        아메리카잎굴파리 (Liriomyza trifolii)의 외부기생봉 굴파리좀벌 (Diglyphus isaea)의 생태적 특성 및 저장 조건 구명

        아메리카잎굴파리 외부기생봉인 굴파리좀벌의 온도별 알, 유충, 번데기 발육기간과 성충의 산란수, 기주체액 흡즙수, 성충수명, 저온 저장력 등을 조사하였다. 굴파리좀벌의 알기간, 유충기간, 번데기 기간은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 각각 1.3일, 4.5일, 6.3일이었다. 성충의 산란수, 기주체액 흡즙수, 성충수명은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 각각 305.3마리, 657.0마리, 25.1일이었다. 아메리카잎굴파리 유충 영기별 굴파리좀벌의 산란선호성과 흡즙선호성을 조사한 결과 각각 90.2%와 82.8%가 3령 유충에 집중되었다. 굴파리좀벌의 저온저장에 따른 50% 생존기간은 꿀물 20%희석 용액을 제공할 경우 $5^{\circ}C,\; 10^{\circ}C,\;15^{\circ}C$에서 각각 180일, 150일, 90일이었다. 굴파리좀벌 저온저장 후 산란수는 저장기간 30일, 70일, 140일에서 각각 190.8개, 104.0개, 89.4개였다. Experiments have been performed to investigate biological characteristics of Diglyphus isaea (Walker), an ectoparasite of Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess). At $25^{\circ}C$, development time of D. isaea was estimated as 1.3 days for eggs, 4.5 days for larvae and 6.3 days for pupae. Adult longevity was 25.1 days, and a female adult could lay 305.3 eggs throughout its lifetime. Number of L. trifolii parasitized or killed by the wasp was 962.2 individuals/adult. Most of all parasitized or killed larvae were identified as third instar. With 20% honeyed water as food source, half of the adults could survive 180 days at $5^{\circ}C$, 150 days at $10^{\circ}C$, and 90 days at $15^{\circ}C$. After storing at $10^{\circ}C$ with absolute honey for 30 days, 70 days and 140 days, a female adult in room temperature laid eggs 190.8 individuals, 104.0 individuals and 89.4 individuals, respectively.

        둥근마 에탄올 추출물의 항염증 효과

        Dioscorea bulbifera has been cultivated in Korea, China and Japan as a food, and also widely used as a traditional medicine for a long time. This study was conducted to determine the anti-inflammatory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts. The inhibitory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts were evaluated regarding production or expression of inflammatory mediators in macrophage cells. Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts significantly inhibited the expression of IL-4, IFN-γ and PGE2 and expression of COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α, in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. In addition, we evaluated the inhibitory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts on an atopic dermatitis-like mouse model. An atopic dermatitis-like skin lesion was induced by repeated treatment of DNCB on the ear skin of ICR mice. The efficacy of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts was tested by histophathologic analysis. Histophathologic analysis revealed a reduction in the ear thickness in Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts treated mice. These results show that Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts have an anti-inflammatory effect. Therefore, this research suggests that Dioscorea bulbifera may be a potential agent for ameliorating inflammation.

