        SNS상의 기업의 부정적 사건에 대한 보호동기, 불평행동과 기업이미지 간 관계 및 민첩성의 조절효과

        This research aims to test the structural model involving relationship of protection motivation towards corporate negative incidents on SNS, complaint behavior and corporate image. Furthermore, the role of agility as a moderating factor is investigated in this study. Data of 212 consumers who were exposed to negative information of companies through SNS were gathered. Results show that the protection motivation variables which include perceived severity, response efficacy and self-efficacy except perceived vulnerability have a significant positive effect on complaint behavior. Meanwhile, complaint behavior has a negative impact on the corporate image. In terms of the moderator, agility level, it influences the effect between complaint behavior and corporate image. Implications and discussion of this study will help provide companies in establishing a coping strategy regarding negative information related to companies.

        대화 성찰 태도 측정을 위한 설문도구 개발

        This study aims to define the concept of Reflective Attitude in/on Conversation (RAC), based on a review of discussions in the field of reflective education, and develop a valid and reliable questionnaire to measure RAC. In the preliminary stage, three constructs, namely, Thoughtful Action (TA), Content/Process Reflection (CPR), and Premise Reflection (PR), were established, and content validity was verified by five specialists. In the exploratory stage, 467 students, who were in their 1st or 2nd year of school, were sampled from four high schools. In the confirmatory stage, 1,055 students who were in their 1st or 2nd year of school were sampled from 11 high schools across our two sessions. The results of exploratory factor analysis show that 12 among 27 preliminary items have communality greater than 0.3, factor loading to the hypothesized construct greater than 0.4, and factor loading to un-hypothesized constructs lower than 0.3. Further, the 3-factor-model’s Qui-square test does not reject the null hypothesis that there are only three factors, while the 2-factor-model’s Qui-square test rejects the null hypothesis that there are only two factors. The 3-factor-model also shows suitable TLI value (.979), while the 4-factor-model revealed a highly saturated TLI value. The results of confirmatory factor analysis with our first confirmatory stage samples (568 students), show that two items among 12 are not reliable, and NFI (.849) and CFI (.879), among five model fitness indices, do not satisfy their criteria (>.900). After revising the two unreliable items, the results of confirmatory factor analysis with our second confirmatory stage samples (487 students), reveal that all the 12 items are reliable, and although NFI (.897) still does not satisfy the criterion, CFI (.912), GFI (.936), RMR (.037), and RMSEA (.076) satisfy their criteria. In the conclusion, we suggest some implications of measured results, and some further research directions.

        이주민의 한국어 의사소통 실태 분석-의사소통 어려움의 요인 및 경로 모형과 어려움 해소에 필요한 학습 기간을 중심으로

        This study aims to find contributing variables to immigrants` difficulty of communication in Korean, and the learning period required to overcome the difficulty based on the empirical evidence. A comprehensive survey was conducted on 728 people, who were from three immigrant groups (Immigrant Worker, Marriage Immigrant, Immigrant Child) living in Korea. 461 participants` responses, with no missing values, were analyzed using Hayes(2013)`s model 8. Findings are as follows: First, Length of Residence plays a role in immigrants` Self-awareness of Difficulty through the direct path and indirect path. In addition, Self-awareness of Korean Language Ability affected it as a mediator, and Learning Period as a moderator on the direct or indirect path. Moreover, adult immigrants had higher Self-awareness of Difficulty than children upon their arrival. The difference in the degree of difficulty reported by adult and child immigrants was maintained through the learning period. Second, if an adult immigrant continues to learn Korean 4 hours a week from arrival, s/he will overcome the difficulty after 6.8 years, and a child immigrant, under the same condition, needs 2.9 years.

      • 예비 교사의 ‘교육 의사소통’ 역량 제고를 위한 교과목 설계 및 운영 방안

        This article aims to propose the design and operation of a course to improve the educational communication competence of pre-service teachers at teacher training institutions. To this end, the author discusses the concepts and elements of educational communication competence, examines the operation status of related subjects domestically and abroad, and discusses their design, operation methods, and tasks. The author defines educational communication as communication in the education field, for the purpose of education, and from the perspective of education, based on the intention to focus discussions on teachers and consider their educational behaviors. The author then divides the elements constituting educational communication into participants in education, content of education, medium (or method) of education, and the context of education. Further, it discusses what communication competencies teachers should have in relation to each element. Next, to extract the factors that should be emphasized in designing subjects for educational communication, the author reviews the subjects of the National Institute of Education in Singapore, the University of Helsinki in Finland, Gyeongin National University of Education, and Ewha Womans University in Korea. Accordingly, it is proposed to define the nature of the course in relation to the subjects for teachers’ qualification, to differentiate the subject from similar courses, to consider the use of various educational communication media, and to balance theory and practice. Finally, it is suggested to develop a syllabus to ensure the establishment of the subject.

