        통합운동프로그램이 농촌 노인들의 건강체력 및 삶의질에 미치는 영향

        This study is to identify the effect of a exercise program on the physical function of elderly. The subjects included 20 elderly old who participated in the program at Senior Welfare Center in Kyung-ki-do. They were divided into two groups, 20 elderly old of control group and 20 of experimental group. A exercise program was conducted to both groups for total 12 weeks―three times a week with a 50-minute period. After/before the experiment, the following five categories were estimated for each subject: cardiopulmonary endurance, extremity power, muscle endurance, Quality of life, and agility. There was a significant increase on the physical function of all the subjects in the experimental group and the control one after the experiment. Furthermore, the experimental group showed more meaningful improvement than the control one. On the basis of these findings, the exercise program contributes the enhancement of physical function of elderly women. Thus, more various physical exercise program should be developed for healthy aging.

        중ㆍ고등학교 골프선수의 체력훈련방식이 골프전문체력(기본체력, 코어근파워)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of several methods of physical fitness exercise on golf performance related physical fitness and golf proficiency in middle and high school golf players. There were 15 subjects for this study. Subjects were divided into three groups of 5. All groups performed swing practice for 8 hours a day. However two groups supplemented their training for an extra hour five times per week. The first group engaged in integrated functional physical fitness training with aero equipment for golf. The second group performed weight training. The third group was the control group and did not perform any other exercises. Independent variables for this test were golf performance related physical fitness and golf proficiency. Golf Performance related physical fitness included muscle strength and endurance, static and dynamic balance, shoulder/waist flexibility, and two integrated functional physical fitness variables. The first was combined core power / upper extremity accuracy. The data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 version used to perform ANOVA and ANCOVA. As the result, integrated functional physical fitness exercise group significantly increased golf performance related physical fitness variables such as muscle strength/endurance, static and dynamic balance, shoulder/waist flexibility, and combined core power / lower extremity agility. The weight training group significantly increased muscle strength/endurance, static balance for left side, and combined core power / lower extremity agility. The golf training group significantly increased waist flexibility for left rotation only. In conclusion, integrated functional physical fitness exercises yielded greater improvements than either weight training or golf practice alone. These exercises also resulted in the only increase in performance related variables in this study. Although left-side rotational flexibility increased for the control group, this likely reveals an increasing muscle imbalance resulting from the overuse of the muscles used for swinging the golf club. Thus, integrated functional physical exercises have the most relevance towards golf related physical fitness and performance.

        웰다잉 집단미술치료 프로그램이 노인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 웰다잉 집단미술치료 프로그램이 노인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 A 시의 B 노인복지관을 이용하고 있는 65세 이상의 남녀노인 16명을 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명으로 무선 배치하였다. 연구기간은 2019년 4월 9일부터 5월 14일 까지 주 2회, 60분, 총 10회기 실시하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단 모두 실험중재 전후에 사전, 사후 조사를 실시하였고, 연구도구는 집단미술치료 프로그램과 삶의 질 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고 대응표본비교 분석을 사전, 사후 검사간의 평균차이 검정을 실시하였다. 그리고 프로그램을 진행하는 동안 각 회기별로 연구대상자들의 그림의 특성들과 삶의 질의 하위요인과 관련된 언어 및 행동변화 등을 기록한 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰다잉 집단미술치료 프로그램이 노인의 삶의 질 향상에 효과적임을 검증하였다. 둘째, 웰다잉 집단미술치료 프로그램이 회기별 진행에 따라 삶의 질 하위요인인 신체건강, 심리적, 사회적 관계, 생활환경 영역 등 각각에 대한 긍정적인 변화를 확인하였다. 고령화시대를 접하고 있는 시점에서 노인의 미래에 다가올 죽음을 편안하고 긍정적으로 수용 할 수 있는 체계적이고 다양한 심리프로그램 개발과 활용에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the Well-Dying group art therapy program on the quality of life of the elderly. The subjects of this study were 16 elderly men and women over 65 years old who were using the D elderly welfare center located in A city. The research period was from April 9th to May 14th, 2019, with a total of 10 sessions, twice a week for 60 minutes. Both the experimental group and the controlled group performed pre- and post-test before and after the experiment. The research tools were group art therapy programs and quality of life scales. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. analysis was done with average difference of pre- and post-test results. and also through changes of sessional terms of the program, subfactor of life quality and related lingual and behavioral changes were analyze with the observant. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the Well-Dying group art therapy program proved to be effective in improving the quality of life of the elderly. In other words, the experimental group with the Well-Dying group art therapy program improved the overall quality of life score compared to the controlled group. Second, the positive change of the well-dying group art therapy program on the physical health domain, psychological domain, social relationship domain, and living environment domain, which are the sub-factors of quality of life, can be confirmed according to the progress of each session. This result intend to provide resources for various, systematic and psychological program development and application in order to comfortably and positively accept incoming death of elders on encountering aging era.

        다문화 가정 중학생들의 뉴 스포츠 활동에 따른 신체적 즐거움과 학습몰입의 관계에서 체육수업만족의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of physical education class satisfaction on the relationship between physical pleasure and learning commitment of middle school students in multicultural families. For this purpose, we surveyed 355 middle school students in Dongducheon city, Gyeonggi province, 340 of them were analyzed using PASW 20.0 and AMOS18.0 to confirm the validity of frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and sword photograph. The reliability analysis, AVE, and Cronbach"s alpha were performed to examine the relationship, and the significance of the mediation effect was verified through correlation analysis and bootstrapping to investigate the relationship of the factors. First, the physical pleasure of middle school students in multicultural families had a significant effect on learning commitment. Finally, class satisfaction was mediated completely by physical pleasure and learning commitment. Therefore, it is required to develop a program that can maintain positive school life for middle school students in multicultural.