        총채벌레 천적 으뜸애꽃노린재(Orius strigicollis)와 미끌애꽃노린재(Orius laevigatus)의 생물학적 특성 비교

        국내종인 으뜸애꽃노린재와 유럽종인 미끌애꽃노린재의 알, 약충 발육기간과 성충의 산란수, 수명, 포식량 및 포장밀도에서 증가량을 비교하였다. 으뜸애꽃노린재와 미끌애꽃노린재의 $15{\sim}30^{\circ}C$에서 알 부화율은 각각 $46.7{\sim}88.2%$와 $65.0{\sim}89.9%$였고, 알기간은 각각 $3.1{\sim}14.9$일과 $3.1{\sim}13.5$일이었다. 두 종의 약충 발육기간은 각각 $9.4{\sim}42.8$일과 $9.3{\sim}42.0$일이었고, 약충기간 생존율은 각각 $2.4{\sim}96.5%$와 $4.3{\sim}80.6%$였다. 두 종의 산란수는 15, 20, 25, 30, $35^{\circ}C$에서 각각 28.1, 107.9, 123.6, 127.3, 18.1개와 101.8, 218.6, 224.5, 219.5, 15.7개였고, 성충수명은 각각 63.4, 40.1, 22.1, 18.3, 11.0일과 70.6, 66.4, 32.6, 34.5, 7.3일로 으뜸애꽃노린재에 비해 미끌애꽃노린재의 산란수가 많고 성충수명은 길었다. 으뜸애꽃노린재와 미끌애꽃노린재의 온도와 일장에 의한 산란수는 $18^{\circ}C$, 16L:8D에서 각각 105.8개와 109.5개였고, 10L:14D에서 각각 1.0개와 63.0개였다. $25^{\circ}C$, 16L:8D에서 각각 142.4개와 191.5개였고, 10L:14D에서 각각 31.8개와 198.8개로 으뜸애꽃노린재는 $18^{\circ}C$, 10L:14D에서에 거의 모든 개체가 휴면하지만 미끌에꽃노린재는 휴면하지 않는다, 으뜸애꽃노린재와 미끌애꽃노린재의 꽃노랑총채벌레 2령 하루 포식량은 각각 14.3마리와 10.9마리이다. 겨울작형 시설재배 파프리카에서 으뜸애꽃노린재는 5월 중순부터 증가하기 시작하여 7월 상순에는 꽃당 1.8마리로 증가하였다. 미끌애꽃노린재는 3월 중순부터 증가하여 6월 상순에는 꽃당 6.6마리로 증가하는 과밀도 현상을 보였다. With the comparison of native Orius strigicollis (Poppius) to European O. laevigatus (Fieber), we investigated biological characteristics such as developmental period, fecundity, life span, predation ability, and augmentation after release. Experiments were carried out at five temperature condition, $15^{\circ}C\;20^{\circ}C,\;25^{\circ}C\;30^{\circ}C$, and $35^{\circ}C$. In the case of O. strigicollis, egg period was $3.1{\sim}14.9$ days (hatchability: $46.7{\sim}88.2%$), and developmental period of nymphs was $9.4{\sim}42.8$ days (survival rate: $2.4{\sim}96.5%$). Fecundity at each temperature was 28.1, 107.9, 123.6, 127.3, and 18.1, respectively. Life span of adults was 63.4, 40.1, 22.1, 18.3, and 11.0 days, respectively. In the case of O. laevigatus, egg period was $3.1{\sim}13.5$ days (hatchability: $65.0{\sim}89.9%$), and developmental period of nymphs was $9.3{\sim}42.0$ (survival rate: $4.3{\sim}80.6%$) days. Fecundity at each temperature was 101.8, 218.6, 224.5, 219.5, and 15.7. Life span of adults was 70.6, 66.4, 32.6, 34.5, and 7.3 days, respectively. In long-day condition (16L:8D), fecundity of O. strigicollis and O. laevigatus was 105.8 $(18^{\circ}C){\sim}142.4(25^{\circ}C)$ and 109.5 $(18^{\circ}C){\sim}191.5(25^{\circ}C)$, respectively. In short-day condition (10L:14D), fecundity of them was 1.0 $(18^{\circ}C){\sim}31.8(25^{\circ}C)$ and 63.0 $(18^{\circ}C){\sim}198.8(25^{\circ}C)$, respectively. Daily prey consumption of second instar Frankliniella occidentalis was 14.3 and 10.9, respectively. In greenhouse, density of O. strigicollis begins to increase from mid May and peaked about early July (1.8 individual/flower), while that of O. laevigatus begins to increase from mid March and peaked about early June (6.6 individual/flower).

The derivatives of 2-amino-4-chloro-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 4 containing methoxy, ethoxy, isopropoxy, phenoxy, amino and anilino groups at 6-position on the pyrimidine ring were prepared from 2-amino-4,6-dichloro-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 3. Pyrimidine의 6번위치에 chloro, methoxy, ethoxy, amino, 및 amino 기가 도입된 2-amino-4-methylcyano-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 유도체 6들은 2-Amino-4-methylcyano-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 유도체 4들과 tert-butylcyanoacetate로부터 합성되었으며 pyrimidine의 6번 위치에 methoxy, ethoxy, isopropoxy, phenoxy, amino 및 anilino기가 도입된 2-amino-4-methylcyano-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 유도체 4들은 2-amino-4-methylcyano-5-methylsulfonylpyrimidine 3으로부터 합성되었다.

