PNF의 어깨뼈 골반 대칭 상호 패턴이 노인의 호흡기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of scapula and pelvis symmetrical reciprocal pattern exercise of PNF concept on respiratory function and quality of life in elderly subjects. Methods : Nineteen elderly subjects with healthy were recruited. Subjects performed scapula and pelvis symmetrical reciprocal pattern exercise of PNF concept. Exercise was appied 30 minutes three times per week for four weeks. The respiratory function and quality of life (QOL) test three times (before, two weeks, and four weeks). Respiratory function includes forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume at one second (FEV1), Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) and chest cage expansion test (CCET). The QOL test was measured Korean WHOQOL-BRIEF. The analysis method was analyzed through the one-way ANOVA repeated methods, and the statistical significance is α=.05. It was analyzed through the post test Bonferroni test. Results : After the 4 week scapula and pelvis symmetrical reciprocal pattern exercise of PNF concept showed statistically significant differences in the respiratory function (FVC, FEV1, PEF, and CCET), and QOL (p<.05). As a result of the post-hoc test, FVC showed a significant increase in the mid test and post test compared to the pre test (p<.05), FEV1 showed a significant increase in the post test compared to the pre test (p<.05). PEF showed a significant increase in all pre-test, mid-test, and post-test sections (p<.05), CCET showed a significant increase in all pre-test, mid-test, and post-test sections (p<.05). QOL showed a significant increase in all pre-test, mid-test, and post-test sections (p<.05). Conclusion : In this study, the scapula and pelvis symmetrical reciprocal pattern exercise of PNF concept improved respiratory function and QOL. The findings suggest that this intervention could be beneficial in improving respiratory function and QOL in the elderly.
CDMA 셀룰러 시스템의 하드핸드오프 성능 개선에 관한 연구

In this paper, the improvement of hard handoff for cellular CDMA system is studied. In order to improve the performance of the hard handoff, a new algorithm for hard handoff to increase time diversity is proposed and field tested. It is shown that the proposed algorithm achieves 90% of successful handoff rate while the conventional method of hard handoff with 40% successful handoff rate.
SSMA 시퀀스와 케이오틱 시퀀스의 상관 특성 비교 연구

직접 스펙트럼 확산 통신 시스템에서는 의사 잡음 시퀀스(PN Sequence)가 일반적으로 사용된다. 그러나 의사 잡음 시퀀스 혹은 m 시퀀스의 갯수는 한정되어 있다. 또한 주기가 2ⁿ-1로서 항상 홀수로 주어지므로 시스템 동기에 부적합한 경우가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 확장 m 시퀀스(Extended m sequence)는 의사 잡음 시퀀스의 길이를 하나 더 증가시켜 2ⁿ으로 만들어진다. 임의의 길이를 가지는 무한히 많은 시퀀스를 생성할 수 있는 캐이오틱(Chaotic) 시퀀스 또한 스펙트럼 확산 통신 시스템에서 사용 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 사용되는 의사 잡음 시퀀스를 확산 m-시퀀스, 가자미(Kasami) 시퀀스, 골드(Gold) 시퀀스 및 캐이오틱 시퀀스의 상관 특성과 비교 분석하였다.
가우스 잡음과 CO-CHANNEL 간섭이 존재하는 채널에서의 최대추정 프레임 동기

The problem of locating a periodically inserted frame synchronization pattern in random data for a binary pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) digital communication system over an additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel with co-channel interference is considered. The performance degradation of frame synchronization for the correlation rule due to the presence of co-channel interference is shown. The maximum likelihood (ML) decision rule for the frame synchronization over an AWGN channel with co-channel interference is derived. The ML frame synchronization rule obtains about 1dB signal energy gain over the correlation rule. Specially, the ML rule obtains as much as 2 dB gain over the correlation rule when the SNR is greater than 0 dB.

This study was conducted to use waste oyster shell as biofilm media for biological wastewater treatment. The comparison between the activated sludge and the submerged biofilm process with oyster shell media (5% of reactor volume) for domestic sewage treatment was made at various hydraulic retention times. The effluent quality of the submerged oyster shell reactor was more stable than that of activated sludge reactor. The BOD removal efficiencies of the submerged process was above 80% at the various organic loading rates of 0.12∼0.55㎏BOD/㎥/day. The COD and SS removal efficiencies of the submerged process were higher than that of the activated sludge process. Also, TKN and T-P removal efficiencies of submerged process were higher than that of the activated sludge process. The comparison between the submerged biofilm process with oyster shell media of 10% and 18% was made at various loading rates. The hydraulic retention time was fixed to 6hr. The BOD, COD_(Cr) removal efficiencies of 10% and 18% were above 80% at organic loading rates of 1.0㎏ BOD/㎥/day and 1.5㎏COD_(Cr)/㎥/day but the removal efficiencies of 18% reactor decreased as the organic loading rates were increased. The TKN removal efficiencies of 10% and 18% were above 70% at organic loading rates of 0.2㎏ TKN/㎥/day. However, the removal efficiencies of 18% reactor decreased at the higher loading rates. The phosphorus removal efficiencies of both reactors showed similar removal efficiencies.

낙상은 응급상황이 발생한 노인에게는 적절한 시간이 응급처치가 요구되는 주요한 상태이다. 응급상황의 경우, 낙상의 발생과 낙상 방향은 초기 상태의 응급처치를 위한 중요한 정보로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 낙상의 발생과 방향을 정확히 판단하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 낙상과 방향을 감지하기 위하여 하나의 3축 자이로도센서(MPU-6050)를 사용하였다. 제안된 낙상 방향 알고리듬은 X와 Y축 가속도값을 사용하여 낙상여부와 앞, 뒤 좌 ,우 및 중간방향을 포함한 8개 낙상방향을 감지하였다. 제안된 시스템은 선택적인 가속도 임계값을 사용하여 97% 이상의 낙상과 낙상방향을 성공적으로 감지함을 보였다.
