        육상 실업팀 선수들의 직무환경, 직무만족 및 직무몰입의 관계

        Purpose Purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among job environment, job satisfaction, and job commitment for professional track and field athletes. Methods Statistical package programs SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 were used to conduct frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results The results are as follows. First, coach relationship and residence environment positively affect job satisfaction. Second, pay and residence environment negatively and good communication positively affect job commitment. Third, job satisfaction positively affect job commitment. Conclusion some parts of job environment affect job satisfaction, and higher job satisfaction lead to higher job commitment. 연구목적 본 연구는 육상 실업팀 선수들의 직무환경, 직무만족 및 직무몰입의 관계를 구명하는데 그목적이 있다. 연구방법 SPSS 21.0 version과 Amos 21.0 version 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis), Cronbach's ɑ 계수를 산출한 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석(correlation analysis) 및 구조방정식모형(structural equation model) 분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자 관계와 숙소환경은직무만족에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 급여와 숙소환경은 직무몰입에 부(-)적 영향을 미치나, 의사소통은 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 직무만족은 직무몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 결론 일부직무환경요인은 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치고, 직무만족이 높을수록 직무몰입이 높아진다.

        In proportion to the increasing need of data communications more efficient use of telephone lines is required. In response to such necessity a TDM system adaptable to telephone lines is constructed. It can handle the 46 channels and has many input compatibility which can be connected to the 50 bps telex, 110bps TTY, and 600bps computer terminals. This paper suggests the design procedure, the specifications to be met, and the evaluation of resyncronization time.

        Parthenolide inhibits lipid accumulation via activation of Nrf2/ Keap1 signaling during adipocyte differentiation

        The effects of parthenolide (PL), a sesquiterpene lactone obtained from feverfew plant, on lipid accumulation and signaling pathway in adipocytes were investigated. PL significantly inhibited lipid accumulation and adipogenic factors during adipogenesis. In particular, PL exerted its inhibitory effects in early adipogenic stage by regulating the early adipogenic factors. In addition, PL regulated the expression of adipokines; leptin, retinol binding protein, and resistin mRNAs were downregulated, whereas adiponectin gene expression was increased. Furthermore, PL significantly reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production during adipogenesis. This PL-mediated regulation of ROS production was associated with the regulation of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor (Nrf2)-kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1) pathway. PL effectively increased the abundance of Nrf2 and its target proteins, heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and NADPH dehydrogenase 1 (NQO1), by promoting the nuclear translocation of Nrf2, indicating that PL-mediated anti-adipogenic effects are associated with the Nrf2/Keap1 pathway.

        홍삼 사포닌 분획의 Nrf2 Keap1 신호전달체계 조절을 통한 지방축적 및 활성산소종 억제효과

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of red ginseng-derived saponin fraction (SF) on lipid accumulation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2)/Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1) signaling during adipocyte differentiation. SF effectively inhibited lipid accumulation, with the downregulation of adipogenic factors such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) and CCAAT/enhancerbinding protein alpha (C/EBPα). A high dose of SF decreased the protein levels of PPARγ and C/EBPα by over 90% compared to the control. SF-mediated downregulation of adipogenic factors was due to the regulation of early adipogenic factors including C/EBPβ and Krüppel-like Factor 2 (KLF2). In addition, SF (200 μg/mg) decreased intracellular ROS generation by 40% during adipocyte differentiation. However, the SF significantly upregulated Nrf2 and its target proteins, hemoxygenase-1 (HO-1) and NADPH dehydrogenase quinone 1 (NQO1). Furthermore, SF (200 μg/mg) promoted the nuclear translocation of Nrf2. The SF-mediated reduction of lipid accumulation was associated with the regulation of the Nrf2/Keap1 pathway.

      • 조선시대 소반의 디자인 연구

        전통 가구인 소반(小盤)은 조형성과 기능성이 모두 고려된 기물로써 생존을 위한 실용적(實用的) 도구이다. 주생활 및 식생활 전반에 걸쳐 가장 오랜 시간 전해지고 있는 가구로써 다른 가구와는 달리 계층을 막론하여 생활필수품으로 사용되었기 때문에 삶의 보편적 특징과 전통문화로서의 특수성을 모두 담고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 급변하는 생활문화 속에서 전통과의 소통 수단으로 과거의 소반이 현대 디자인 요소로 가치가 있는지를 연구해 보고자 한다. 먼저 윤리ㆍ사상, 상징ㆍ의미, 심미ㆍ미학 부분으로 나누어 소반에 담긴 내적 의미를 파악하고 상호 관계성에 근거하여 유형별로 세분화하였다. 세부 분석은 비교적 적용이 쉽고 직접적인 형, 색, 재질, 구조와 같은 형(形)의 요소, 공간과의 조합 관계를 알 수 있는 상(象)의 요소, 그리고 사용자세 및 동선을 포함한 행태적(行態的)요소를 함께 고찰함으로써 소반의 기능적, 형상적 측면을 포괄적으로 이해할 수 있게 하였다. 이로써 과거 소반이 전통 좌식가구라는 한계점을 극복하고 전통의 경험적 지혜를 현대의 한국적 디자인 요소로 주거공간에 디자인 형상화 한다면 우리나라를 쉽게 연상시키는 국가 아이덴티티(national identity, 국가 정체성)의 구축은 물론, 세계 문화에 통용될 수 있음을 기대할 수 있겠다. Soban, a traditional piece of furniture, is a practical tool for survival that takes both formative art and functionality into account. It is a piece of furniture handed down to posterity for a longest period of time in overall living and eating life. Unlike other types of furniture, Soban has been a necessity of life in regardless of class and accordingly, contains both universal features of life and the distinctiveness as traditional culture. Therefore, this thesis aims to study whether Soban, a thing of the past, has a value as an element of modern design to serve as the communication channel with tradition in our radically changing culture. First, the intrinsic meaning of Soban has been identified in terms of ethics/ideas, symbolism/significance, and aesthetics.icatailed analysis has been done to look into: formative factors such as shape, color, material and structure, which are relatively easier to apply and more immediate; image factors that sdiws the connection with the space; and behavioral factors including living style, posture in usage and movements, so that it is possible to understand functional and formative aspects of Soban in a comprehensive manner.ilf we can overcome the limitations of Soban in the past of being a traditional floor-seating table and materialize the empirical wisdom from tradition as a modern Korean design element in a living space, it will be able to not only establish our national identity that can be easily associated with the country but also generally applied in global cultural scenes.

        화장품 쇼핑성향에 따른 구매결정요인 차이 연구

        The objective of this study is to provide basic marketing data that is useful for domestic cosmetics companies by investigating purchase decision factors in cosmetics shopping. To this end, a mobile survey was conducted with a total of 300 men and women, aged 20-30, residing in Seoul and the surrounding Gyeonggi province. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSSWIN 21.0. Next, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results outlined consumer's purchase decision factors and suggest retailers should focus on services, such as additional events and samples, convenience of the shop itself, training salespeople to be kind and informative, promotion and services by carefully choosing models and celebrities to advertise and encourage impulse purchases, increasing product quality, improving their reputation in SNS, improve the perceived reliability of the shop by stocking famous brands prominently, advertisement, promotion and being reliably trendy and being reliably trendy. However, product loyalty was not an important factor consumers aged 20-30, these people are using SNS a lot so buy a wide variety of products. In this way, the cosmetics companies should establish marketing strategies in line with consumer habits.
