        랜덤 포레스트를 활용한 만족도 사전조사에 따른 교육 역량 예측 분석

        Universities are looking for various methods to enhance educational competence level suitable for the rapidly changing social environment. This study suggests a method to promote academic and educational achievements by reducing drop-out rate from their majors through implementation of pre-survey of satisfaction that revised and complemented survey items. To supplement the CQI method implemented after a general satisfaction survey, a pre-survey of satisfaction was carried out. To consolidate students' competences, this study made prediction and analysis of data with more importance possible using the Random Forest of the machine learning technique that can be applied to AI Medici platform, whose design is underway. By pre-processing the pre-survey of satisfaction, the students information enrolled in classes were defined as an explanatory variable, and they were classified, and a model was created and learning was conducted. For the experimental environment, the algorithms and sklearn library related in Jupyter notebook 3.7.7, Python 3.7 were used together. This study carried out a comparative analysis of change in educational satisfaction survey, carried out after classes, and trends in the drop-out students by reflecting the results of the suggested method in the classes.

        Motion Blur를 줄이기 위한 Over-driving Controller 설계

        정지해 있는 물체가 디스플레이 될 때는 상이 선명하지만 움직이는 물체가 디스플레이 될 때는 물체의 가장자리가 번져 보이는 Motion Blur현상이 일어난다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 XUP Virtex-Ⅱ Pro Development System을 이용하여 Virtex-Ⅱ Pro XUP XC2VP30 보드에 Motion Blur를 줄이는 Overdrive 기술을 구성하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 구현된 플랫폼은 하드웨어 IP로 구현하였으며 어플리케이션 및 모델 데이터 인터페이스는 소프트웨어에서 처리하도록 하였다. 본 설계에서는 임의의 동영상 모델을 이용하여 동영상의 이동 속도(Pixel/Frame)에 따른 Blur의 정도와 기존의 Overdrive를 제어하였을 경우 발생하는 역잔상을 개선하였고, 동영상에서 보다 선명한 화질이 구현될 수 있음 보여주었다. We can see the motion blur phenomenon on theedge of the moving picture when it moves in the LCDs. To reduce this phenomenon, we suggested a new over-deriving method, implemented on the board XUP Virtex-2 Pro Development System by using Virtex-2 Pro XUP XC2VP30 and improved the Motion Blur. In this method, we did not use additional parts except for a SDRAM. Hardware implementation for IP and data interface were handled in software. In this paper, we used the moving bar and the moving video image as a design model. We also showed that the afterimage was reduced and the vivid moving images was displayed. through this method.

      • 열전 모듈의 정전압 출력 시스템을 위한 벅-부스트 DC-DC 변환기

        We have proposed and fabricated a Buck-Boost DC to DC Converter for Thermoelectric generator (TEG) with constant output voltage suitable for battery chargers or constant voltage supplies in the range of several watt. The experimental and simulation results have shown that the proposed method allows stable operation with maximum 86% power transfer efficiency. The proposed circuit has a merit in cost and miniaturization of a system compared to conventional MPPT algorithms, because the proposed method adopts only analog circuit without DSP or micro controller unit for calculating peak power point by iterative methods.

        A power management controller circuit with switched capacitor mode down regulator and battery charger block for semi-active RFID tags was proposed and fabricated. The main purposes of the proposed switched capacitor mode down regulator and battery charger block are to reduce standby current and to provide a self-controlled thin film battery charger by detecting the received RF power, respectively. Fabricated chip area is 360,000㎛² and measured standby current was about 1.3㎂. To further reduction of standby current, a wake-up circuit has to be included in the power management controller.
