제설전진기지는 제설작업을 신속하게 수행하기 위한 물리적인 제반요건으로서, 제설대상 도로구간에 필요한 제설차량 및 장비를 보관한 차고와 제설제를 비축한 창고, 관리시설 등을 구비한 시설물로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구는 제설전진기지의 시설기준을 마련하기 위한 기조적 연구로서 해외의 기준을 고찰하고 고속국도 및 일반국도, 지방도를 대상으로 국내 제설전진기지의 실태를 조사하였다. 사례조사결과 창고형태의 전진기지가 없고 야외에 제설제를 보관하고 있는 경우도 많은 것으로 나타났다. 실태조사를 바탕으로 배치, 규모, 평면, 구조체로 나누어 문제점을 분석하고 제설전진기지의 설계시 고려사항을 제시하였다. The snow control storage facilities have the physical requirements that are an anti-icing and deicing operations. They are efficiently and quickly performed, and composed of a vehicle depot for the snow removal equipment and truck, anti-icing and deicing chemical storages, and the control utilities. This study is to investigate the planning guidance of foreign countries, and the actual conditions of the snow control chemical storage facilities for expressway, the national highway and the local road, and is to suggest the planning guidelines. As some of the authorities have no fixed structures for the snow control storage, this study analyze the 5 cases constructed lately. From the result of the case studies, the operations performed in the snow control storage facilities and drawback of the facilities are analyzed with respect to layout, size, plan, and structure, and the improvement planning guidance is also suggested.

연관성규칙을 이용한 국민생활시간조사에서의 동시행동에 대한 분석

본 논문에서는 통계청에서 조사한 국민생활시간 조사 항목의 일부분인 동시행동을 데이터마이닝의 연관성규칙을 이용하여 분석하였다. 통계청의 분석에서는 동시행동에 대하여 일반적인 분석만 가능하였으나 연관성규칙을 이용한 결과 특정행동을 동시에 한 비율과 특정 행위를 하였을 때 다른 행위를 수행할 확률을 구할 수 있었다. 이를 이용하여 행동에 대한 사회학적 연구가 가능하여 기존의 분석보다 한 단계 발전한 분석이라 할 수 있다. This Paper analyzed simultaneous activities of the time use survey by Korea National Statistical Office to use data mining s association rule. The survey of National Statistical Office in 1999 considered general analysis for main activities like that personal care(eating), employment and study, leisure, travel by purpose. But if we use the association rule, we can found the ratio of simultaneous activities at the same time. And also we can found the probability that another activities practise if we act one particular activity. Using this association rule of data mining we can do more developed and analytical sociological study.

배전계통의 전압안정화를 위한 소수력발전기의 최적전압제어방안에 관한 연구

정부의 신재생에너지 확대개발정책에 따라 태양광과 같은 분산형전원이 대량으로 배전계통에 도입되어 운용됨에 따라, 배전계통의 전압상승 등 전력품질에 관련된 많은 문제점들이 발생되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여, 전력회사에서는 분신형전원 배전계통연계기준을 제시하여 배전계통의 전압안정화에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 배전계통의 적정한 전압을 유지하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광전원이 대량으로 연계된 배전계통에 연계운전 중인 소수력발전기의 역률제한에 따른 전압제어 한계점을 분석하여 발전기의 최적전압제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 알고리즘을 구현하여, 전압제어 시뮬레이터와 설계통 적용을 통해, 소수력발전소 연계선로의 전압안정화 향상에 기여함을 확인하였다.
