Weight bearing is effective during rehabilitation of gait, in the elderly and disabled people. Various training devices using weight bearing function were developed along with treadmill walking; however, no device has been developed in conjunction to walking on the ground. Here, we designed a rail type frame of a gait rehabilitation system for body-weight support (BWS) function, and analyzed its mechanical safety in the static weight bearing condition of a vertical axis. Computational simulations were performed to analyze structure of the driving parts, which are connected with a rail and driving rollers and the lower plate of the BWS. Structural analyses showed the drivers and BWS were safe, when simulated at 135kg weight under static conditions. Thus, this rail type rehabilitation system can be used for gait training of the elderly and disabled.

The purpose of architectural competition is to choose the best design to satisfied with the goal of a project. If the matters which are not satisfied with the owner’s requirement can’t be found out in the evaluation phase, however, a good sum may have to be paid for design change. Additionally, as time goes on, the possibilities for modification of the original design will be decreased. For this reason, it can be critical to shorten the design errors with the accurate work in the early part of design phase for success of a project. On this, BIM using extensively since the late 2000’s could be a good alternative. BIM(Building Information Modeling) can minimize design errors through managing data with 3D-based information. Actually, domestic public institutions recognize the advantages of BIM, and are increasing ordering quantity BIM-based project. However, some of the BIM-based projects which were already performed with great expectations have showed some problems. With this background, it is needed to find out the effectiveness for reducing design errors with applying BIM process to the project. Thus, in this study, it will be found out that in what parts of the architectural competition, the effectiveness of BIM process shows up. And, it will be found out that in what parts of the architectural competition, the problems shows up through comparing 2D-based design process and BIM-based design process.
RFID 기술과 이동 단말기를 이용한 원격의료정보 서비스 시스템

의료정보서비스로 인해 병원에서의 디지털화는 환자관리에 빠른 발전이 있었다. 여기에 더하여 병원 어디에서나 언제든지 의료정보서비스를 제공하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 주요 요구사항은 DICOM 표준을 이용한 영상 뷰어시스템과 의료정보서비스를 지원하는 서버시스템 간에 통신할 수 있는 기능이다. 본 논문은 의료정보서비스를 제공하기 위해 RFID 기술을 이용한 이동 단말기 기반의 원격 네트워킹 시스템을 기술한다. 전반적인 구성을 적용하기 위해 본 논문은 우선 DICOM 뷰어 시스템을 개발하였고, 환자 정보를 저장하기위한 데이타베이스를 구성하였으며 모바일 터미널 환경에서 서버/클라이언트 네트워킹 시스템을 구현하였다. 특히, 본 논문은 문자 기반 통신은 물론 의료영상 기반 통신의 가능성을 보여주었다. A general medical information service in hospitals recently has been rapidly developed in the effective patient management due to the digitalization. In addition, the hospitals make an effort to support the medical information service in ubiquitous environment. A key requirement in ubiquitous environment is the medical information service. This paper describes a remote networking system based on the mobile terminal with RFID technology ability to communicate between the image viewer system using the DICOM standard and a server system to support the for the medical information service. In order to apply the overall configuration, we first implemented the DICOM viewer system, configured the database to store the patient information, and realized the server/client networking system in mobile terminal environment. In particular, this paper showed the capability for the medical image-based communication as well as the text-based communication.
