        담수조류 그물말로부터 당 용액의 효율적 제조를 위한 가수분해 방법

        To explore hydrolysis methods for the efficient manufacture of sugar solutions from the freshwater alga Water-net (Hydrodictyon reticulatum, HR), acid hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, and combined hydrolysis (acid followed by enzymatic hydrolysis) were investigated. In the one-step acid hydrolysis, the reaction of 8% solids content using 2% sulfuric acid at 120oC for 1 hour was desirable. In this case, glucose 27.44 g 100 g DM-1 could be obtained from the HR-d13 samples. In the two-step acid hydrolysis, the primary hydrolysis (HR powder : 72% sulfuric acid = 1 g : 1.5 mL) was carried out for 1 hour at 60oC, and then the secondary hydrolysis was done for 1 hour at 120oC after addition of distilled water 23.5 mL. In this case, glucose 35.11 g/100 g DM could be obtained from the HR-d13 samples. In the combined hydrolysis, 25% solids content using 2% hydrochloric acid were reacted for 1 hour at 120oC, and then citrate buffer and hydrolysis enzyme complexes (E1 1.0 mL+E2 0.2 mL g-1 dried matter) were added and reacted for 1 – 2 days at 50oC. In this case, glucose 33.5 g 100 g DM-1could be obtained from the HR-d23+26 samples. In conclusion, combined hydrolysis was likely to be more useful saccharification method of HR biomass at a practical level, considering the glucose productivity, generation of fermentation-inhibiting substances(hydroxyl methyl furfural, furfural), and limited use of strong acid. 담수조류인 그물말 (Hydrodictyon reticulatum, HR)의 실용적 당화조건 확립을 위해 산 가수분해 방법으로서 onestepacid hydrolysis과 two-step acid hydrolysis, 그리고 산가수분해 후 효소가수분해를 병행하는 combined hydrolysis를 검토하였다. One-step acid hydrolysis의 경우, 120oC에서 HR 4% 고형분을 2% 황산 용액에 넣어 1시간 동안 반응시킬 경우가 적정하였다. Two-step acid hydrolysis의 적정조건은 1차 가수분해시 HR 건조중: 72% 황산을 1 g : 1.5mL로 하여 60oC에서 1시간 반응시킨 다음, 증류수 23.5 mL를첨가하고 120oC에서 1시간 가수분해시키는 것이었다. Combined hydrolysis의 경우, 2% 염산에 25%의 HR 고형분을 넣고 120oC에서 1시간 반응시킨 후, citrate buffer로4% 고형분 함량이 되도록 희석하고 E1+E2 효소를 각각1+0.2 mL g DM-1 수준으로 첨가하여 50oC에서 1~2일 동안 반응시키는 것이 바람직하였다. Glucose 생성량, 발효억제물질(HMF, furfural) 생성량, 강산 사용제한 등을 종합적으로 감안할 때, combined hydolysis가 보다 유용할 것으로 판단되었다.

        New temperature-sensitive liposomes, which show a transition temperature around 41°C, were prepared using a differential scanning calorimetry method. Various compositions of phospholipids with or without encapsulated drug were tested and DPPC:DMPC:DSPC (4:1:1 molar ratio) liposome was found to have a transition temperature of 41°C from solid gel state to liquid crystalline state, which might be useful for targeting of anticancer drugs or radio-sensitizers to the tumor or inflammation sites.

        The purpose of this study is to review the constraints of syllabification in English considering the syllabification data, and to propose the ranking of the constraints within the framework of Optimality Theory(OT) proposed by Prince & Somolensky(1993). To achieve this goal, it is reviewed that there are five ways to treat the syllabification: legality principle(Selkirk, 1982), maximal onset principle, stress principle, sonority contour principle(Kiparsky,1979), and ambisyllabification(Kahn,1976). The basic premises of OT are no rules of repair strategies, no step-by-step derivation, and the choice of optimal output considering constraints relatively ranked. Thus, the key of OT is the finding and ranking of constraints. In this paper, it is noted that basic syllable structure constraints proposed by Prince & Somolensky(1993), McCarthy & Prince(1993)'s Alignment Constraint, and Stress Constraint revised need to be considered in the syllabification. Furthermore, it is suggested that the ranking of syllabification constraints In English is ALIGN》MAX-ONS》 STRESS》 *COMPLEX》 -COD.

