        시판 전복박리제의 박리 효과

        Three commercial exfoliating reagents, product A (main components: citric acid and vitamin C), B (herb) and C (nicotinamide), were used to study their exfoliation effect on abalone, Haliotis discus hannai from the substrate. The exfoliating reagents A, B, C and oxytetracycline (OTC, control) of 6-31.25 g/L and 12-37.5 g/L exfoliated 81.2-84.8% and 90.3-95% of abalone, respectively. Post-treatment recovery time for the abalone was similar for all the reagents except product C. Recovery period for the abalone immersed in OTC for 5-20 second was slightly shorter than the reagents A, B and C; however, no mortality was observed in any group except with the reagents B (concentration: 20 g/L, immersion time: 5 sec) and C (12 g/L, 10 and 20 sec) that showed negligible mortality of 3.3%. Higher concentration and longer treatment with the reagents resulted in longer recovery time of the detached abalone. Although abalone exposed to the reagents needs slightly longer time to recover than that to OTC, the exfoliation effect is much similar. These results indicate that the commercial exfoliating reagents can replace OTC to detach abalone, though they need to be cautiously handled.

        이 연구는 문헌연구 방법을 통해 메이커 교육의 태동과정과 발전 방향을 탐색한 것이다. 그 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메이커 교육은 학생들에게 3D print를 활용한 새로운 교수방법의 대두라고 할 수 있다. 이는 학습동기유발과 적극적 학습태도를 가져온다. 둘째, 학생들이 학습과정에서 협력성과 상호신뢰를 향상시킨다. 자신의 아이디어에 대한 시제품을 만드는 학습과정에서 대화를 통해 서로 간에 도움을 줄 수 있고, 이는 곧 신뢰로 이어지게 된다. 셋째, 개인의 소질과 적성에 맞는 학생들에게 자신의 타고난 재능을 마음껏 발휘할 수 있는 기회부여가 된다는 점이다. 그 동안 학교교육은 시간적, 공간적 제약으로 인해 개인의 재능보다는 주어진 교육내용에 중점을 두는 비중이 높았다. 넷째, 아이디어가 시제품으로 나올 수 있는 기회의 확대는 시간과 비용절감을 획기적으로 가져올 수 있다. 다섯째, 학교교육이 평생교육이나 직업교육과 협력하는 교육의 개방화가 확산된다. 지금까지 학교는 교육을 책임지는 주인공 역할을 하여 왔으나 이제는 사회의 모든 기관과 단체 등과 협력하여 이루어지는 교육으로 변화될 것이다. This study explored the development process and development direction of maker education through literature research methods. The results are as follows. First, maker education is a new method of teaching using 3D print to students. This leads to learning motivation and active learning attitude. Second, students improve cooperation and mutual trust in the learning process. In the process of creating prototypes of your ideas, you can help each other through dialogue, which leads to trust. Third, it gives students the opportunity to demonstrate their natural talents to the students who fit the individual"s qualities and aptitudes. In the meantime, because of the time and space constraints, the school education has a high importance on the given contents of education rather than individual talents. Fourth, expanding the opportunities for ideas to prototype can dramatically reduce time and cost. Fifth, the openness of school education coexists with lifelong education and vocational education. Until now, the school has assumed the role of the main character responsible for education, but now it will be transformed into education that is done in collaboration with all organizations and organizations of society.

        자기건강관리 평생학습 프로그램의 노인집단 만족도

        This study has explored how Geunhyel therapy with self health care learning program influences the satisfaction of senior group, based on the reviews of participants. The subjects were Cheongju citizens geunhyeol therapist program participants to 25 people. The place was done in Chungbuk elderly welfare. The findings are as follows. First, the satisfaction of all seniors in their Geunhyel therapy as a lifelong learning program was high. In each part of the body of the therapy, all of them (100%) were satisfied in their leg treatment, followed by arm treatment (88%), and back of neck and face (80%). Second, people should change their mind set and protect their own health, rather than relying on doctors. Thus, it is necessary to partially change the direction of national health care to B/S (Before System) medical concept from A/S (After System). Third, autonomous health care policy such as charging lower health insurance premium to people who rarely use medical services could reduce waste and inefficiency. Fourth, government agencies should strengthen their cooperation with organizations that extensively interact with the elderly, such as lifelong education institutions and welfare centers for the elderly, for prevention of diseases and promotion of better health on a national scale.

