輪回說再考(Ⅰ) : The buddhistic transmigration is that of Dependerts

Buddhistic doctrine has two systems which are sa-sana-samssa-ra or transmigration and moksa or deliverance. Above all the structure of deliverance of realized through the cycles of life. This is the sub-structure, that is the superstructure. These days, the transmigration of soul is challenged by the fruit of one's mental activities and studies. Their questions are divided into two classes. (a) Today peosons don't believe the cycles of life. who have many Christian acquiremetns in Western europe. (b) A nihilism, once he has died. his life comes to an end, is surging over the world. Here, Buddhist should answer to the questions. The solvable problem is set up logically transmigration system and explanation of beings after death, This is a very difficult lesson. But in this connetion. I firts try to study the kinds and contents of the cycles of life, and to point out the special marks of sampsa-ra. The kinds are largely. (1) Animism, (2) Manaism, (3) dependents. Animism recognizes a personality of soul that is the subjet of the cycles of life. Manaism is pre-animism. that is founded on more primeval living being than soul who animism assumes the cause of transmigration. The subject of manaism ia dynamic and vital mana. While dependents which is tramsmingration of Buddhism is based on the theory of elements consisted of maha-bhuta or the four important factors dependent on paricca-samuppa-da or relativity of all beings, which is the meeting and parting of manay causes and occasions made everything. Samsa-ra of Buddhism includes Animism and Manaism into the theory of Dependents, for Buddhism is the Humanics which is doctrine of the human, by the human, for the human. And Dependents has a few distictive points. 1) Logically it is based on many causes and occasions as conditions organize all things. 2) The subject of transmigration is not Divine Providence, but human will is called karman. 3) The process of cycles of life is carried out among the difficult species; eg. a man will rotate a dog in the next world, if he commits a crime like dog in this life. 4) Sa-sana-samsa-ra intends to moksa which is the major premise of Buddhistic Doctrine. Because the asscetic exercises of Buddhist gets to the highest state of enlightenment, in other words, nirva-na. 5) That explains transmigration is what should be religiously for the subjugation of human sufferings.

도재소부전장관용 합금의 납착방법에 따른 납착부 굽힘강도에 대한 연구

In order to compare the strength of soldered joints relative to the various sol dering method, soldering processes were performed using Palladium based ceramo-metal alloy(Bond-on 4)and Nickel-cromium alloy(Vera Bond). The obtained data include difference in strength between presoldering and postsoldering The data also contain difference among postsoldered groups for 3 difference soldering methods(torch, infrared. Oven) The following results were obtained : 1. For postsoldering with Pd alloy, the oven-using group showed the highest strength while the difference in strength between the torch-using group and the infrared machine group was negligible. 2. For Pd alloy with the torch method, postsoldering resulted in the higher strength than presoldering. 3. There was a negligible difference in strength between presoldering and postsoldering when Ni-Cr alloy with torch method is used. 4. Through microscopic study of the fractured surfaces, the torch-using group showed more porosity than both the oven-using and the infrared machine groups. 5. In terms of fracturing patterns, the oven-using group showed adhesive failure while both the torch and the infrared machine groups showed cohesive failure and cohesive-adhesive failure.

체적 데이터에 대한 적합한 광선 추적

본 논문에서는 체적 데이터의 정보를 기반으로 효율적인 체적 묘사를 수행하기 위해서, 기존의 불필요한 체적 데이터 정보와 빈공간으로의 광선 추적을 개선시키는 방법을 제안한다. 본 과정은 체적 데이터가 가지고 있는 배경 영역을 최대한 절단하여 체적 데이터의 크기를 줄이는 방법과 체적 데이터의 투영 영역을 지정하고 그 영역을 광선 추적시 빈공간으로의 광선 추적을 최대한 줄이는 방법을 제안하여 기존의 광선 추적시 계산량을 많이 차지하는 각 Resampling 지점에 가상좌표에서 원좌표를 추출하는 연산량을 대폭 줄임으로 렌더링 속도를 높였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 두 기법은 기존의 광선 추적 기법뿐만 아니라 현재 제안되고 있는 다양한 기법들과 적용할 수 있어 그 효과는 크다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 기법을 기존의 광선 추적 기법과 서로 비교하여 분석한다.

