in huge container traffic in the major ports. This paper explores the dynamic relationship between the operating capabilities of Container Yard(CY) companies and logistic performance of liner shipping operators in Korea using extensive questionnaire survey and interviews. The major results stemming from the analysis is that adding transport capacity, human relations, marketing capacity variables has tremendously improved the explanatory power of the regression It also appears that the storage and material handling capabilities of the CY operator really matters and substantiality improves our understanding about the efficiency of the shipping lines overall operations.