        대학생 학습 진단 검사도구 개발

        This study was triggered by the university authorities’ necessity that college students should have to have accountabilities for their learning. The purpose of this study is to develop tools which make it possible for the university authorities to look into & cope with college students’ school under-achievement by implementing students’ learning diagnosis test through a simple test. This study set the collected 253 copies of questionnaires as its research object after distributing 300 copies of questionnaires targeting S university students in Chung-Buk. This study made this test tool consisting of 34 questions through the preliminary survey after extracting 85 questions in all through the preceding researches, and then this study extracted 25 questions as a test tool for university students’ learning diagnosis through the statistic verification process. The subordinate area of all the 25 questions was found to be 5 factors, such as professor support, learning style, schoolwork loss accumulation, learning sustaining strength, and learning confidence, which were found to be divided again into the instructional support area, of which the university authorities have to take charge, and the area, such as learning style, schoolwork loss accumulation, learning sustaining strength, and learning confidence, which should rest with an individual student.

        천태의 호흡법과 질병치료

        천태는 여러 전적 속에 병의 원인 및 그 치료방법을 정리하고 있다. 그리고 그 치료방법 가운데 하나가 호흡법이다. 호흡을 통해서 몸에서 발생하는 여러 가지 질병을 치료하고 수행을 돕고 있다. 호흡의 중용성은 강조하지 않아도 알 수 있다. 우리는 호흡없이 한시라도 살 수 없다. 그것은 우리의 신진대사와도 직결된다. 따라서 우리는 수행이나 일반생활시에도 항상 호흡을 중요하게 생각하고 바른 호흡을 해야 할것이다. 그렇지 않으면 금세 피로를 느끼고 몸의 장기가 고장이 나며 수행과 생활을 할 수 없기 때문이다. 지의는 이러한 점을 잘 알고 그 내용을 잘 정리하고 있다. 『차제선문』에서는 병의 증세를 3가지로 정리하고 있다. 그리고 그 치료방법으로 5가지를 제시하고 있다. 그 가운데 호흡법으로 6식과 12식을 들고 있다. 『선문구결』에서는 병의 증세를 3가지로 정리하고 있다. 그리고 그 치료방법으로 5 가지를 제시하고 있다. 『선문구결』의 호흡법과 치료방법은 3가지의 특징을 가지고 있다고 보여진다. 첫째는 수식관을 통하여 병을 치료하는 것이고, 둘째는 수식관과 주문을 함께 사용하는 것이다. 셋째는 가상관과 수식관을 같이 사용하여 병을 치료하는 것이다. 그리고 이 3가지의 밑바탕에는 호흡법이 있음을 알 수 있다. 『천태소지관』에서는 병의 증세를 2가지로 정리하고 있다. 그리고 그 치료방법으로 5가지를 제시하고 있다. 이 치료는 크게 지와 관의 두 가지 방법으로 나눌 수 있다. 그러한 관에 기와 식의 호흡법이 포함되어 있다. 방법은 『차제선문』과 동일하다. 『마하지관』에서는 병의 증세를 6가지로 정리하고 있다. 그리고 그 치료방법으로 5가지를 제시하고 있다. 그리고 호흡법은 기(氣)와 식(息)으로 나누어서 설명하고 있다. 그 구체적인 내용은 『차제선문』과 『천태소지관』과 거의 동일하다. 지의는 여러 전적에서 병의 종류와 그 치료법을 이렇게 정리하고 있다. 그 가운데 호흡법은 핵심을 이루는 치료법 가운데 하나이다. 그것은 6식과 12식으로 선수행 가운데 일어나는 병을 그 증상에 따라 호흡하여 치료하는 방법임을 알 수 있다. 그리고 우리생활과 수행 속에서 매우 중요하고 가치있는 내용이라 생각된다. T`ien-tai(天台) has organized the cause of disease and its remedy method in his various classical books. And, one of the remedy methods is breathing method. It heals various diseases generated in the body through breathing, which helps the discipline. The importance of breathing is well known without emphasizing. We cannot live even one moment without breathing. The breathing is connected directly to the metabolism of human body. Therefore, we must think about the breathing importantly and breathe correctly in the discipline or in the daly life as well. Otherwise, we may feel fatigue right away, the organs will fall in disorder, and we cannot continue the discipline and daily life. Chih-i(智의) had been well aware of such a point, and organized its contents very well. The 『Ci-di-chan-men(次第禪門)』 has organized the symptom of disease in 3 sorts. And, it suggests the breathing method of 6 respiration and 12 respiration for the remedy method. The 『chan-men-gugyeol(禪門口訣)』 has organized the symptom of disease in 3 sorts. This book has described the disease caused by body and the disease caused by irregular breathing, particularly . The 『T`ien-tai-siao-chih-kuan(天台小止觀)』 has organized the symptom of disease in 2 sorts. This remedy can be divided largely into 2 categories of pause and inhale. The breathing method of energy and respiration is included in the inhale. The method is the same as 『Ci-di-chan-men(次第禪門)』. The 『Mo-ho chih-kuan(摩訶止觀)』 has organized the symptom of disease in 6 sorts. And, the breathing, which is the remedy method, is explained in the categories of energy and respiration. Chih-i(智의) has organized the disease type and the remedy method in his various classical books. The breathing method is one of the key remedy methods. We can see that it is the 6 respiration and 12 respiration by breathing according to the symptom for healing the disease generated during the seon discipline. So, we can understand that it is the most important and valuable content in our daily life and discipline.

