본 논문은 자동차 보험 구상금 분쟁 심의에 관한 상호 협정의 제소기간 규정이 심의위원회와 법원으로 하여금 획일적인 해석을 할 수 없을 만큼 애매하게 규정되어 있기에, 이에 대한 문제점과 올바른 해석방향을 제시한다. 또한 이 문제 발생의 가장 근본적인 원인인 제소기간 제한 규정을 누가 해석하더라도 같은 결과가 나오게끔 불명료한 부분을 고치는 개정안을 마련해 보았다. Rule of bill of filing of mutual agreement about recourse amount dispute among automobile insurance company is very vague to interpret. So many court made judgements in different ways. That's why we need to deeply look into these rules. In the conclusion of this thesis I suggested revised bills.
연구자 주도 기초연구 투자의 시차효과 분석: 성과의 양적, 질적 수준을 중심으로

In the context of national initiative, investment in researcher-led basic research has recently seen a significant increase. Discussions regarding the appropriate scale of investment are lacking, leading to a continuous demand for discussions on the efficiency of current investments. R&D investments involve a time lag, making it essential to incorporate the time lag structure in the analysis of investment efficiency. In order to derive implications for improving investment efficiency, this study estimated the time lag effect of researcher-led basic research from a qualitative level perspective. Almons polynomial distributed lag model was utilized with R&D expenses set as the independent variable and articles as the dependent variable. To estimate the time lag from a qualitative level perspective, groups were divided based on the modified rank normalized impact factor (mrnIF). Our results showed that time lag effect of researcher-led basic research peaked in the second year of R&D investment. Furthermore, the analysis showed that with low qualitative levels, the time lag effect was further delayed. With high qualitative levels, the time lag effect peaked in the second year and lasted until the third year. However, with low qualitative levels, the peak occurred in the third year and lasted until the fifth year.
3차원 측정 데이터와 영상 데이터를 이용한 특징 형상 검출

3D scanning is a technique to measure the 3D shape information of the object. Shape information obtained by 3D scanning is expressed either as point cloud or as polygon mesh type data that can be widely used in various areas such as reverse engineering and quality inspection. 3D scanning should be performed as accurate as possible since the scanned data is highly required to detect the features on an object in order to scan the shape of the object more precisely. In this study, we propose the method on finding the location of feature more accurately, based on the extended Biplane SNAKE with global optimization. In each iteration, we project the feature lines obtained by the extended Biplane SNAKE into each image plane and move the feature lines to the features on each image. We have applied this approach to real models to verify the proposed optimization algorithm.

Motion artifacts of central and autonomic nervous system signals degrades the performance of the bio-signal based human factor analysis. Firstly, we propose a defining method of motion artifact section by analyzing successive image frames. Motion artifact section is defined when the amount of motion is greater than the pre-defined threshold. In here, the amount of motion is estimated by first derivation of image frames at temporal domain. Secondly, we propose another defining method of motion artifact section through designing 2D Gaussian probability density function model by analyzing feature vectors of one cycle of signal such as length and amplitude. The defined motion artifact sections are interpolated on the basis of 1D Gaussian function. At result of applying the method into photoplethysmography signal, we confirmed that the calculated heartbeat rate from the restored photoplethysmography came up to the one from electrocardiography. Also, we found that the video based method generated relatively more false acceptance of motion artifact section and the probability density function based method generated relatively more false rejection of motion artifact section.

A study was conducted to optimize the energy of an electric vehicle equipped with a two-motor and two-transmission system. Since different transmissions are applied to each motor, the speed and torque of the motor vary according to the gear ratio of each transmission. In the two-motor two-transmission system, it was confirmed that the efficiency characteristics of the motor vary not only with the gear stage but also with the torque distribution ratio of the motor. In this study, the optimum gear ratio and motor torque ratio were determined according to various driving conditions. The optimum operating mode of the power train system was obtained. WHVC and JE05 cycles were simulated using the analysis model. It was confirmed that power consumption was reduced by 4.1 % to 6.1 % compared to when the two motor torques were controlled equally using the optimization control.
