The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of herbs as a bread additive among 880 university students(436 male and 444 female). A sensory evaluation was also undertaken to investigate the taste and qualitative aspects of breads with various herb additives such as rosemary and mint. First, rosemary was the most popular(40.9%), followed by mint(28.5%) and lavender(10.9%). Second, sensory evaluation gave a positive response rate of 85.8% for the breads and cookies with added herbs. Third, in terms of using herbs for breads and cookies, respondents favored mint as the favorite with 58.1%, followed by rosemary with 57.9%. Fourth, in terms of sensory test, the highest preference was scored by the bread with 2% mint and 2% rosemary, and this ingrediebt mixture was confirmed as the best to make herb added breads.
n-Si(111) 기판 위에 전기증착에 의한 Fe 박막의 성장과 구조적 특성

펄스 전기증착법에 의해 단결정 Fe 박막을 n-Si(111) 기판위에 직접 성장시켰다. CV 분석 을 통해 $Fe^{2+}n-Si(111)$ 계면은 쇼트키 장벽 형성에 따른 다이오드 특성을 가진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 또한 인가 전압에 따른 전기용량의 변화를 보여주는 Mott-Schottky chottky(MS) 관계식을 이용하여 전해질 내에서 n-Si(111) 기판의 flat-band potential(EFB)을 조사하였으며, 0.1M $FeCl_2$ 전해질 내에서 EFB와 산화-환원 전위는 각각 -0.526V 과 -0.316V 임을 알 수 있었다. Fe/n-Si(111) 계면반응 시, Fe 증착 초기 단계에서의 핵 형성과 성장 운동학은 과도전류 특성을 이용하여 조사하였으며, 과도전류 특성을 통해 Fe 박막의 성장모드는 "instantaneous nucleation and 3-dimensional diffusion limited growth"임을 알 수 있었다. 주파수가 300Hz, 최대 전압이 1.4V인 펄스 전압을 이용하여 n-Si(111) 기판위에 Fe를 직접 전기 증착 시켰으며, 형 성 된 Fe 박막은 단결정 ${\alpha}-Fe$로 Si 기판위에 ${\alpha}-Fe(110)/Si(111)$의 격자 정합성을 가지고 성장하였음을 XRD 분석을 통해 확인하였다. Single crystal Fe thin films were grown directly onto n-Si(111) substrates by pulsed electrodeposition. Cyclic Voltammogram(CV) indicated that the $Fe^{2+}/n-Si(111)$ interface shows a good diode behavior by forming a Schottky barrier. From Mott-Schottky (MS) relation, it is found that the flat-band potential of n-Si(111) substrate and equilibrium redox potential of $Fet^{2+}$ ions are -0.526V and -0.316V, respectively. The nucleation and growth kinetics at the initial reaction stages of Fe/n-Si(111) substraste was studied by current transients. Current transients measurements have indicated that the deposition process starts via instantaneous nucleation and 3D diffusion limited growth. After the more deposition, the deposition flux of Fe ions was saturated with increase of deposition time. from the as-deposited sample obtained using the potential pulse of 1.4V and 300Hz, it is found that Fe nuclei grows to three dimensional(3D) islands with the average size of about 100nm in early deposition stages. As the deposition time increases, the sizes of Fe nuclei increases progressively and by a coalescence of the nuclei, a continuous Fe films grow on the Si surface. In this case, the Fe films show a highly oriented columnar structure and x-ray diffraction patterns reveal that the phase ${\alpha}-Fe$ grows on the n-Si(111) substrates.

