조현병 스펙트럼 장애의 1년 유지 치료에서 클로자핀과 병용 치료제의 처방 양상 분석

Objectives Clozapine is the most effective atypical antipsychotic agent for the treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS), however, only 40%-70% of TRS patients respond to clozapine. Moreover, TRS encompasses various symptom dimensions. Therefore, augmentation with other medications for clozapine is frequently applied. However, the prescription pattern of clozapine and combined medications in Korea is yet to be examined. This study aims to investigate the maintenance treatment pattern of clozapine and augmentation agents in one Korean tertiary hospital. Methods The patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders under clozapine maintenance, defined as one-year clozapine continuation, were subjected for analysis. Medication data at one-year time-point after clozapine initiation was extracted and analyzed. Results Among total 2897 patients having clozapine prescription experience from January 2000 to December 2018, 1011 patients were on clozapine maintenance. The mean age of clozapine initiation was 30.2 ± 11.3 years, and the maintenance dose of clozapine was 217.8 ± 124.3 mg/day. Combination rate of antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and antidepressants were 43.5%, 25.3%, 38.6%, respectively. Most frequently prescribed drugs in each category were aripiprazole, valproate, and sertraline. Olanzapine equivalent dose of combined antipsychotics was 10.4 ± 7.7 mg/day. Male patients were prescribed higher dose of combined antipsychotics and higher rate of antidepressants. Female patients had later onset of clozapine prescription. Patients with two or more combined antipsychotics were prescribed higher dose of clozapine and higher rate of antidepressants compared to patients with one combined antipsychotic. Conclusions Taken together, among the patients taking clozapine, a substantial rate of patients were under polypharmacy. The present findings based on the real-world prescription pattern could provide the valuable clinical information on the treatment of TRS-related conditions.

Copper nanowire has mortal disadvantages in the oxidation and inadequacy of biological compatibility, which sometimes exceed its advantages like low-cost characteristics, excellent mechanical and electrical properties. In this paper, we introduce an innovative biocompatible and oxidation-resistant Cu–Au core–shell nanowire. The Cu–Au core–shell nanowire reveals stable electrical property against oxidation under the severe environment of 80% relative humidity and 80 °C temperature. Moreover, to verify appropriateness for the biomedical application, the improved biocompatibility and chemical stability are examined. Even after the harsh environment test, Cu-Au core-shell nanowire electrode utilized as electrocardiogram (ECG) and electro-myogram (EMG) sensors indicates remarkable biocompatibility and oxidation-resistance. The Cu–Au core–shell nanowire can contribute to cost-effective and stable diverse wearable electronics applications.

시스템에어컨은 집에서나 혹은 큰 오피스빌딩에서 많이 설치된 공조설비이다. 이들은 상업용으로 냉난방을 하기위한 시스템으로 많은 보급을 해오고 있다. 하지만 공기질을 제어하기 위해서 자체적으로만 순환 하는데에 많은 제약조건이 있다. 이러한 날라 다니는 먼지가 사무공간과 같은 곳에서 떠다니는 것은 업무하는데 근로자들에게는 좋지않은 영향을 줄 수 있다. 그래서 이러한 공기에 떠다니는 미세입자들은 제어를 통해서 관리가 되어야 한다. 기존설비와는 다르게, 본 논문에서는 시스템에어컨에 미세먼지센서를 적용하여 공기질을 개선 할 수 있는 연구를 진행했다. 미립자를 인지하는 LED, Photo 소자를 이용하여 이들의 데이터를 시스템에어컨에 적용시키고 관리할 수 있는 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 이를 통해 실제 얼만큼 개선되었는지 현장에 설치하여 그 효과를 확인할 수 있는 연구를 진행하였다. System air condition is widely spread for general household or large office buildings. It is shuttled down as commercial products for heating and cooling air conditioning system for many buildings. However, it has limitation of air dust quality control in the self indoor circulated air from air condition. Airborne dust is very harmful for the workers in the office. So, this airborne micro dust should be controlled. Unlike a stereo type air cleaner, I applied sensor for research to air cleaning system which had included five-steps equipment improve the air quality by using LED device and photo element. The largest dust particles in PM10, PM2.5 or higher is to remove harmful indoor dust. In this proceed, I apply to particle dust sensor to the system air condition. I have come up with algorithms that improve the quality of particle dust air. And installed equipment system is how much improve to get air purification condition and effect on indoor comfort air.
다변량 LSTM을 이용한 극저온 액화가스 저장탱크의 슬로싱에 의한 첨두 압력 예측

본 연구에서는 극저온 액화가스 저장 탱크 내부에서 발생하는 슬로싱에 의한 탱크 내부의 첨두 압력을 계산하기 위한 전산유체 시뮬레이션과, 시뮬레이션을 통한 계산값 이후의 첨두 압력 시계열 결과값 예측을 위해 딥러닝 방식의 순환 신경망 구조(Recurrent Neural Network, RNN) 중 하나인 LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory)를 이용하는 방법론을 제시한다. 극저온 액화가스 저장탱크의 첨두 압력 계산을 위한 상용 유동해석 시뮬레이션 프로그램으로 STAR-CCM+(ver. 15.02.007)을 사용하였으며, 계산된 첨두 압력 시계열을 Python 기반 Tensorflow 라이브러리의 LSTM 모델을 통해 이후 시계열 값을 예측하였다. 이 때 저장탱크 내 첨두 압력 시계열에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되는 변수를 다변량으로 LSTM 모델에 포함시켜 계산을 진행하였으며, 이를 시뮬레이션 계산 결과와 비교하여 LSTM을 통한 예측값의 유효성을 판단하였다. This study presents a methodology of using LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory), one of the deep learning Recurrent Neural Networks(RNN), to calculate peak pressure inside the cryogenic storage tank by sloshing generated inside the tank and predict peak pressure time series after calculation. STAR-CCM+(ver.15.02.007) was used in this study for calculation of peak pressure in the tank, and LSTM module in Tensorflow(ver.2.4.0) based Python was used in this study for prediction of time series after calculations. Then the calculation was performed by including variables that were determined to have a direct effect on the peak pressure time series in the storage tank in a Multivariate LSTM, and the validity of the predicted value through LSTM was determined by comparing them with the simulation and calculation results.
고신뢰성 보조전원장치 개발을 위한 신뢰성 평가에 대한 연구

For important railway equipment related to safety, efficient management and maintenance are required based on reliability, and for this, information on the life expectancy of the developed electronic equipment is required. Accordingly, in this paper, we deal with the reliability evaluation process to secure high reliability and obtain life expectancy information in the process of developing new APS(Auxiliary Power Supply) system that are 100 % compatible with existing APS system. The proposed reliability evaluation process was applied to the APS system under development by raising the reliability target of about 8 % compared to the existing one. Particularly, the vulnerable component can secure high reliability from the design stage through the reliability prediction and reliability demonstration based on accelerated life test. In the case of system reliability demonstration, the auxiliary power supply system equipped with improved vulnerable components that satisfy the reliability target of vulnerable components is installed on a railway vehicle, and the actual railway vehicle verification test is performed in an actual operating environment. The reliability evaluation process in this paper can be used as a way to secure high reliability in railway systems with many restrictions such as cost and test environment.
