To analysis Drain currents of polycrystalline semiconductor thin film transistor (TFT) condsidering the effect of grain boundary condition, new approach will be suggested. And the results of comparing between polycrystalline TFT phenomenon in always smaller the drain currents of polycrystalline semiconductor TFT than those of monocrystalline semiconductor TFT.

거시경제위험에 따른 이슬람시장 vs 서구 전통 주식시장

This study investigates the relationship between macroeconomic risk and low-frequency volatility of stock markets, albeit, making a comparison between conventional and Islamic stock markets from around the world. The study uses the novel approach of Rangel and Engle(2012) to extract ‘low-frequency’ volatility from aggregate volatility shocks and then investigates whether this low frequency volatility can be explained by macroeconomic risk. Using a panel of 36 countries, representing developed, emerging and Islamic countries for the period from 2000 to 2016, the study finds that low-frequency market volatility is lower for Islamic countries (and) markets with more number of listed companies, (and) higher market capitalization relative to GDP and larger variability in industrial production. The study also finds that low-frequency component of volatility is greater when the macroeconomic factors of GDP, unemployment, short-term interest rates, inflation, money supply and foreign exchange rates are more volatile. The empirical results are robust to various alternative specifications and split sample analyses. Our findings imply that religiosity has an influence on the correction of market volatility. 본 연구는 거시경제 위험이 주식시장의 저빈도 변동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 특히 서구전통 주식시장과 이슬람 주식시장 간에 미치는 거시경제 위험의 영향을 비교하였다. 총 변동성에서 저빈도 변동성을 추출하는 새로운 방법을 이용하여 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저빈도 변동성은 GDP, 상장기업수, 산업생산 변동성 보다는 이슬람시장과 시가총액이 높은 시장에서 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 저빈도 변동성은 이슬람시장이 포함될 때 낮게 나타났다. 거시경제 위험에 대한 이슬람시장의 특이성은 다양한 하위표본, 임의 시장효과와 고정효과 등의 추정모형에서 일관되게 나타났다. 저빈도 변동성이 이슬람 시장에서 음의 값을 갖는 것은 체계적 금융위험이 주식시장에 영향을 미쳤을 때 포트폴리오 분산으로서 이슬람시장을 고려할 수 있음을 의미한다. 셋째, 저빈도 변동성은 거시경제 요인인 GDP, 실업, 단기이자율, 인플레, 통화공급(안정기), 환율 등의 변동성이 높을 때 같이 높았다. 그러나, 금융위기 시에 통화공급 기관이 통화량 증가를 결정한다면 저빈도 변동성은 낮아질 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 하위표본 뿐만 아니라 다양한 회귀모형에 있어서도 강건하였고, 이슬람시장의 종교성이 시장변동성을 축소시킬 수 있다는 함의를 갖게 하였다.

컨테이너 반출 소요시간 추정 모형

The study focused on the estimation model of container retrieval time in the operation of the import container yard that utilizes transfer crane as the material handling equipment. The results of this research can be utilized in the general container yard, such as off dock container yard, as well as the import container yard. When the construction of new container yard or the enlargement of it is considered, these results also can be used for determining the optimal space requirement and the number of transfer cranes.

실험 계획법을 이용한 초정밀 연마 가공에 관한 연구

There have been so many study in the ultra-precision mirror finishing. Already Using system of experiments extract factors effecting surface roughness and find optimal machining conditions in 40㎛, 30㎛, 15㎛ abrasive film. So in this study, Using Abrasive film of 12∼3㎛ extract factors effecting surface roughness and results are follows; Factor A(film feed) in 12㎛ and 5㎛ abrasive film, Factor A(film feed) and B(applied force) in 9㎛ abrasive film. Factor C(grinding speed) in 3㎛ abrasive film are main factor effecting surface roughness.