        인성과 적성 계발을 위한 교수 · 학습 전략 탐색

        This study aims to seek ways to enhance personalities and aptitudes in students from college of education. The method used in this study is centered around literature research. The contents are as follows. Firstly, this study examined the assertions regarding social side effects based on the recently legislated Humanistic Education Act. Secondly, instruction strategies including motivation, learner participation, and total evaluation were suggested and educational strategies including information processing strategy, support strategy, meta-cognitive strategy, and philosophical belief strategy was suggested based on the results of personality/aptitude examination on students from college of education. Thirdly, various programs necessary for personality/aptitude development in preliminaryteacher were suggested. Lastly, creative programs for personality/aptitude development in preliminaryteachers were assumed to offer an opportunity to determine their personality as a teacher and thus emphasized the importance of implementing these programs in college of education. This in turn shows that implementing these supportive programs to instil proper aptitude in teachers acts as a foundation for the establishment of educational belief in preliminary teachers. In other words, this will lead to the solidification of the base of Korean education.

        사종삼매의 종합적 고찰

        Sa Jong Sam Mae is the organized summary of the contents regarding the asceticism practice that was being carried out and plays the role of the lighthouse for all those who are engaged in it. That is why it is deemed as the purification of the Chinese Buddhism. In actuality, it is like the integrated instruction for all the asceticism practice, encompassing Zen Buddhism, Pure Land Buddhism, and Vajrayana Buddhism altogether. In particular, it is linked with the figure of sitting in Zen meditation and the hours of tranquil life in a direct and indirect manner, has theoretically supported the completion of Pure Land Buddhism in a Chinese fashion, manifests the generosity of General Sects that introduced the Holy Words Vajrayana Buddhism, and finds the connection to the section where all the forms are transcended to analyze the mind and to the ways to practice asceticism of Ganhwa meditation. In other words, Sa Jong Sam Mae includes four methods to practice asceticism of sitting in Zen meditation, a Buddhist invocation, Vajrayana Buddhism, and the daily asceticism free from the strict types or disciplines. These diverse practices, I find, are like the refrigerant to many numbers of people who practice austerities and are concerned about the uniformity of asceticism. Every person has a different level of perseverance, perspectives and receptiveness. While one person likes a certain type of asceticism practice, another may prefer the other. In that note, the inclination of the person who practices the asceticism is considerably important. In this day and age, I believe we have become dull in this area. While emphasizing only one aspect, I think we are losing grip of such perseverance on the other side. It is thus inevitable that we often fail to obtain the intended results. Simply put, it is difficult just like the one tries to dig a well on the rock, not on the soft soil, after hearing that you will find a well when you go after only one place. Sa Jong Sam Mae, integrated by Buddhist Priest Jieui, has thus important implication in the current trends despite the complexity of its contents. If one prefers Theravada Samadhi, then he should seek it. On the other hand, if one prefers Sanghaeng Samadhi (stand-up asceticism), Banhaeng Banjwa Samadhi (walking and sitting asceticism), and Bihaeng Bijwa Samadhi (other types of asceticism besides the above), then he should seek it as well. I find it truly efficient. It is even better since the uniformity is abbreviated and the diversity is included. I believe this is what Buddhist Priest Jieui desired to convey.

