대학 창업교육 이수 학생들의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도 및 기업가적 의도와의 관계 연구- 일반대학 vs. 전문대학 차이검증 -

This research examined the effects of entrepreneurial competence and attitude, in entrepreneurship education, on the entrepreneurial intention of university students. Accordingly, a relationship between the development of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention of university students and those of junior college students was discovered, and the relationship of the variables between the two groups was examined. As the method of the research, 1,708 students of universities and junior colleges located in the metropolitan area were surveyed, and SPSS 22.0 utilized in order to statistically process the measured data. Furthermore, regression analysis and hierarchical regression were conducted to verify the hypothesis. The results of the study are summarized as follows. Firstly, that entrepreneurial competence positively affects entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention, and that entrepreneurial attitude also positively influences entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, entrepreneurial attitude creates a mediating effect between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, due to the difference verification of the two university groups, the moderating effect of universities and junior colleges did not cause any statistically significant influence. Specifically, as a result of verifying the relationships of influences between variables, the influence entrepreneurial competence had on entrepreneurial intention was the strongest in junior colleges. On the other hand, the effect entrepreneurial competence caused on entrepreneurial attitude was the strongest in the case of universities. This study, targeting university and junior college students, examines the effect of entrepreneurship education that is important in the career choices of college students, and implies the necessity and importance of planning differentiated entrepreneurship education according to university characteristics. 본 연구는 대학 창업교육에 있어 기업가적 역량 및 기업가적 태도가 대학생의 기업가적 의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 확인하였다. 이에 일반대학과 전문대학 학생들을 대상으로 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도 및 기업가적 의도 형성에 유의미한 영향 관계를 확인하고, 대학 유형에 따른 변수 간 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 수도권 소재 일반대학과 전문대학 학생 1,708명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 측정된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 또한 연구가설의 검증을 위해 회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 기업가적 역량은 기업가적 태도와 기업가적 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 기업가적 태도 또한 기업가적 의도의 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가적 태도는 기업가적 역량과 기업가적 의도 사이에 매개 효과가 있음을 분석하였다. 셋째, 대학 유형별 차이검증으로 일반대학과 전문대학의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 확인하지 못했다. 구체적으로 대학 유형에 따라 변수 간 영향 관계 검증 결과, 전문대학은 기업가적 역량이 기업가적 의도에 미치는 영향이 가장 강하게 나타난 반면 일반대학은 기업가적 역량이 기업가적 태도에 미치는 영향이 가장 강하게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로선택에 있어 중요한 창업교육의 효과를 일반대학과 전문대학을 대상으로 살펴보고, 대학 유형과 특성에 따른 차별화된 창업교육 설계의 필요성 및 관련 시사점을 제언하였다.

급변하는 산업 환경에서 창업에 대한 지속적인 수요 증가는 창업기업의 생존과 지속 가능한 성장을 위해 정부의 실효성 있는 지원과 체계적인 창업 육성정책 수립의 필요성이 강조되고 있다, 이를 위해 새롭게 변화하는 창업 트렌드와 창업기업의 특성을 반영한 창업업종 분류기준이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 체계적인 창업 육성정책 수립을 위하여 최근 4차 산업혁명 시대에 떠오르는 융합기술기반 창업 트렌드를 반영한 새로운 창업업종 분류체계에 대한 기준을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 창업 생태계 동향과 창업업종 분류체계의 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 창업생태계 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 활용하여 창업업종 분류체계를 재구성하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 창업업종 분류는 크게 기술창업과 일반창업으로 구분하고, 기술창업은 ICT 서비스, ICT 제조, 일반제조, 문화콘텐츠, 바이오 분야로 구분하며 일반창업은 유통과 서비스로 재분류하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존 산업별 분류체계에서 벗어나 창업기업의 업종분류체계의 새로운 기준을 마련하여 향후 창업 트렌드를 반영한 효율적인 창업지원정책 마련에 있어 의미 있는 시사점을 제시한다. In the rapidly changing industrial environment, the continuous increase in demand for entrepreneurship emphasizes the effective support of the government for the survival and growth of entrepreneurs and the necessity of establishing systematic initiative promotion policies. To this end, Of the total number of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to establish a new classification system for entrepreneurial industry that reflects the trend of entrepreneurship based on convergence technology that emerged during the 4th Industrial Revolution era in order to establish a systematic initiative upbringing policy. In this paper, we propose a new classification system for entrepreneurial ecosystem by using Delphi technique. As a result of the study, the categories of entrepreneurial industry are classified into technology entrepreneurship and general entrepreneurship. Technology entrepreneurship is divided into ICT services, ICT manufacturing, general manufacturing, cultural contents and biotechnology. The results of this study suggest a meaningful implication in the establishment of effective policies to support entrepreneurship in the future by establishing new standards of industry classification system of entrepreneurs.

「Christian liturgical song」 has been played an important role in the 「Christian community」 to make the christian more sincere and faithful to the God for over 1200 years. Among many christian liturgical songs, we are accumstomed to 「Gregorian Chant」 most. As 「Gregorian Chant」 has been studied so many times, there is a need to know 「Gregorian Chant」 more deeply and widely through the historical background, what is more, the origin of 「Gregorian Chant」 is required. So, this paper is to introduce the 「Ambrosian Chant」 to give the idea about the origin of 「Gregorian Chant」 more widely and make 「Gregorian Chant」 understood deeply. At first, we study the historical background of 「Ambrosian Chant」 to observe the influence and development of 「Ambrosian Chant」 in the liturgy. Secondly, we compare the Ambrosian liturgy with the Roma liturgy through the Mass and officium, and also summarize the results of comparision, In the aspect of musical characteristics, we study the melody, mode and structure by using the examples. Finally, we take an example 「Hallelujah」 to show and study the 「Gregorian Chant」 adapting the 「Ambrosian Chant」 and analyse each other. As the summary of this paper, due to the wide understanding of the 「Christian liturgical song」, we expect the 「Korean liturgical song」.
