Specific antibodies of IgE and IgG4 to egg, milk and soybean were eveluated by RAST and micro ELISA method in 24 children with' atopic dermatitis who were suspected of food allergen in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. They were sus- pected af food allergy by histories and food diary. These Gndings were compared with clinical findings and following results were obtained. 1) 62.5% of patients had family histories of allergic diseases and 50.0g had other allergic diseases auch as allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma, 2) There were no differences between specific IgE and IgG4 antibodies to egg in poaitivity. But the positiie rate of specific IgG4 antibodiee to milk and soybean are higher than that of specific IgE antibodies. There was no corelation between a ' c IgE and IgG4 antibodies to egg, milk and aoybean in positivity. 3) In the group with family histories of allergy, the positive rate of IgG4 antibody to egg and soybean was higher than that of specific IgE antibodies. 4) Serum total IgE level was elevated in 66.7% of patients and they had higher positive rate of specific IgG4 antibodies to egg, miRc and soybean than that of not elevated group, 5) The family history of allergic diseases and serum total IgE level were higher in food elimination- effective group than that of non effective gfOllp. Positivity of specific IgG4 antibody to egg was higher in food elimination-effective group.

For daily supply of rotifers to feed juvenile fish and/or larval crustaceans such as shrimp in their seedling culture procedures, the maximum daily increase of cultured rotifers in relations with the inoculation densities of rotifers and the concentrations of food organism, Chiorella sp. were initially investigated in an experimental culture unit. The best results were obtained from the 10 inds. /ml or the rotifer inoculation density with 3×10^5 cells/ml of Chlorella showing the maximum daily increase of 73.0 inds. /ml/day on the 7th day. Based on the best results of the initial experiments a trial was made for continuous daily harvests of rotifers. As in the initial experiments, the maximum daily increase of rotifer was observed on the 7th day, when the daily harvest was initiated and continued once a day for 6days. For the 6 days, the amount of the mean daily harvest was 1.42×10^5 individuals per culture flask (3ℓ filled with 2ℓ culture water) showing a possibility of continuous daily harvests.

Based on the analytic solution to the electrostatic problem of the multi-junction trap with equal N-junction capacitances C and a well capacitance Cw, we obtain explicit expressions for the charging energy, the GiMs free energy, the energy barrier height and the threshold voltage. In particular, when an electron is already trapped in the store island, we analyze the effect of the well capacitance and the number of junction for single electron multi-junction txap. In the C_(w)/C>3/Ncase, an electron can be trapped in the store island height depernds on the number of junction, the value of barrier height is Ne^(2)/8C for C_(w)/C>1. Thus, when N is large and C_(w)/C is large, it is favor of trapping electron in the store island. We find that multi-junction trap with small well capacitance is not suitable for studying the single electron trap. 한방사료 첨가제인 어보산의 효과 III. 시판 사료에 어보산 첨가시 넙치치어의 성장에 미치는 효과

시판되는 넙치용 부상사료에 한방사료 첨가제인 어보산을 농도별 (0, 0.6및 1.2%)로 첨가한 후, 넙치의 성장, 사료효율, 비만도 및 혈액성분에 미치는 효과를 비교한 결과, 체중의 성장은 실험 8주 후부터 대조군과 첨가군간에서 유의한 차이가 나기 시작하여, 실험종료시 첨가군들이 대조군에 비해 7.8~9.1% 더 증가하였다 (P<0.05). 실험 전 기간을 통해 어보산 첨가군들의 일일성장률은 대조군보다 5.9~7.1% 더 좋은 결과를 보였고, 첨가군들의 사료효율도 대조군보다 13.2-14.2% 더 향상됨을 보였으며, 실험종료시 비만도도 첨가군들이 대조군에 비해 3.2~3.5% 정도의 유의한 증가를 보였다 (P<0.05). 특히 어보산 첨가군들 간의 성장 결과에서는 서로 유의한 차이가 나지 않음으로써, 어보산의 넙치 부상사료에 대한 적정 첨가농도는 0.6%로 판명되었다. 어보산 첨가농도별 넙치용 부상 사료로 사육한 넙치의 혈액성상을 분석한 결과, 각 실험군간 유의적 인 차이가 관찰되지 않았으나 (P>0.05), 혈청성분은 대조군과 어보산 첨가군들간 뚜렷한 차이를 보였는데, 어보산 첨가군들이 대조군에 비해 total protein과 glucose에서 높았고, total cholesterol, GOT와 GPT에서 낮은 값을 보였다 (P<0.05). 특히 혈청 GOT와 GPT에 있어 어보산 첨가군들은 대조군에 비해 매우 낮은 값을 보였다(P<0.05). Growth, feed efficiency and condition factor of the olive flounder fed supplemented diets containing different levels of Obosan were significantly (P<0.05), especialluy at the optimum level of 0.6% Obosan. The hematological values (RBC count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCHC, MCV and MCH) were not significantly different among the flounder fed diets containing different levels of Obosan (P> 0.05). However, serum concentrations of total protein and glucose in the flounder, feds Obosan supplemented diets, were significantly higher, while the levels of total cholesterol, COT and GPT were lower than those of control fish (P<0.05)i the values for COT and GPT were only about half that of the control (P<0.05).

We study the properties of the transversal Killing and twistorspinors for a Riemannian foliation with a transverse spinstructure. And we investigate the relations between them. As anapplication, we give a new lower bound for the eigenvalues of thebasic Dirac operator by using the transversal twistor operator.
넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 자성발생성 이배체 유도

Gynogenetic diploids were induced in flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, by applying cold shocks to the eggs after insemination with sperms which genetically inactivated by ultraviolet rays. Sperms were obtained from black sea bream, and also used flounder and mud loach as controls. Embryos inseminated with sperm, irradiated with dose varing from 3000 to 4500erg/㎟, showed the highest incidence of haploid syndromes. Fertilized eggs were treated with cold shock (0∼4℃) for 45 min for blocking the second polar body. Optimum temperature for the highest incidence of gynogenetic diploid was revealed at 2℃. In the cytogenetic studies, there was no difference of karyotype or number of chromosome between the induced gynogenetic diploids and normal diploid controls. All gynogenetic individuals had 48 acrocentric chromosomes and nucleus volume of erythrocyte was 13.36㎛³. Gynogenetic diploids showed slightly higher rates of survival and growth than the normal diploids for 7 month rearing period. The gonad of seven-month-old gynogenetic diploids had the normal external morphology and active meiosis occurred normally in their ovaries.