W/Ta_(2)O_(5)/poly-Si/Si에서의 C-V측정

W to electrode meterial of Ta_(2)O_(5) oxide have been studied. It evepolated W by sputter and Al by evpolater on S_(1)-polyS_(1)-Ta_(2)O_(5) layer Leakage current characteristics through I-V measurement before and after 500,600℃ annealing was investigated. The MOS capacitor of W-Ta_(2)O_(5)-polyS_(1)-S_(1) structure was made. The electric characteristics resulted in Ta_(2)O_(5) oxide interface through quasi-static and high-frequency C-V measurement was investigated. I-V and C-V measurement to electric charactivistics of each sample were investigated Where I-V measurement recognized Al better then W Al good leakage current a case before and after 500 ℃ annealing. But W good leakage current a case after 600 ℃ annealing. Therfore W good at high temperature. C-V measurement was investigated interface analysis of W-Ta_(2)O_(5)-polyS_(1)-Si capacitor. 유리섬유 에폭시 복합재료의 드릴링 특성에 관한 연구

Glass fiber epoxy composite material is widely used in the structures of aircrafts, robots and other machines because of their high specific strength, high specific stiffness and high damping. In order for the composite materials to be used in the aircraft .structures or machine elements, accurate surfaces for bearing mounting or joints must be provided, which require precise machining. In this paper, the machinability of the glass fiber epoxy composite material was experimentally investigated. The results can be summarized as follows; 1. The entrance of hole is very good manufacturing existing, but exit come to occur sever surface exfoliation. 2. The cutting force in drilling of the glass fiber epoxy coposite material is decreased as the drilling speed increased. 3. If the glass fiber epoxy composite material is drilling by the standard twist drill, then the hole recommand cutting condition is spindle speed 400~600rpm, feed 40~50mm/min.

농협 판매사업의 이론적 고찰

농산물 시장개방 확대와 유통서비스시장 전면개방으로 농업인 조합원의 경제적 존립이 위태로워짐에 따라, 농협 판매사업의 역할에 대한 기대가 더욱 커지고 있다. 이 글의 목적은 농협 판매사업 역할에 대한 과학적인 인식의 틀을 제공하고, 급변하는 유통환경에 대응하여 향후 농협 판매사업의 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 농업협동조합 이론의 근간이 되어온 경쟁척도(competitive yardstick) 이론과 수직통합(vertical integration) 이론을 개관하고, 그 발전과정을 살펴보았다. 농업협동조합은 이용자가 소유하고 통제하며 수익을 갖는 기본원칙으로 인해 시장행동과 사업방식 측면에서 주식회사와 다른 정체성을 갖는다. 농업협동조합의 시장 참여는 유통채널을 지배하는 민간기업의 독점행위를 견제함으로써 시장을 효율화하고, 농업인 조합원은 물론 소비자 후생에도 기여하는 공익적 역할을 수행한다. 농업협동조합은 농업인들이 거래 상대방의 기회주의적인 행동으로부터 자신의 이익을 보호하기 위하여 설립된 수직통합 방식의 조직체이며, 수직통합이 진전될수록 농협 판매사업의 역할은 더욱 커진다. 농산물 수입과 소비지시장의 독과점화가 급속히 진전되는 상황에서 산지유통의 투자부실을 방지하고 우리농산물의 안정적인 판로 확보를 위해서는 산지유통과 도·소매유통이 하나의 기업처럼 대응활 수 있도록 계통간 수직통합을 더욱 강화해야 한다.

절연막에 OTS를 처리한 OTFT의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

This paper uses mixing OTS(n-octadecy trichlorosilance) solution to gate insulator and formed SAMs(Self-Assembled Monolayers) film. The inspection of surface properties under OTS(octadecyltrichlorosilane) treated SiO₂ film was carried out by current-voltage characteristic. OTS solution was made OTS 0.lw%∼0.5w% each of chloroform 30w% and hexane 70w%. consequently, Pentacle deposited on gate insulator. According to rate of OTS solution, saw leakage current properties. Leakage current of OTS solution (OTS 0.lw%) was smaller more than OTS solution (OTS 0.5w%). Consequently, gate insulator property of OTFT was influenced rate of OTS solution.