        기업 연구개발 투자의 지역별 차이와 결정 요인에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 제조업에 속한 기업 8073개를 사용하여 5대 광역 경제권의 기업 연구개발 투자의 특성을 분석한 것이다. 기업의 평균 연구개발 투자는 수도권 1,367(백만원), 경남권 1,377(백만원), 경북권 1,273(백만원), 충청권 1,257(백만원), 호남권 719(백만원)이고, 매출액 기준 연구개발 집중도는 수도권 2.78%, 경북권 2.14%, 충청권 2.07%, 경남권 2.14%, 호남권 1.69%로 지역별로 차이를 보이고 있다. 이러한 차이는 ANOVA분석에서 5% 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 지역별로 불균형한 연구개발 집중도의 결정요인을 STEPWISE방법으로 분석한 결과 첫 번째로 선택된 변수는 IND(산업)이며, 두 번째는 SIZE(기업규모), 세 번째는 GRW(성장성), 네 번째는 LVR(레버리지)변수가 유의한 변수로 선택되었다. 각 변수의 회귀계수는 IND와 GRW는 정(+)의 방향으로, SIZE와 LVR은 부(-)의 관련성을 나타내고 있다. 지역 특성변수로 RIND(지역 특화 산업의 연구개발비)와 RRD(정부 연구개발비의 지역 배분)를 추가한 결과 5번째 변수로 RIND가 선택되었으며, 6번째 변수로 RRD가 유의한 변수로 선택되었다. 두 변수 공히 연구개발 집중도와 정(+)의 관계를 가진 것으로 나타났으며, RIND의 계수는 1% 수준에서, RRD는 10% 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 지역의 특화 산업의 연구개발 집중도는 지역 연구개발에 정(+)의 관계를 가진다. 그러므로 지역의 연구개발 투자를 높이기 위해서는 타 지역에 비해 비교 우위에 있는 산업에 집중하는 것이 효율적이다. 둘째 우리나라의 경우 정부의 연구개발 투자는 기업의 연구개발비를 촉진하는 역할을 하는 것으로 증명되었다. 셋째 정부의 연구개발 투자의 배분에서 수도권과 충청권에 비해 경북권과 경남권, 호남권이 유의하게 낮게 나타나고 있다. 호남권의 경우 집중도에서도 유의하게 낮게 나타나, 정부 연구개발 배분의 문제점을 보이고 있다. This paper examines the R&D determinants of Korean manufacture firms. Financial data of 8211 firms was used to find the characteristics of the firms such as firm size(SIZE), leverage(LVR), growth rate(GRW), profit ratio(PRF), cash inflow(CASH) and industry(IND). And additional variables were included. The regional variables included were industrial characteristics measured by location quotient(RIND), and R&D given by nation(RRD). There were five large regions which are Sudo, Chungcheong, Honam, Kyungbuk, Kyungnam. We tested the data by STEPWISE method of regression model. We find the evidence that the determinants of R&D of five regions are IND variable, SIZE variable, GRW variable, LVR variable. IND variable and GRW variable has positive relationship with regional R&D, but SIZE variable, LVR variable has negative. The regional variable RIND and RRD have positive relationship with regional R&D investments.

        일본 생애교육 추진체제와 정책 효과 탐색

        This study is intended to explore the Japanese advancement system on lifelong education and the policies effectiveness, and present implications for Korean lifelong education. The research findings are as follows. First, as for history of Japanese lifelong education, it has continuously expanded since the Meiji Restoration. Second, the lifelong education was conducted based on the Social Education Act, a sub-law of basic school education law in the past. However, Lifelong Learning Promotion Act was recently established to conduct the lifelong education on a equal footing as basic school education law. Third, the base of lifelong education for both Metropolitan governments and local governments has shifted from Community Center to Lifelong Learning Center. Fourth, right after the World War II, the government stimulated enlightening social education through Community Center to make it through the difficult times based on national unity. During the high growth era in the 1980s, however, the education revolved around leisure activities and facility establishment. Fifth, the population decline due to a lower birth rate led to a decrease in the number of Community Centers, leading to nationwide expansion of Lifelong Learning Centers and intensive execution of projects on shaping towns and humans. The changes in the Japanese lifelong education have the following implications for Korea. First, Korean continuing education policies should also be enforced continuously with the goal of expanding Lifelong Learning Cities. Second, a nationwide network should be established. Redundant investment in cyber education should be minimized and cooperation and collaboration are essential.