본 연구의 목적은 알루미늄 허니콤의 충격에너지 흡수 특성을 예측하는 것이다. 알루미늄 허니콤은 가볍고 에너지 흡수효율이 뛰어나며, 우주환경에서도 사용 가능하여 달착륙선의 충격흡수장치로 사용되고 있다. 충격에너지 흡수용 허니콤의 설계를 위해서는 에너지 흡수 과정에서 일정하게 유지되는 압축강도(crush strength)의 예측이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소법을 이용하여 허니콤의 형상 및 충돌속도에 따른 압축강도를 예측하였다. 유한요소해석 프로그램은 Ls-dyna를 이용하였으며, 효율적인 유한요소 해석을 위하여 허니콤의 단위 셀 모델을 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 충돌속도 및 허니콤 포일(foil)의 두께 변화, 허니콤의 분기각(branch angle)에 따른 유한요소해석을 수행하여 에너지 흡수 특성을 분석하였다. The purpose of this paper is to predict the shock absorbing characteristics of the aluminum honeycomb in a lunar lander. Aluminum honeycomb has been used for shock absorbers of lunar lander due to its characteristics such as light weight, high energy absorption efficiency and applicability under severe space environments. Crush strength of the honeycomb should have strength to endure during shock energy absorbing process. In this paper, the crush strength, which depends on the shape of honeycomb and impact velocity, is estimated using FEM. Ls-dyna is used for finite element analysis of the honeycomb shock absorber. The unit cells of the honeycomb shape are modeled and used for the finite element analysis. Energy absorption characteristics are decided considering several conditions such as impact velocity, foil thickness and branch angle of the honeycomb.

녹색 성장이 세계경제의 지속가능 성장을 위한 패러다임의 근본적 변화로 인식되고 있다. 녹색성장은 저탄소화와 녹색산업화에 기반을 두고 경제성장력을 높이는 새로운 성장개념으로 녹색기술(Green Technology)과 청정에너지, 환경 친화적 비즈니스모델 등을 통해 새로운 시장을 창출하고 이를 통해 경제성장의 원동력으로 삼는 것을 의미한다. 글로벌 경제성장 패러다임의 변화는 우리나라 물류부문에서도 근본적인 변화를 요구하고 있으며, 이는 환경 친화적 녹색물류체계의 구축으로 귀결된다. 본 논문은 글로벌 경제성장 패러다임과 광양만권 지역에 맞는 새로운 비전과 그린오션 전략을 수립하여 광양만권을 동북아 고부가가치 녹색물류 및 녹색산업의 거점으로 육성하는데 목적이 있다. 광양만권의 지속가능 성장을 위한 녹색물류 전략으로 친환경 녹색성장기반 구축, 그린포트 구축, 그리고 저탄소 고효율 해상셔틀서비스 구축을 제시하였다. 친환경 녹색성장 기반을 구축하기 위해서는 태양광 부품소재, 풍력발전 부품 제조업체, 친환경 부품 소재(자전거, 하이브리드 카) 산업 중 선도 기업을 유치하여야 하며, 핵심 기술의 개발 및 연구를 지원할 수 있는 역량이 확보되어야 한다. 녹색물류체계 구축을 위해서는 이산화탄소 배출량을 저감하기 위한 그린포트 전략과 저탄소 녹색물류체계를 구축하여야 한다. This primary purpose of this study is to suggest strategy a green-logistics strategy of Gwanyang bay area. The Green growth is the new growth concept based on the low carbon and environment-friendly industry. The new paradigm on the global economy growth requests a established logistics industry to be shifted into establishing the environment-friendly green logistics system. Some findings derided from this study are follows: Frist, in order to establish a environment-friendly green growth foundation, it is necessary to attract a green industry such as solar cell, wind force, hybrid car etc. Second, a green logistics system has to be established, including a green port strategy and reducing emission of carbon.

The human resources play an important role in a hotel cooking department. The object of this study is to gain basic data for searching an effective human resources management method of cooking department in the hotel. To achieve this object, I proceeded like this. In the second chapter, I exerted myself to arrange the theoretical system on the content of the human resources management through an internal and external philological research. In the third chapter, I established conceptional research model to study factual research and three hypotheses. And I made all high-grade hotel cooking employee in Taegu and Kyung-Buk answer an questionnaire, so practiced interrelation analysis and dispersion analysis according to research hypothesis. The results are as follows. First, the result of hypothesis 1 was that there was rather a high interrelation between the human resources management fator of cooking department and its overall evaluation. Second, the result of hypothesis 2 was that there was a significant difference about the overall evaluation of cooking business management according to the position demographically. Third, the result of hypothesis 3 was that there was a significant difference according to the scholastic ability, position and the district of hotel in the demographical evaluation of human resources management factors. The limits of this study were that first, I defined the subject as the cook employee of high-grade hotel in Taegu and Kyung-Buk, second, I utilized partial variance among many variances affecting human resources management. Therefore after this study, these limits must be overcomed and multiple and scientific study must be accomplish. So human resources of cooking department in the hotel must improve more.
