        전극직경 크기에 따른 SMD형 PbTiO<sub>3</sub>계 세라믹 공진자의 전기적 특성

        In this study, the high frequency SMD ceramic resonators with the size of $3.7{\times}3.1{\times}0.385\textrm{mm}^3$ were fabricated using $Pb_{0.88}(La_{0.6}Nd_{0.4})_{0.08}(Mn_{1/3}Sb_{2/3})_{0.02}Ti_{0.98}O_3$ ceramics with the variations of electrode radius size. With increasing the electrode radius size, resonant resistance in third overtone mode was decreased and electromechanical coupling factor($k_{t3}$) in third overtone mode was showed constant values. Taking into consideration mechanical quality factor($Qm_{t3}$) of 5,552 and dynamic range(D.R) of 60.72dB in third overtone mode, the ceramic resonator with the electrode radius size of $\theta$1.13mm was suitable for 20MHz resonator application.

        압전특성 및 부하변화에 따른 압전트랜스포머의 전기적 특성

        The piezoelectric transformers of 2.0x10x48 ㎣ size were fabricated with PSN-PMN-PZT(T10 and PNW-PMN-PZT(T2) composition ceramics. Effects of micro structural and piezoelectric properties on the electrical characteristics of the piezoelectric transformers were investigated. Under the fixed output power of 6 W, temperature rise of T1 transformer at the optimum load was smaller than T2 one because of fine grain size effect. Voltage step-up ratio of T1 transformer showed higher value than T2 one T1 transformer showed an excellent properties with voltage step-up ratio of 12.41, efficiency of 95.23% and temperature rise of 7.2$^{\circ}C$ at 200㏀ load resistance. And also, T2 transformer showed an excellent properties with voltage step up ratio of 9.81, efficiency of 95.51% and temperature rise of 9$^{\circ}C$ at 150㏀ load resistance.

        Pb(La,Ce)$TiO_3$계 세라믹스의 길이와 두께비($\ell$/t)에 따른 공진특성

        In this study, Pb(La,Ce)Ti $O_3$ ceramics were manufactured for 20 MHz resonator application. Electromechanical coupling factor( $k_{t}$, $k_{t3}$, mechanical quality factor( $Q_{mt}$ , $Q_{mt3}$ and dydnamic range (D.R) of thickness vibration mode were measured as the variations of $\ell$/t(length/thickness) ratio of ceramic substrates. Mechanical quality factor( $Q_{mt3}$) and dynamic range of third overtone thickness vibration mode showed the highest value of 2,773 and 52.22dB at specimen S4($\ell$/t=12), respectively. The excellent temperature stability of resonant frequency suitable for resonator application was shown, regardless of thermal shock.k.ock.k.

        웅천천 유역에 나타나는 지형선구조의 구조지형학적 특성

        연구지역인 웅천천 유역은 차령산지의 남서쪽 말단부에 위치하여 황해와 맞닿아 있다. 본 연구는 지형 규모의 연계성 차원에서 차령산지에 발달한 지형선구조 체계가 국지적 시야의 연구지역 지형경관에 나타나는 바를 확인하여 기술·설명하고자 한다. 연구지역에서 확인되는 주요 지형선구조는 NE-SW, NNE-SSW, NNW-SSE, N-S, E-W 등의 방향이며, 그 중 NNE-SSW, NE-SW방향 선구조가 지형경관에 가장 뚜렷하게 반영되어 인식할 수 있다. 주요 산체와 곡지는 NNE-SSW 방향성을 지니며, NE-SW방향의 선구조 곡지는 비교적 규모가 크고, 저기복 구릉, 산록단구, 하안단구, 범람원 등의 다양한 지형요소가 발달하는 곳이 많다. 반면 NNW-SSE, N-S, E-W 방향 선구조 곡지는 대체로 좁고 깊지 않은 곡지로 나타나지만 선구조는 선명하게 유지하고 있다. 또한 연구지역의 선구조 곡지의 규모와 곡지를 흐르는 하천 차수 간에는 상관성이 없다. This study is to describe morphological linear anomalies manifested in the geomorphological landscapes of Woongcheon river-basin, situated in the western ends of Charyong Mountainous Range, and to elucidate their morphotectonic significance. The order of decreasing valley scale in the study area is NE-SW, NNE-SSW, NNW-SSE, N-S, and E-W series. The valleys of NE-SW lineament appear as the largest in the study area, having piedmont slope, terraces, low-relif hills. NNE-SSW lineament cross obliquely the geomorphological elements of the precedent lineament. NNW-SSE, N-S and E-W lineament cut the forms of higher orders showing NE-SW and NNE-SSW lineament. Scale of the linear valleys is not correlated with the order of streams. It is paradoxal that great valleys are not associated with the rivers of highest order. It owes to adaption of regional discharge system along the valleys exploiting the fracture resulted from succeeding tectonic accidents.

        PSN 치환이 PNN-PZT 세라믹스의 미세구조 및 압전 특성에 미치는 영향

        The structureal, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb[(Sb$\_$1/2/Nb$\_$1/2/)$\_$x/-(Ni$\_$1/3/Nb$\_$2/3/)$\_$0.15-x/-(Zr$\_$y/Ti$\_$1-y/)$\_$0.85/]O$_3$(x=0∼0.05, y=0.47∼0.52) ceramics were investigated with the substitution of Pb(Sb$\_$1/2/Nb$\_$1/2/)O$_3$(abbreviated PSN) and the Zr/Ti ratio. At Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50, tetragonality was decreased and grain size abruptly decreased with the increase of PSN substitution. Curie temperature was decreased and dielectric constant increased with the substitution of PSN. The coercive field increased and remnant polarization decreased with the substitution of PSN. Electromechanical coupling factor(k$\_$p/) showed the highest value of 0.622 at 1mol% PSN, but mechanical quality factor(Q$\_$m/) showed the minimum value at that composition. Dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor with the Zr/Ti ratio showed maximum values at Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50 and mechanical quality factor showed minimum values near the Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50.

        PSN-PMN-PZT 세라믹스의 Zr/Ti 비에 따른 전기적 특성과 공진주파수의 온도안정성

        In this study the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TC $F_{r}$) dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb[(S $b_{1}$2//N $b_{1}$2/)$_{0.065}$)-(Z $r_{x}$, $Ti_{1-x}$ )$_{0.90}$] $O_3$ceramics were investigated with Zr/Ti ratio. The compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) appeared when Zr/Ti ratio was 49.5/50.5 The dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor( $k_{p}$) also showed the highest values of 1,257, 0.653 respectively when the Zr/Ti ratio was 49.5/50.5 Moreover the mechanical quality factor( $Q_{m}$) showed th lowest value of 713 when the Zr/Ti ratio. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TC $F_{r}$) abruptly change at the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) which existed between the rhombohedral phase with highly negative TC $F_{r}$ of -106ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and the tetragonal phase with highly positive TC $F_{r}$ of +64pp $m^{\circ}C$ as Zr/Ti ratio varied from 50/50 to 49.5/50.5.50.5..50.5.
