The purpose of this study is to apply high-strength polymer concrete grating to produce the product. we have succeeded in the development of the grating by using a polymer concrete to replace the steel grating that is being used for construction work by production at the factory.
o-페난트롤린과 옥살례이트를 사용한 바나듐(Ⅳ)의 용매추출

바나듐(Ⅳ)의 옥살산 수용액상으로부터 유기 용매상 중의 σ-폐난트롤린에 의한 바나듐(Ⅳ)의 추출실험을 행한 결과 벤젠, 클로로포름, 사염화탄소 등의 유기용매에는 바나듐(Ⅳ)이 추출되지 않고 추출율은 낮지만 n-부탄올 용매에서는 녹황색의 안정한 추출물이 얻어졌다. 추술된 화학종의 조성을 일정물 계열법(isomolar series method) 및 평형이동법(equilibrium shift method)에 의하여 검토한 결과 조성비는 바나듐(Ⅳ) :σ-페난트롤린 : 옥살레례이트 : n-부탄올=1 : 1 : 1 : 2인 것으로 나타났다. Extraction of vanadium (Ⅳ) from aqueous oxalic acid solution with σ-phenanthroline in organic solvents has been investigated. It has been obserbed that vanadium (Ⅳ) is extracted partially into n-butanol, giving a stable a greenish-yellow extract but not into other solvents such as benzene, chloroform carbon-tetrachloride etc. The stoichiometry of the vanadium (Ⅳ) complex extracted into n-butanol was determined by isomolar series method and equilibrium shift method and was found to be 1 : 1 : 1 : 2 (vanadium:σ-phenanthroline: oxalate:n-butanol).

사용후핵연료 수송용기등에 사용되는 에폭시수지계 중성자 차폐재, KNS(Kaeri Neutron Shield)-101, KNS-102 및 KNS-103를 제조하였다. 기본물질은 에폭시수지이며, 첨가제로는 폴리프로필렌, 수산화알루미늄 및 탄화붕소이다. 이들 중성자 차폐재들은 유동성이 좋아 수송용기와 같은 복잡한 구조에 사용할수 있다. 제조된 중성자 차폐재들을 가압경수로 사용후핵연료 28다발을 수송할 수 있는 수송용기에 적용하여 차폐능 평가를 수행하였다. 세가지 중성자 차폐재를 수송용기에 적용하여 ANISN 코드로 차폐능 평가를 수행한 결과 정상수송시 중성자 차폐재의 두계가 10cm이상 일 때 수송용기 반경방향표면에서 최대 방사선량율은 300 μSv/h로 나타났으며, 수송용기 표면에서 100cm 지점에서의 최대 방사선량율은 97 μSv/h로 나타났다. 이들은 모두 관련된 법규들에서 규정된 최대허용방사선량율을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. Epoxy resin-type neutron shielding materials, KNS(Kaeri Neutron Shield)-101, KNS-102, and KNS-103 have been fabricated to be used in spent fuel shipping cask. The base material is epoxy resin, and polypropylene, aluminium hydroxide, and boron carbide are added. These shielding materials offer good fluidity at processing, which makes it possible to apply this resin shield to complicated geometric shapes such as shipping cask. The shielding property of these shielding materials for shipping cask for loading 28 PWR spent fuel assemblies has been evaluated. ANISN code is used to evaluate the shielding property of the shipping cask with the thickness of the three neutron shielding materials greater than 10 cm. As a result of analysis, the maximum calculated dose rate at the radial surface of the cask is determined to be 300 μSv/h and the maximum calculated dose rate at 100 cm from the cask is 97 μSv/h. These dose rates remain within allowable values specified in related regulations.
진동 크러셔의 기술개발을 통한 콘크리트용 순환굵은골재의 생산기술에 관한 연구

In this study, the vibratory crusher was developed to develop the high quality recycled coarse aggregate for concrete. The vibratory crusher was installed on the production line of recycled aggregate and the produced recycled aggregate was compared with that from conventional crusher for evaluation of the performance of vibratory crusher and the quality of the produced recycled aggregate. The results showed that the performance of the recycled aggregate was better than conventional aggregate by 39% in water absorption ratio, 10% in absolute dry density, 31% in resistance to wearing, 14% in satisfactory particle size distribution, 41% in volume of clay ball and 32% in safety, thus showing that the quality of the recycled coarse aggregate is much improved. The microscopic observation showed that a lot of mortar, minute cracks and segregation have been removed.
