멀티미디어 DAB 수신기 구현

This paper describes the DAB receiver which is designed and implemented with a DAB baseband decoder SH7490 developed by HITACHI. In order to completely implement the receiver, we use the microprocessor H8/3048F for treating the functions such as DAB transmission protocol, the various kinds of key functions, control of LCD module and display of ensemble label and service label. Performance test of DAB receiver has been held with the OFDM signal generator conformable to DAB standard ETS 300 401. Test result shows the CD quality audio sound as it expected.

한글 라디오 텍스트 기능을 갖는 RDS 수신기 구현

It is expected to provide an auto-tunning related service which is one of many functions of RDS, a new media for FM broadcasting. Eventually, Korean and English character service will also be held in the near future in domestic broadcasting. This paper describes an implementation of character displayable RDS receiver using GLCD(Graphic LCD). It can display PS(Program Service name) which corresponds to broadcasting station name and transmitted data RT(Radio Text for RDS data transmitting station. Meanwhile, it displays frequency same as existing receiver for stations which do not broadcast RDS. It can provide many useful information to users using various kinds of function keys installed at the front panel of receiver. There are predefined 6 major function keys such as Power, PTY, Up, Down, Clear and Enter. It is designed to accept key input and provide corresponding service. Performance test of RDS receiver has been held in two different installation conditions such as fixed place and locomotive mobile in cooperation with KBS. Test result shows perfect real time processing of received RDS data transmitted from KBS.

채널상태정보를 이용한 단축블록터보코드의 성능 분석

In this paper, the new decoding algorithm of Shorted Block Turbo Codes is proposed. The proposed algorithm utilizes the Channel State Information(CSI), which is estimated to compensate for the distorted signal caused by multi-path fading. The performance of a new decoding algorithm is compared to that of the conventional decoding algorithm without using channel state information under the Rayleigh fading channel. Experimental results showed that by applying the CSI to the conventional decoding algorithm the new decoding algorithm achieves good error performance with the reduction of the amount of computation.

조선총독부의 교육정책과 교과서 발행

The publication of textbook under the Imperialist Japan' rule was influenced by the educational policy on the colonial Chosun. The Chosun Education Ordinance, which prescribed subjects, teaching times per week and contents of school education, was revised according to changing the Japan's colonial policy. And the aim of the Chosun Government-General's educational policy, which had been succeeded from the discriminative education between Korean and Japan, through the assimilative education of Korean and Japanese, to empire subject education to Japanese Emperor, was practised by the publication and the contents of textbooks. The textbook policy of the Chosun Government-General make it the principal aim to control over it. In particular, the textbook used in elementary school had been published under compilation by the state, because the Imperialist Japan thought that the contents of the textbook would influence the view of society and nation of children. Secondary school textbook had been published by the official certification principally. But the Chosun Government-General herself published some of secondary textbooks, and examined others to approve for teaching them in classroom, and ordered the using method of the textbook such as the pedagogical contents and attentive problems of teaching them. the Chosun Government-General gradually came to permit to teach the textbook published in Japan in Chosun classroom. If not being able to publish the textbook after revising Chosun Education Ordinance immediately, the Chosun Government-General tried to apply the aim of it to teaching subject matters by the temporary policy, for example using textbooks published in the Daehan Empire during 1910~1912, and using the temporary history textbook and the temporary geography textbook from 1920, after 3․1 Movement, to 1922, the establishment of the second Chosun Education Ordinance. Bulletin of publishing the textbook, which was issued from right after proclaiming the third Chosun Education Ordinance, was the representative publication made of this policy. Bulletin of publishing the textbook presented the guide of using the textbook, textbook contents and the teaching direction, and played teaching material as a substitute for the textbook in itself. 일제하 교과서 발행은 조선총독부의 식민지 교육정책을 반영하고 있다. 학교교육의 틀과 내용을 좌우한 조선교육령이 식민지 정책의 변화에 맞추어 개정되었으며, 조선교육령 개정의 목적은 교과서 발행으로 실행에 옮겨졌다. 조선인과 일본인의 차별교육에서, 동화정책으로, 다시 황민화교육의 강화로 이어지는 교육정책은 교과서 발행과 내용으로 실천되었다. 조선총독부의 교과서 정책은 전반적으로 통제 위주였다. 특히 교과서 내용이 아동의 국가나 사회관에 미칠 영향을 심각하게 여겨, 초등용 교과서는 총독부가 직접 펴내는 ‘국정’제를 유지하였다. 중등학교용 교과서는 기본적으로 검정제였으나, 필요할 경우 조선총독부가 일부 교과서를 직접 편찬하였으며, 조선총독부의 인가를 받은 교과서만을 사용하게 하였다. 교과서 내용과 지도상의 유의점 등 활용방법까지 제시한 것에서 알 수 있듯이, 중등용 교과서 통제가 초등교과서보다 느슨한 것은 아니었다. 조선총독부는 점차 일본에서 사용되는 교과서를 조선 안에서 자유롭게 사용할 수 있게 하는 방향으로 정책을 취하였다. 조선교육령이 개정이 되어도 여러 가지 여건상 교과서가 곧바로 나오지 못할 경우, 조선총독부는 임시조처를 취해 교육방침을 교육내용에 반영하려고 하였다. 1910년 조선을 강제합병한 직후 대한제국 때 간행된 교과서를 임시로 사용하게 한 것이라든지, 3․1운동 이후부터 1922년 제2차 조선교육령 때까지 역사나 지리과목에서 임시교재를 사용한 것은 이를 보여준다. 제3차 조선교육령 때 간행되기 시작한 「敎科書編纂彙報」는 이러한 조처를 체계화한 것이었다. 「敎科書編纂彙報」는 교과서 편찬의 지침이나 교과서의 성격, 교수방향 등을 제시하였으며, 나아가 그 내용 자체가 교과서를 대신하는 하나의 교재 역할을 하였다.

