Although it is a limited and exploratory study, it is focused on figuring out correlations between characteristics of female CEOs who founded a company and their managerial achievements. Toward this end, the study is focused on generating such determinants as background characteristics, behavioral features and competence traits that characterize female CEOs based on previous studies and existing literature while suggesting study models and assumptions on correlations between these factors and managerial achievements and conducting empirical analyses. Results of the empirical analyses are as follows. First, regression analyses that verified relationships between background characteristics of female corporate founders and managerial achievements have found that major subjects had a significant effect, but that their experiences in corporate foundation and careers did not. Second, regression analyses that verified behavioral characteristics of female corporate CEOs and their managerial achievements have found that credibility and the motive for corporation foundation had a significant impact, but that efforts to counter risks factors did not. Third, regression analyses that verified relationships between competence features of female corporate CEOs and managerial achievements have found that managerial control capability had a significant impact, but that entrepreneurial capability and technical capability.
소기업특성과 기업성과 간의 관계분석을 통한 창업 소기업 활성화 방안 연구

소기업은 유연성의 강점과 틈새시장을 지향하며 전통기업·벤처기업 등 다양한 모습으로 경제적 의미와 소임을 하고 있다. 또한, 소기업이 추구하는 성과는 고객, 구성원, 주주, 협력업체, 지역사회 이해관계자 모두가 가치를 나눌 수 있는 일류 기업으로 성장하는 것이다. 본 연구는 한국의 소기업을 대상으로 소기업의 특성이 기업가정신 실천정도에 미치는 영향과 소기업 기업가정신 실천정도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 있는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소기업 경영특성은 기업가정신 실천정도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소기업 경영특성의 관리방법, 의사결정권의 부정적 견해를 반영한 결과를 보여주는 것이다. 둘째, 소기업 환경특성은 기업가정신 실천정도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 환경특성 요인들에 대하여서는 더욱 긍정적인 입장을 가지고 접근하는 것이 기업가정신 실천정도를 증진시키는 데 효율적이라 할 수 있다. 결과적으로 소기업 경영특성과 환경특성은 기업가정신 실천정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소기업 기업가정신 실천정도는 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업가정신과 기업성과가 직접적인 영향관계에 있는 것이 아니라 기업이 처한 외부환경의 특성이나 조직 내부의 특성 등이 기업가적 활동을 실행하는 데 일정한 역할을 한다고 주장한 선행연구의 연구결과와 대치하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 결과적으로 소기업 특성인 경영특성과 환경특성은 기업가정신 실천정도를 매개로 기업성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The small businesses complete their economical significance and mission as various forms of traditional or venture companies which are taking the advantage of their flexibility and niche-market orientation. In addition, the goal for small businesses is to grow into the top-notch company. In this study, the effect of the nature of small businesses in Korea on the practice of the entrepreneurial posture and on the productivity of the business is evaluated objectively. A few results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the management characteristics of small business was found to affect the practice of the entrepreneurial posture negatively. This result reflects the negative effect of the management skill, decision making of small business. Secondly, small business environment had a positive effect on the practice of the entrepreneurial posture. This indicates that the effect of environmental characteristics is larger than that of management characteristics. In addition, to approach with positive view on environmental factors is effective to enhance the practice of the entrepreneurial posture. So the management characteristics and environmental characteristics affected the practice of the entrepreneurial posture. Thirdly, the practice of the entrepreneurial posture had the positive effect on the business outcome. Therefore, we can summarise that the management characteristics and environmental characteristics of small business affect directly to business output which are depending on the practice of the entrepreneurial posture.

When we talk about market efficiency, we are interested not in the form of the structural relationship between risk and expected return but rather in the precision with which the market prices securities in relation to its structure, whatever that structure may be. If new information becomes known about a particular company, how quickly do market participants find out about the information and buy or sell the securities of the company on the basis of the information? How quickly do the prices of the securities adjust to reflect the new informatlon? If prices respond to all relevant new informations in a rapid fashion, we can say the market is relatively efficient. If, instead, the information disseminates rather slowly throughout the market, and if investors take time in analyzing the information and reacting, and possibly overreacting, to it, prices may deviate from values based on a careful analysis of characterized as being relatively inefficient. Here, this paper examines the three alternative definition of the market efficiency and compares the four different index maeasure and studies the cuases of the each index's bias.
