타인에 의한 타당화 욕구, 눈치, 사회적 자기효능감이 청소년의 대인관계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of needs for approval, nunchi, social self-efficacy on adolescents interpersonal relationship and psychological mechanism. This study investigated mediating effects of nunchi, social self-efficacy on the relation between needs for approval and interpersonal relationship. The date for this study consist of 435 middle school students in Gyeonggido. To test the hypotheses, Needs of a Validation From Others Scale, Nunchi Scale, Social Self-efficacy Scale, Interpersonal Relationship Scale was used. Goodness of fit of the measurement and structural models was verified through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0, and the final model of the mediating effects was examined. Structural equation modelling was used to compare the fit of the research and alternative models, and found that the research model as the best model for the present data. Results of the study showed that needs for approval had indirectly a effect on interpersonal relationship via nunchi and social self- efficacy which also functions as a mediator. Social self-efficacy mediated effect of nunchi on interpersonal relationship. lastly, implications on consultation and follow-up studies are suggested.
