        대학생의 스포츠 동아리활동 참여정도가 인성역량 및 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of participation level in sport club activities on character competency and college adjustment among college students in an effort to raise awareness of the importance of sport club activities in college life. The subjects in this study were 332 college students who took part in sport club activities. A self-administered survey was conducted using questionnaires. As for the analysis of the collected data, SPSS WIN 20.0 was used to obtain statistical data on frequency, percentage and Cronbach alpha coefficients, Chi-Square test and Scheffe post-hoc test was carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing whether there were any differences among the college students according to participation level in sport club activities in character competency, there were statistically significant differences. Second, as a result of analyzing whether there were any differences among the college students according to participation level in sport club activities in college adjustment, there were statistically significant differences. Third, as a result of making a post-hoc analysis of whether there were any differences among the college students according to participation level in sport club activities in character competency and college adjustment, there were statistically significant differences both in character competency and college adjustment according to the length, frequency and hours of participation.

        간호대학생의 전공선택유형에 따른 전공자기효능감과 전공만족도

        본 연구는 간호대학생이 대학 전공선택유형을 파악하고 이에 따라 전공자기효능감과 전공만족도에 차이가 있는지 살펴보고 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2017년 11월 간호대학 1, 2학년 재학생 401명의 조사결과 를 SPSS 24.0의 기술통계, t검증, F검증을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 간호대학생은 주변의 권유에 의해 전공 선택을 한 비율이 가장 높게 났으며 다음으로 취업률, 전공에 대한 흥미, 적성, 성적순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 전공 자기효능감은 높음(4.0)에 가깝게 나타났으며 전공만족도 역시 높음(4.0)에 가깝게 나타났다. 성별, 학년에 따른 전공자기효능감과 전공만족도의 차이는 없었으며 25세이상 성인 간호대학생의 전공자기효능감이 그렇지 않은 학생보다 더 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 전공선택유형에 따른 전공만족도의 차이는 내적인 요인인 적성, 흥미에 따라 전공선택을 한 유형이 외적인 요인에 따라 전공을 선택한 유형보다 높게 나타났다. 연구결과에 따라 첫째, 고등학생 대상 간호 전공을 알 수 있는 프로그램 확대, 둘째, 외적인 요인에 의해 전공을 선택한 학생들의 전공자기효능감, 전공만족도 향상 노력이 필요하다는 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to find out the types of choosing college major by nursing college students and investigate the difference of major related self - efficacy and major satisfaction. Data were collected in November 2017 by on-site visits and total 450 questionnaires were handed in and finally 401 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 24.0. The study can be summarized as the following. First, Nursing students showed the highest rate of selecting majors by the recommendation of their surroundings, followed by the employment rate, interest in the major, aptitude, and grade. Second the average of major related self-efficacy was close to high, also the average of major satisfaction was close to high. There was no difference in major related self-efficacy and major satisfaction according to sex, grade, and major related self-efficacy was higher in nursing college students over 25 years of age. Third, major satisfaction of nursing colleges students who selected by the internal factors(aptitude, interest) was higher than others. Based on the study’s results, the following recommendations have been made. There is a need to expand the program for high school students to learn about the nursing major. Efforts should be made to improve students major related self-efficacy and major satisfaction by choosing their major due to external factors
