This study was mainly concentrated in forms of Sijo and Kyeongkichega originated from the Hyangka Form based on the facts that I Had investigated previously. To the cultured peaples, there always have been a root for forms of song and lyric, and the origin of song and lyric of korea is Hyanka. The forms of Sijo and Kyeongkichega wore obtained from Sunghyangka and post-Sunghyangka which was succeeded in the form from Sunghyangka. Thus, the transformation of the form of these song and lyric is qenerally a history of a change of Hyangka Form.
연구자 간 형성된 사회자본이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 분석– 공공연구기관을 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the effect of social capital generated by interactions among researchers of the government-supported research institutions whose knowledge assets are most important to them on on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The study found that all elements of social capital have a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, except for the effect of norms on organizational commitment. There is a need to present and maintain reasonable and appropriate standards within government-supported research institutions, as too much emphasis can be taken on the nature of monitoring or control. It was also found that the network has the greatest impact on on organizational commitment and job satisfaction among social capital components, suggesting that networks between researchers and research institutions need to be encouraged by policy, including incentives for government-supported research institutions to revitalize convergence and cooperative research. 본 연구는 공공연구기관의 연구자 간 상호작용으로 생성되는 사회자본이조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석으로, 사회자본 구성요소인신뢰, 규범, 네트워크가 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 확인해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 규범이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 제외하고는 사회자본의 모든 요소가 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로확인되었다. 규범의 속성상 지나치게 강조될 경우 감시나 통제의 성격으로받아들여질 수 있으므로 공공연구기관 내에 합리적이고 적정한 수준의 규범을 제시하고 유지해야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 사회자본 중 네트워크가 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 확인되었으며, 이는 연구자의 융·복합 및 협동연구 활성화를 위한 인센티브 강화 등 연구자 및 연구기관 간의 네트워크를 정책적으로 장려할 필요가 있다는 점을 제시하였다.
초미세기포를 이용한 딸기 성장 모니터링 및 수중의 대장균 제거

In this study, UFBs of less than 100nm size were generated by using GoodSam-UFB generator(made by S company) that generates UFBs through Cavitation technique. The generated UFB was directly applied to the strawberry cultivation process to monitor strawberry fruit productivity. In addition, the efficiency of E. coli removal in water by strong oxidizers such as OH radicals produced by UFB was evaluated. As a result, when the aqueous nutrient solution with UFBs was supplied to the strawberry medium, it had a slightly higher initial concentration compared to the nutrient solution prepared with general groundwater at a concentration of about 9mg/L and did not decrease significantly over time. In addition, it was found that the concentration of dissolved oxygen was kept high. In other words, it is easy to supply dissolved oxygen to help root growth in the early stage of strawberry growth, thereby promoting the growth of strawberries. After feeding the nutrient solution for the growth of strawberries, the nitrate concentration of the discharged nutrient solution was analyzed. As a result, dissolved oxygen contained in aqueous nutrient solution with UFBs helped the nitrate to be smoothly taken from the soil. Therefore, the concentration of nitrate in the effluent was reduced, hence strawberry growth was promoted. As a result of the E. coli removal test, aqueous solution with UFBs showed very high E. coli removal efficiency compared to the commercially available antibacterial agent. These results can be explained by the strong oxidizers included in the UFB water.

간장 醱酵의 主要 酵母인 S. rouxii와 T. versatilis 두 균주의 성질을 함께 가진 새로운 菌의 開發을 目的으로 異屬 酵母間의 原形質體 融合을 實施하였다. 이렇게 하여 얻은 融合體를 香氣生成用 培地에서 培養한 후, 그 生成 香氣의 芳香性 檢査와 香氣成分을 分析한 gas chromatogram을 野生菌株와 比較하여 얻은 優良 融合體 ST 726-F20, ST 723-F30, 그리고 ST 723-F31은 우수한 간장 香氣를 生成하였고, HEMF와 4-EG를 생성하였으며, 22∼25%의 높은 監濃度에서도 生育하여 監에 대한 耐性이 강하였고 넓은 範園의 pH에서도 生育이 可能하여 産業的(一般 醱酵난 bireactor)으로 利用하기에 좋은 菌으로 사료되었다.
