Objectives: This study was performed to analyze the prescriptions of Korean herbal medicine which had been commonly used during postpartum period. Methods: We searched literature on postpartum cares with Korean Herbal medicine in 4 domestic search engines. After that, we conducted eligibility screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: 1. We selected total 48 studies. There were 40 clinical studies (25 case reports and 15 case series) and 8 animal experimental studies. 2. Of the 40 clinical studies, other treatments were used together with herbal medicine : acupuncture (28), chuna manipulation (3), and pharmacopuncture (5). 3. Of the 25 case reports, the most common symptoms were musculoskeletal symptoms (8), followed by mental disorders including postpartum depression (5). Various prescriptions of herbal medicine were used depending on the diseases or symptoms. 4. In 15 case series, 665 subjects in 11 case series had taken Saenghwa-tang-gagam within 1~2 weeks after childbirth, and the average duration of Saenghwa-tang-gagam administration were 9±4.97 days. 498 subjects in 9 studies were breast-feeding, and there were no side effects reported. 5. All experimental studies were about the recovery, the immunity and the breast-feeding associated puerperal characteristics. Also, 3 studies used Saenghwa-tang as an intervention. Conclusions: Saenghwa-tang can be commonly used for the purpose of prevention and care of the postpartum symptoms within the first 1~2 weeks after childbirth for 10 days. Also, various prescriptions of herbal medicine may be used depending on the diseases or symptoms, and can be conducted with other treatments like acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, pharmacopuncture and chuna manipulation.

Objective: This study is to investigate the effect of real-time feedback from the therapist on posture, muscle strength, pain ofsubjects with forward head posture based on a non-face-to-face complex exercise program. Design: Two-group pretest-posttest design. Methods: Thirty healthy men and women in their twenties with forward head posture with a Craniovertebral angle of 52° or less were targeted, the final selection was made as 15 experimental groups who performed the non-face-to-face intervention programwhile receiving real-time feedback and 15 control subjects who performed the non-face-to-face intervention program withoutproviding feedback. Six of them were eliminated, and a total of 24 were conducted as subjects. All exercise groups performed an exercise program three times a week, 30 minutes each, for a total of two weeks. Before and after exercise, Craniovertebral angle(CVA), CranioRotation angle (CRA), muscle strength, and tenderness threshold were evaluated. Results: Significant differences were shown in both groups in CVA, and tenderness threshold before and after exercise (p<0.05),and CRA, the left middle trapezius muscle strength, only in the experimental group (p<0.05). In the comparison of theamount ofchange between exercise groups, the group that received feedback on CVA, CRA and tenderness threshold showed a significantchange than the group without feedback (p<0.05). Conclusions: As a result of this study, it can be seen that the therapist s real-time feedback is more effective in improving theforward head posture. This requires feedback from the therapist on posture correction during non-face-to-face exerciseintervention.
복합재 볼트 체결부의 유한요소법 기반 점진적 파손해석 연구

본 논문에서는 발사체의 연소관 등에 사용되는 원통형 복합재의 볼트 체결부에 대한 점진적 파손해석을 수행하였다. 복합재 파손 판정식에는 Hashin의 파손 판정식을 사용하였으며, 이를 ABAQUS subroutine(USDFLD)에 적용하였다. 점진적 파손해석을 위해 Hashin의 파손판정식에 따라 복합재 파손모드를 섬유 인장 파손 모드(Fiber tensile failure mode), 섬유 압축 파손 모드(Fiber compressive failure mode), 기지 인장 파손 모드(Matrix tensile failure mode), 기지 압축 파손 모드(Matrix compressive failure mode)를 고려하였다. 유한요소해석은 3차원 모델을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 이를 시편시험 결과와 비교하였다. In this paper, the progressive failure analysis of a bolted composite joint is performed. The joint is used in cylindrical composite such as combustion tubes of the launching vehicle. Hashin’s failure criterion is used for the progressive failure analysis and applied to the ABAQUS subroutine (USDFLD). For the progressive failure analysis, the failure modes of the composite is considered as fiber tensile failure mode, fiber compressive failure mode, matrix tensile failure mode, and matrix compressive failure mode according to Hashin’s criterion. The finite element analysis is performed using a three-dimensional model and compared with test results.