        노인 복지를 위한 응급 상황 호출 프로그램의 개발 및 구현

        This paper proposes a system that utilizes USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network), Bluetooth and smart phone to improve the function of senior houses. In typical approach, a system in a senior house either directly accesses the status of elderly people by its sensor or is alerted by elderly people who trigger an emergency bell, derive a decision and take an appropriate action. In addition, it is possible for a designated social worker to check the status of senior patients through monitoring system connected by UTP(Unshielded Uwisted Pair) cables, but the responsible person has to be present to monitor patients' status. However, the new system, suggested in this paper, embed Bluetooth function in a blood pressure gauge, thus the smart phone receives patients' health information such as blood pressure through Bluebooth, if any abnormal event occurs. Consequently, the smart phone sends SMS(Short Message Service) to a responsible social worker or a designated hospital. When this program in the paper becomes a reality, an unmanned system that is able to determine suitable actions for certain events will be established, even if a social worker were absence.

        시설작물에서 으뜸애꽃노린재(Orius strigicollis)와 오이이리응애(Amblyseius cucumeris)에 의한 총채벌레 밀도억제 효과

        시설재배 꽈리고추, 피망에 발생하는 꽃노랑총채벌레와 오이에 발생하는 오이총채벌레의 생물적 방제를 위하여 작물별로 천적인 으뜸애꽃노린재(Orius strigicollis) 방사구, 오이이리응애(Amblyseius cucumeris) 방사구, 무방사구를 두어 총채벌레 밀도억제 효과를 조사하였다. 으뜸애꽃노린재에 의한 총채벌레의 밀도억제효과 산출 식은 (무처리구 밀도-처리구 밀도)/무처리구 밀도 ${\times}$ 100으로 하여 조사시기별로 각각 구한 결과, 꽈리고추에서 으뜸애꽃노린재 방사구는 최하 14.3%에서 최고 99.5%, 오이이리응애 처리구는 $12.9{\sim}38.3%$였고, 피망에서 으뜸애꽃노린재 처리구는 $21.6{\sim}98.3%$, 오이이리응애 처리구는 $17.1{\sim}87.0%$였다. 오이에서 으뜸애꽃노린재 처리구는 $61.2{\sim}74.4%$, 오이이리응애 처리구는 $90.4{\sim}97.4%$를 보였다. 따라서 봄 작기 꽈리고추와 피망에 발생하는 꽃노랑총채벌레는 발생 초기 으뜸애꽃노린재를 주당 $5{\sim}6$마리를 $3{\sim}6$회로 나누어 방사하고, 가을 작기 오이에 발생하는 오이총채별레는 발생초기 오이이리응애를 주당 100마리씩 4회 정도 방사하면 효과적임. Effectiveness of Orius strigicollis (Poppius) and Amblyseius cucumeris (Oudemans) as natural enemies against thrips were evaluated on greenhouse green pepper, sweet pepper and cucumber respectively. Control efficacy was calculated by the formula, $(D_{control}-D_{treatment})/D_{control}{\times}100$, where $D_{control}$ is the average density of thrips on the plots in which any natural enemy was not released and $D_{treatment}$ is the average density of thrips on the plots in which natural enemies were released respectively. As a result, control efficacies of O. strigicollis against Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) on green pepper and sweet pepper were $14.3{\sim}99.5%$ and $21.6{\sim}98.3%$, respectively. In addition, control efficacy of it against Thrips palmi Kany on cucumber was 61.2-74.4%. Control efficacies of A. cucumeris against F. occidentalis on green pepper and sweet pepper were $12.9{\sim}38.3%$ and $17.1{\sim}87.0%$, respectively. Control efficacy of it against T. palmi on cucumber was $90.4{\sim}97.4%$. Field evaluation showed that the prompt applications of natural enemies were effective to reduce the density of thrips. In detail, to control F. occidentalis effectively on green pepper and sweet pepper in spring season, five to six individuals of O. strigicollis per crops should be released three to six times continuously. To control T. palmi effectively on cucumber in autumn, more than 100 individuals of A. cucumeris per crop should be released four times repeatedly.

        Many current researches are limited in the statistics field, which is a part of mathematics class in the secondary school. Moreover, it's hard to apply to the elementary school since they are written in English. To overcome this limitations, the objectives from the unit that is suitable for using EXCEL in the elementary mathematics lessons are selected in this research. And a problem-based learning model for these lessons would be introduced that it can help students to focus on solving substances of the problems by reducing the time for arithmetic calculation.
