장애물 보행 훈련이 무릎관절 전치환술 환자의 균형 및 낙상효능감에 미치는 영향

Background: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of obstacles gait on balance and fall-efficacy in patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty. Methods: The 24 subjects of this study were recruited from individuals diagnoses with degenerative arthritis who had undergone total knee arthroplasty. The 24 patients were randomly divided into a control groups and experimental groups, obstacles gait exercise was conducted for 4 weeks three exercises. Balance and falls-efficacy were measured to compare the effects of the exercises. Results: The results of the balance ability and falls-efficacy showed that the experimental group showed significantly enhanced results than the control group(p<.05). Conclusions: Based on these results, Obstacles gait exercise effectively improves the recovery of patients with total knee arthroplasty.
만성요통환자의 한발서기 시 체간 안정화 근육의 활성화 변화

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the surface electromyography(EMG) activity of trunk region muscle between normal subjects and chronic low back pain(CLBP) patients during one leg stance. Methods : The subjects were 27 people, were consisted of 12 subjects who don't have low back pain and 15 subjects who have low back pain from 19 to 28 year of age(mean age 22.22). We used surface EMG to evaluate the activity of the Rectus abdominis, External abdominal oblique, Quadratus lumborum, Gluteus medius muscle. We used independent two samples t-test for statistical data. Results : The result of this study showed that the maximal voluntary isometric contraction(%MVIC) ratio of the trunk muscles was higher in patients with CLBP than in normal subject. But there were no statistically significant differences. There were statistically significant differences of the activity of the Quadratus lumborum, Gluteus medius muscle(p<0.05).

This study reviews various problems associated with the method of estimating the demand for industrial water that was employed in the Water Vision 2020 and it suggests an alternative econometric method. Comparing with the data cited in the Report on Industrial Census, estimates obtained by employing the concept of demand function are more exact compared to those offered by the Water Vision 2020. The amount of industrial water in 1998 was estimated at 2.8 billion tons decreasing by 2003. By employing the concept of demand function, this study shows that the amount of industrial water was 2.1 billion tons in 2003 while according to the Water Vision 2020 it amounted to 3.3 billion tons in 2001. Thus, it appears that the amount of industrial water in the Water Vision 2020 has been overestimated. This study also shows that the industrial water demand can be controlled by means of certain pricing policies. Finally, we argue that the demand for industrial water should be estimated by taking account of economic variables such as water price and output.
전기자극치료를 동반한 운동치료가 전방십자인대 재건술 환자의 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전방십자인대 파열로 전방십자인대 재건술을 받은 환자를 대상으로 전기자극치료를 동반한 운동치료가 무릎관절 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 대상자는 전방십자인대 파열로 진단 받아 전방십자인대 재건술을 받은 환자 20명을 선정하여, 무작위 배분으로 운동치료을 수행할 대조군 10명, 전기자극치료를 동반한 운동치료를 수행할 실험군 10명으로 구성하였다. 운동치료방법은 선행 연구를 참고하여 구성한 3가지 운동을 총 3주간 실시하였다. 측정도구로 무릎관절 통증정도는 시각적 상사척도를 관절가동범위는 측각기를 근력은 휴대용역량계를 이용하였다. 통계학적 분석은 각 그룹 내 비교는 대응표본 t-검정, 각 그룹 간 비교는 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 중재 후 실험군이 대조군에 비해 모든 측정 결과가 유의하게 향상되어 나타났다(p<.05). 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 전방십자인대 재건술 환자를 대상으로 무릎관절 치료와 함께 전기자극치료를 동반한 운동치료를 실시한다면 환자의 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력에 좀 더 효과적이라고 판단된다. This study was to investigate the effect of therapeutic exercise with electrical stimulation on knee joint pain, range of motion and muscle strength in patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The subjects of this study were recruited who diagnosed with anterior cruciate ligament rupture and undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, total of 20 patients were randomly divided to the 10 control groups and 10 experimental groups. The therapeutic exercise was carried out for 3 weeks with three exercises made by referring to the previous study. The measurement tools used were knee joint pain measurements were made using the visual analogue scale, range of motion was measured using a goniometer, and the muscle strength was measured using a handheld dynamometer. In the statistical analysis, to compare about pre and post test the difference in each same groups was accomplished by using the paired t-test, and compare the difference between the different each groups was accomplished by using the independent t-test. The results of the study showed that the experimental group showed significantly enhanced results than the control group(p<.05). Based on these results, it is concluded that it is effective for the recovery of the patient if the therapeutic exercise with electrical stimulation in parallel with knee joint therapy are performed for the patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
제조업 전력 사용 효율성 제고를 통한 온실가스(CO2) 감축 잠재량 추정에 관한 연구

This paper estimate the CO2 reduction potential that can be achieved by improving the technical efficiency of input factors in the manufacturing sector. Technical efficiency in each manufacturing firm was estimated using the DEA technique. Depending on the returns-to-scale assumption selected, average technical efficiency was estimated to be between 0.467 and 0.643. These estimates suggest that, when the efficiency of electricity consumption in the manufacturing sector is improved, the overall CO2 emissions can be reduced by 17.1-25.5%. Recently, the Korean government has adopted a low-carbon-green-growth policy with the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 30% below the BAU level by year 2020. The analysis of the paper suggests that this goal can be achieved through improved efficiency of electricity consumption.
공공자본이 지역산업생산성에 미치는 효과 : 미국의 실증분석

기존의 연구들은 정부의 재정지출이 생산성에 미치는 효과를 계량모형 또는 솔로(Solow)의 성장회계기법(growth accounting technique)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 솔로기법을 이용한 분석모형의 문제점을 수정·보완하여 총요소에 포함되어 분석된 재정지출의 생산성 증대효과를 분리하여 측정하고, 이를 이용하여 개별 공공자본에 대한 투자의 산출량 증대효과를 측정하는 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델을 이용한 개별 공공자본에 대한 투자의 산출량 증대효과 분석결과는 최근 공공자본이 생산성에 미치는 효과가 미미하다는 연구결과와는 달리 모든 지역에서 농업을 제외한 전 산업에 대해 상당한 효과가 있음을 보여 주고있다. 부문별 분석에 의하면, 개별 공공자본의 개별 산업생산성에 미치는 효과는 크기가 다양하여 공공자본의 산업생산성에 대한 효과를 분석하기 위해서는 공공자본과 산업의 세분화가 필요함을 보여 준다.

While water management policies in Korea have focused on industrial water demand during the last decade, the amount of industrial water usage has decreased significantly. This paper estimates the technical efficiency of industrial water in order to test whether the reduction of industrial water usage is a result of improving the level of technical efficiency of industrial water. This paper shows that the technical efficiency of industrial water use slightly decreased from 0.5183 in 1998 to 0.4853 in 2003. In addition, these estimates are much less than those of other inputs and so, there is still much room for reducing the amount of industrial water use through improving technical efficiency even though the average productivity of industrial water has improved during this period.