‘지역기반 사회적기업’의 활성화를 위한 지방자치단체의 역할 - 시흥시민 햇빛발전소 사례를 중심으로 -

최근 공공부문과 시장부문에서 동시에 역할하는 사회적 기업의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 사회적 기업은 법적, 정책적, 그리고 학문적으로 여러 가지 유형으로 구분된다. 그중에서 ‘지역기반 사회적기업’은 지역의 문제를 스스로 해결하고 지역의 자생력을 기르는 ‘내생적 지역발전’과 연관되어 그 중요성이 점점 더 커질 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 다양한 유형 중 ‘지역기반 사회적기업’에 중점을 두고 이를 활성화 하기 위한 지방자치단체의 역할과 지원 방향을 검토하였다. 우선 다양한 사회적기업의 유형 중 ‘지역기반 사회적기업’의 개념과 특성을 확인하고, 법적․정책적 정부의 지원유형에 대하여 검토하였다. 그리고 ‘지역기반 사회적기업’에 해당하는 ‘시흥시민 햇빛발전소’ 사례를 통해 지원의 형태와 효과에 대하여 검토하였다. 결론적으로 ‘지역기반형 사회적기업’의 경우 그 특성상 지역 내에서 자생력을 갖출 필요성이 크고, 따라서 직접적인 재정적․행정적 지원보다는 지역 내에서 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 기업의 성장과 지속가능성을 유지하는데 보다 더 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 현재의 제도적으로 정해진 일률적인 재정적․행정적 지원 보다 더 구체화 되고 세부적인, 사회적 기업의 특성에 맞는 다양한 정책수단이 필요하다는 시사점을 제공하며, 이러한 발전된 지원방식은 지방자치단체 차원에서 사회적 기업을 통한 내생적 지역발전을 추진할 때 실효성 있는 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. Recently, the importance of social enterprises that play major role in both public and private sector is growing bigger and bigger. Therefore studies have been done on the social enterprises. Social enterprises are classified into several types legally, politically, and academically. Among them, 'region-based social enterprise' is related to endogenous regional development which solves local problems by themselves and fosters self-sufficiency and the importance of 'region-based social enterprise' is increasingly important. Therefore, this study puts emphasis on 'region-based social enterprise' among different types of social enterprises and considers the role of local government and direction for support to vitalize social enterprises by the case of 'Siheung citizen's solar power station'. The results show that local governments should provide indirect support for establishing networks than direct financial and administrative support and it will make 'region-based social enterprise' have the possibility of growth and sustainability. Considering detailed and specific policy tools depending on different types of social enterprises provides implications for endogenous regional development through social enterprises.

Electronic Absorption and Raman Spectroscopic Studies of ${\alpha},{\omega}$-Diphenylpolyenyl Anions with Odd Number of Polyene Carbons

The electronic absorption and Raman spectra of $\alpha\omega-diphenylpolyenyl$, anions Ph(CH)nPh- (DPn- , n = 3, 5, 7, 9, and 13), with odd number of carbons at the polyene part, have been studied in the tetrahydrofuran (THF) solutions and in their solid film states, respectively. In the case of Raman spectra for DPn- , the frequencies and relative intensities of some Raman peaks regularly change with the increase of polyene chain length. The spectral patterns of anions (DPn- ) are very similar with those of radical anion (DPn${\cdot}$- ). However, the C=C stretching peaks of DPn- anions are observed in the 25-35 cm-1 higher frequency region than those of DPn${\cdot}$- radical anions. In the case of long chain models such as DP9- and DP13- , the C=C stretching peaks are observed in even higher frequency region than those of the corresponding neutral polyenes such as DP8, DP10, and DP12. The Raman patterns of DPn- anions in the THF solutions are similar with those in their solid film states. On the other hand, their electronic absorption spectra show a considerable difference each other. The n- ${\pi}*$ electronic absorption bands of DPn- anions in the THF solutions have been observed in the 0.27-0.39 eV lower energy region than those in their solid film states due to the solvent effects on polyene anions.
