<튜터링>을 활용한 전문대학에서의 토의 중심 말하기 교육 방안 연구

이 연구는 전문대학 학생들의 말하기 능력 향상을 위한 실용적이고 합리적인 교육 방안을 제시하고, 수행한 결과를 공유하는 것에 목적이 있다. 대학 교육의 가장 궁극적인 교육목표를 생각해 보았을 때, 전문대학 교육에서 놓치고 있는 부분은 ‘인문학 교육’일 것이다. 전문대학의 설립 취지를 비롯하여 ‘취업등용문’으로서의 역할을 중시하는 전문대학의 교육 지형을 감안하더라도, 사회인으로서의 진입을 준비하는 마지막 울타리인 대학에서 의사소통의 핵심 영역이 되는 ‘말하기’ 교육의 질적 성장에 대한 확고한책임 의식이 부족한 상황은 많은 반성을 필요로 한다. 학생들이 ‘대학’이라는 고등교육기관에 입학한 이상, 4년제이든, 2년제이든 혹은 전공이나 계열에 상관없이 ‘원활한 의사소통이 가능한 사회인으로서 성장할 수 있도록 그에 적합한 교육적 기반을 마련해야 함’은 모든 대학이 지닌 마땅한 사명일 것이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 비교과 튜터링을 활용한 전문대학에서의 말하기 교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 졸업 이수 학점의 한계로 인해 인문학 기반 교육 수행에 소극적인 전문대학의 맹점에 대응할 수 있는현실적 대안으로 비교과 수업(튜터링)을 활용하였다. 특히 ‘토의수행’을 바탕으로 하여 학습자의 유연한접근성을 기대할 수 있으며, 수행 결과에 따른 소귀의 성과를 공유하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to present practical and reasonable educational measures to improve the speaking ability of junior college students and to share the results carried out. As long as students have entered a higher education institution called "university," they should establish an appropriate educational foundation so that they can "grow as society people who can communicate smoothly," regardless of whether they are four-year, two-year, or major or affiliated. In this study, we tried to find an educational time to realistically respond to the blind spot of junior colleges that are passive in performing humanities-based education due to the limitation of graduation credits. In particular, based on 'discussion performance', learners can expect flexible accessibility, and we want to share their achievements.
항생제 내성 Cutibacterium acnes에 대한 감태(Ecklonia cava) 추출물의 항균 시너지 효과

Acne vulgaris is often associated with acne-related bacteria such as Cutibacterium acnes. In this study, we investigated the antibacterial effects of the methanol extract of the algae Ecklonia cava and its solvent-soluble extract against C. acnes. Among five solvent fractions, the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) fraction exhibited the strongest antibacterial activity against C. acnes. Furthermore, the EtOAc-soluble extract exhibited the highest total phenolic contents among the five solvent fractions tested. The EtOAc subfraction 07 (Fr. 07) extract showed the highest antibacterial effect against C. acnes and isolated C. acnes along with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ranging from 32 to 64 μg/mL. Additionally, MICs of antibiotics against antibiotic-resistant C. acnes strains were substantially reduced when antibiotics were combined with Fr. 07, suggesting that Fr. 07 restore the antibacterial activity of the antibiotics. The fractional inhibitory concentration indices clearly revealed an additive synergistic effect of Fr. 07 with antibiotics. The results of the present study suggest a potential role for E. cava in the control of infections related to acne vulgaris.
<독서대회>를 활용한 ‘창의적 글쓰기 교육’의 단계적 접근방식과 기대효과 연구 - 전문대학에서의 활용성을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to design a step-by-step approach to creative writing education in junior colleges and to share educational outcomes. As "recruitment of students" and "employment rate of graduates" are directly related to the school's existence, it is virtually very difficult to include regular subjects based on writing within a limited educational period of a vocational college consisting of two or three years. Looking at the studies so far, there are many cases of model research and application to 'creative writing' in university education. However, since most of the studies are the results derived based on four-year universities, it is difficult to find studies focusing on writing education methods, especially specific application plans, in junior colleges. This study shared the writing curriculum using the "in-school reading competition" conducted by A junior college in Korea and discussed the expected effect based on the "university writing" class, which is mainly arranged with two credits among most junior college curriculums. Students participated in a reading contest by utilizing task scores within regular subjects and went through a three-week preparation process with the instructor. Through this process, there was a positive educational achievement in acquiring an approach to writing and a creative writing method, and students' satisfaction was also very high. It is not limited to the division of writing, but the professor checks all the processes of book selection, preparation, and actual writing during class, and at the same time, feedback in the preparation process before writing alleviates learners' fear of writing, and based on active thinking, finished works were derived through reading activities. Through the results of this study, it will be able to be used in related lectures at each vocational university. In particular, it is a model that can be applied immediately to lecture time, and it can be implemented without burden, and the number of hours required out of the total number of hours is about 4 hours, and for two credit classes, it is two to three weeks. This is a very reasonable and efficient plan that can be implemented in junior college, and at the same time, it is expected to have high expectations in terms of performance.
Morphological Identification of Alexandrium Species (Dinophyceae) from Jinhae-Masan Bay, Korea

Outbreaks of paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) and dense blooms caused by Alexandrium species in Jinhae-Masan Bay, Korea have been nearly annual events for many years. However, excluding some Alexandrium species responsible for PSP, there are no critical reports on the morphology of Alexandrium species in this bay. To identify the Alexandrium species based on detailed morphological features, vegetative cells collected water samples and established by the incubation of resting cysts isolated from sediment trap samples were analyzed. Four species of Alexandrium were identified: Alexandrium affine, A. fundyense, A. catenella, and A. insuetum. Morphological features of these species were basically consistent with those outlined in previous studies. However, the ventral pore and the connecting pore on the sulcal plate, which have been accepted as diagnostic characteristics for the identification of A. fundyense and A. catenella, need to be reevaluated, indicating that useful morphological features for identifying these two species should be recommended to avoid confusion in the classification of species in genus Alexandrium.