        4D 이미징 센서를 활용한 인공지능 기반 낙상 감지 모니터링 시스템 연구

        본 연구에서는 낙상을 효과적으로 검출하기 위해 4D 이미징 레이더 센서와 인공지능(AI) 기반의 비접촉 낙상 감지 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템은 레이더 센서를 통해 추출한 Point Cloud 데이터를 가공하여 신체의 위치와 자세를 분석하며, CNN 모델을 활용한 서기, 앉기, 눕기 등의 자세를 분류한 후 낙상과 천천히 눕는 동작을 구별하기 위해 속도 및 위치 변화를 비교하는 판별 기준을 수립하였다. 이에 대한 결과로는 낙상 감지 정확도 90%, 자세 분류 정확도 98.66%를 달성하였다. 더불어, 웹 기반 인터페이스와 Unity 엔진을 활용한 아바타 시뮬레이션을 통합하여 사용자 친화적인 실시간 모니터링 환경을 제공하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 환경에서 추가적인 검증을 수행하고, 낙상의 단계를 더욱 세분화하는 한편, 레이더 센서 외에 추가적인 센서를 융합하여 통합 헬스케어 플랫폼으로 발전시킬 필요가 있다. This study, we propose a non-contact fall detection system based on a 4D imaging radar sensor and artificial intelligence (AI) to effectively detect falls. This system processes Point Cloud data extracted from the radar sensor to analyze body position and posture. It classifies standing, sitting, and lying postures using a CNN model and establishes a discrimination criterion by comparing velocity and positional changes to differentiate between falls and slow lying movements. As a result, the system achieved a fall detection accuracy of 90% and a posture classification accuracy of 98.66%. Furthermore, a user-friendly real-time monitoring environment was developed by integrating a web-based interface and an avatar simulation using the Unity engine. Future research should focus on additional validation in diverse environments, further segmentation of fall stages, and integrating additional sensors beyond radar to evolve into a comprehensive healthcare platform.

        AbstractThe purpose of this study is to propose the event progression system, and to testify the theoretical validity of the system. The event progression system is compossed of the event progression interpretation rule, the event progression structure, and the event progression rank scheme. The theoretical necessity of 'order of mention' principle, tense markers, temporal adverbs, semantic context, aktionsart, and world knowledge in deciding the temporal relationship among sentences can be proved in the system. The aspectual event progression and the event progression in causal are proposed in the event progression interpretation rule. The event progression rank scheme is established by the event progression interpretation rule. The rank scheme is classified into 4 ranks, i.e, strong progression, weak progression, non-progression, and subordination. The ranks can be promoted or demoted to other ranks according to linguistic knowledge or world knowledge.

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the function of then in interpreting temporal relationships among events in texts and everyday discourses. Temporal relationships among events can be determined by linguistic knowledge such as temporal adverbials, aktionsart, tenses, and world knowledge. In addition, linguistic knowledge and world knowledge have important roles in distinguishing between foreground information and background information. It is argued that temporal relationships among events are interpreted as an event progressive, a simultaneous, and an inclusive interpretation, and a background information in which any kind of event - even a state - is placed can be changed into a foreground information by an adverb such as then. In this paper, the importance of pragmatic and contextual informations considering then is emphasized in determining a variety of temporal interpretations and consequently the relationships between the foreground and the background.

        Chae Man Shik was an author who reflected his own past age deeply. We say that this is an outcome of his thorough author consciousness and a section of severe resistance against Japan. His work world like this keeps an imporsant mean not only in the literature methodology but also in the mental historic sphere. We can summarize the argumented points in this article as follows. 1. Chae Man Shik criticized the structual contradiction of colony in the (Ready Made Life) and (Tomorrow). His special concerns among them are the difficulty of employment and the consciousness of frustration of inteligentsia. Here he suggested ironically a destitute life aspect of unemployed intelligentsia such as <p> or <Bum Soo> 2. Chae Man Shik shows a mature aspect as a writer through (Stupid Uncle) and (The Peaceful World). He criticized the anti-national action of heroes sharply using a narrative sentence and Pansori techniques in these works. Therefore, we can estimate that these are new opening works of Korean realistic literature as the best satirical literature in the colonial age. A study of Chae Man Shik's novels in this article is confined those in the 1930's. We hope we extend a number of works and research sphere so as to evaluate his literature correctly. Besides, we dare to say that a comparative study with contemporary writers must be studied. This is an unargued and poor part in this article and is remained a forward studying assignment.