PC로 제어되는 멀티미디어 DAB 수신기 구현

A DAB receiver consists of three units such as analog front, DAB baseband decoder and microprocessor. The primary role of the microprocessor is to control the DAB baseband decoder and to process the DAB protocol and a user interface to select a service. This paper describes the PC controlled DAB receiver simulator for substituting a PC for the function of a microprocessor. The simulator consists of display part and user interface part. Display part is modeled as 16 characters by 2 rows LCD to display user friendly character information. As a user interface we define the various kinds of function key inputs received from the keyboard and mouse. Performance tests have been carried out by the experimental system in order to certify the operation of our simulator. Test results show that the PC controlled DAB receiver simulator performs the perfect processing as expected.

π/4 shift DQPSK 직교 다중 캐리어 변조/차동검파 시스템의 성능 분석

This paper describes a noncoherent demodulation of orthogonal frequency division multiplex(OFDM) signals making use of π/4 shift DQPSK. The performance of the system with and without the guard interval and the convolutional code is analyzed by computer simulations on additive white gaussian noise(AWGN) and frequency selective channels under static and mobile reception conditions, The result of the research shows that the use of the guard interval for reducing ISI can provide performance improvement of 1dB to 4 dB under the frequency selective fixed and portable channels, And the use of the guard interval and the convolutional code can avoid the error floor for the frequency selective mobile channel.

벤처기업에 대한 會社法的 特例適用

Das sog. "Venturefieber" ist eine weltweit tipische Erscheinung im heutigen Wirtschaftsleben. Seit der sog. IMF-Wirtschaftskrise hat diese wirtschaftliche Phanomen insbesondere in meisten Entwicklungslandern sehr groβe. Bedeutung. In diesen Landern glaubte man, daβ die Forderung der Venture-Industrie eine gute Moglichkeit dot, die Wirtschaftskrise zu oberwinden. In dieser Hinsicht bilden wirkeine Ausnahme. Mittlerweile ist die Zahl von Venture-Companies in Korea sehr gewaltig zugenommen. Dies ist maβgebend den vielen gesetzlichen Unterstotzungen zu verdanken. Dabei steht im Mittelpunkt das Sondergesetz zur Forderung der Venture Companies, das im Jahre 1997 verabschiedet wurde. Das Gesetz enthalt eine Menge Sondervorschriften, viele Ausnahmen bei der Anwendung des Gesellschaftsrechts erlauben und damit der Grondung bzw. Unternehmung der Venture Companies Erleichterungen gewahren. Selbstverstandlich ist es, daβ diesen Vorschrifen eine nicht zu unterschatzende gesellschaftsrechtiliche Bedeutung zukommt. Bis heute haben wir jedoch diese gesellschaftsrechtliche Besonderheiten der Venture Companies auβer acht gelassen. Vor allem bezoglich der sprunghaften Zunahme der Zahl von Venture Companies ist dies sicher problematisch. Deswegen ist es notwendig, diese vernachlassigte Frage gesellschaftsrechtlich sorgfaltig zu untersuchen. Damit konnen wir einigermaβen zur richtigen Forderung der Venture-Industrie beitragen.