        초고속인터넷서비스의 고객 충성도 및 전환행동 결정요인

        The percentage of households with Internet access in South Korea has reached 86.7% , by which it was concluded that the High-speed internet service market is at its saturated stage. Under the current circumstances, most companies have studied strategies to increase customer loyalty in order to maintain their existing customers and devised methods to acquire potential customers who have contract with other competing companies. This paper investigates to explore the experiences about customer loyalty and switching behavior of high?speed internet service users and 21 subjects were interviewed. Based on the result, the determinants of customer loyalty appeared as fee related factors of single or combined services, the image and service of service provider, and internet speed etc.. The determinants of switching behavior turned out to be fee and/or money policies that current service provider suggested, recommendation by an acquaintance, internet speed, and after service etc..

        읽기 동기의 자기결정성에 따른 독해력 차이 : 중학교 1~3학년을 중심으로

        This study proved that it is possible to determine the degree of self-determination in students’ reading motivation by using existing scales for reading motivation measurements. Furthermore, this approach can predict reading competence. The reading motivations of 2,020 middle school students were measured using MRQ-based scales. The results fitted adequately to the nine-factor structure. Based on the fact that the correlation matrix of these nine factors shows a quasi-simplex pattern, here, we claim that the nine factors can be identified hierarchically, according to the degree of self-determination. A cluster analysis resulted in four clusters. Based on the Z-scores of the nine factors at the center of each cluster, we named the four clusters: Amotivation, External-Regulation, Internalized-Regulation, and Intrinsic-Regulation. A three-way ANOVA was conducted, considering self-determination, school year, and gender as independent variables and reading comprehension test scores as a dependent variable. The results confirmed that the difference among self-determination clusters was significant and that the higher the self-determination level, the higher the reading comprehension. We discuss the following: (a) MRQ-based scales can be used to measure self-determination in reading motivation; (b) we have to caution against predictions that assume readingmotivation, measured by MRQ, will have a linear correlation with reading comprehension; and (c) follow-up studies have to investigate learners’ developmental process regarding reading motivation.

        초등학교 1, 2학년 다문화가정 학생의 읽기 기초학력 검사 결과 및 문항 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the test items of the diagnosis tool that was developed to assess the basic reading abilities of the 1st and 2nd grade elementary school students from multicultural family, and derive implications for teaching students who are left behind in reading. Earlier studies have discussed this issue and observed the delayed language development and the poor learning abilities of the students from multicultural family. With this in focus, this study designed and developed the reading diagnosis tools for the 1st and 2nd elementary school students who are from multicultural family. The 1st grade students from multicultural family received an average score of 81.66 and the students from non-multicultural family, 87.26. The 2nd grade students from multicultural family received an average score of 66.18 and the students from non-multicultural family, 82.42. We analyzed the average difference statistically and found a significant difference between the two types of families in both grades. We also found that the test scores of the students from multicultural family proportionally varied in accordance with the Korean proficiency level of their mothers, which was also statistically confirmed. The section analysis showed that 1.4% of the 1st graders failed in both sub-sections which were reading the Korean alphabets & words and comprehending sentences & paragraphs. It also showed that there was variance in percentage in failing rate (10.8%~52.5%) in the four sub-sections of the test for the 2nd graders. Based on these results we selected some test items for the in-depth analysis. The selected items were those that showed lowest correct percentage and that were severely influenced by the family type or the mothers` Korean proficiency level. With this analysis, we suggested some characteristics of the reading competence of the students from multicultural family. We finally derived some implications for teaching students who did not reach the criterion scores.

        교육과정-수업-평가의 일체화를 중심에 둔 교사의 최적화 행동 연구: 국어 수업에서 ‘구성적 불일치’ 사례를 바탕으로

        Our education policy has emphasized the consistency of curriculum-instruction-evaluation and students’ achievement of standards. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the policy is implemented in a Korean language class and the elements affecting the policy in order to derive educational implications by applying micro-ethnographic discourse analysis with the concept of teachers’ optimization behaviors. In this class, the teacher aiming to integrate the curriculuminstruction- evaluation conducted student-centered instructions consisting of an activity-oriented class and process-oriented assessment with feedback. However, a constructive inconsistency has been found in the teacher’s optimization behaviors in limited settings of the meaning of achieving learning goals, simplification of knowledge, exclusion of discourse not directly related to the goal, and execution of a performance evaluation with correct answers. The positive elements within our education policy actually appeared in problematic patterns under the influence of the teacher’s optimization behaviors and various contexts in the class. Based on the in-depth analysis of the actual interactions between the teacher and her students, this study suggests reconsideration of declarative emphasis on educational policy in the absence of specific direction or practical support, strengthening organic linkage between standards and educational goals, and developing teacher curriculum literacy.

        학문 목적 한국어 말하기 평가의 논증 기반 타당화 연구 ― 외삽 추론을 중심으로

        This article investigates the extrapolation inference for the Korean Speaking Test for Academic Purposes(KoSTAP) in relation to providing information on the performance of international students in academic speaking tasks in practical contexts. The Argument schemes of extrapolation inference and validation study were designed based on the argument-based approach. Evidence of extrapolation inference was collected by comparing the KoSTAP scores with learners’ performance in the real-world target domain. International students who participated in this study, listened to a lecture in a simulated class and performed related speaking tasks. The extrapolation inference was verified by analyzing the correlation between the result of the speaking task evaluation and the KoSTAP score. This study shows that KoSTAP functions as a tool to evaluate the practical academic speaking skills required by universities in relation to the lecture context. It also presents the future usefulness of KoSTAP.