        지체장애인의 좌식배구 참여여부가 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인의 좌식배구 참여가 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 좌식배구의 적극적 참여를 유도하고 지체장애인과 비장애인들이 함께 좌식배구에 참여할 수 있는데 필요한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 전국의 18개 좌식배구팀에 참여하고 있는 지체장애인 126명과 장애인 복지관, 장애인 직업재활시설을 이용하고 있는 비참여 지체장애인 195명으로 총 321명을 대상으로 빈도분석, 독립표본 t-test, 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 좌식배구 참여여부에 따른 사회성 발달에서는 좌식배구에 참여한 지체장애인이 비참여자에 비해 사회성 발달에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 좌식배구 참여여부에 따른 장애특성별(장애유형, 장애등급, 장애원인) 차이에서도 좌식배구 참여자가 비참여자보다 사회성 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 좌식배구에 참여한 지체장애인의 장애특성에 따른 사회성 발달은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지체장애인의 좌식배구 참여정도(참여기간, 참여횟수, 참여시간)에 따른 사회성 발달은 좌식배구 참여횟수, 참여시간에는 영향을 미치지 않았고, 3년 이상 참여기간이 길수록 사회성발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of participating in the sitting volleyball on social development for persons with physical disabilities. The data was collected from a total of 325 participants utilizing the questionnaire of the social developments. Among the participants, 130 participants with physical disabilities were participating in the sit and play volleyball, and others were not participated in the volleyball. Descriptive analysis and independent t-test, and One-way ANOVA were applied. The findings were as follows: First, the participants who had played the sitting volleyball showed positive effect on social developments. Second, there was a group difference of social developments between two groups depending on the type of disabilities, severity of the disabilities, and the cause of the disabilities. Third, there was no statistical difference of the social development between groups of disability characteristics. Fourth, the social development had no positive effect on frequency, duration, and the period of participating in the sitting volleyball. However, the longer participating in the sitting volleyball (more than 3 years), the larger influence on the social development.

      • 3-5세 누리과정에 따른 유아교육기관의 체육현황과 발전방안

        본 연구는 유아교육과정의 누리과정의 도입으로 유아교육기관에서의 체육활동 현황을 살 펴보고 이에 따른 발전방안을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 3-5세 연령별 누리과정 해설서를 참고하여 체육관련 활동 내용을 분석하고 유아체육의 위치와 발전방안을 살펴보았다. 현재 누리과정은 5새 영역(신체운동·건강, 의사소통, 사회관계, 예술경험, 자연탐구 영역)으로 구성되어 있고, 신체운동·건강영역은 신체 인식 하기, 신체 조절과 기본 운동 하기, 신체 활동에 참여 하기, 건강하게 생활하기, 안전하게 생활하기로 구성되어 있다. 누리과정의 도입으로 유아교육기관의 체육활동에 몇 가지 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 첫째, 체육활동 포함한 특별활동 오후 시간대 편성으로 인한 유아체육교사들의 활동시간 축소를 가지고 왔다. 둘째, 체육활동 포함한 특별활동영역 교육비에 대한 학부모의 부담을 가지고 왔다. 셋째, 누리과정안의 신체운동 및 건강영역 지침서를 통한 유아교육기관의 교사들이 체육활동의 교육이 가능할 수 있다. 넷째, 원장과 유아체육지도자간의 견해차이가 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 유아교육기관 내에 전담 체육강사 필요, 유아 체육지도자의 국가자격증 제도 보완 필요 신체운동 · 건강 영역에 관한 신체활동 프로그램 개발 연구, 유아체육지도자의 재교육이나 연수의 체계적인 실시, 유아체육의 법적 근간이 마련, 체육활동을 할 수 있는 교수자료와 교재, 도구 및 교구의 개발, 보급이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate present conditions of the children physical activity and to find out the improvement ways to activate the children physical activity in early childhood education according to Nuri Curriculum for age 3-5. The category of physical exercise and health consisted of body awareness. body control, performing basic movements, participation in physical activity, healthy life, and safe life. The problems according to Nuri curriculum were as follows ; First, reduced activity of children physical activity instructors because of changing afternoon classes. second, parents` burden about education expenditure, Third, possibility of physical activity teaching by children teachers, Forth, difference of directors and physical activity instructors. The solutions were as follows ; First, Employment as Physical activity teachers in early childhood education, Second, Need of national Certificate and License, Third, Development of physical activity contents according to Nuri, Forth, Education for physical activity instructors, Fifth, Legislative requirement about physical activity, Sixth, Development and supply of teaching programs, tools.

        코디네이션 트레이닝이 유소년 축구선수들의 기술체력과 기술수행력에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed at verifying the effects of coordination training, Coordination training and general training were each conducted for eight weeks on a test group and a control group, each group including 15 participants. Technical strength was measured by organizing strength enhancement into flexibility, agility, speed, balance, and quickness. Performance enhancement was measured using the two motions of dribble shooting and dribbling to investigate concrete skill performance. Research results were as follows. First, it was verified that the coordination program had a significant effect in improving flexibility, agility, balance, quickness, and speed, which are all in relation to technical strength. Second, the test group showed significant improvement effects in the two measurement items of dribble shooting and speed dribbling for technical performance. On the other hand, the control group showed distinct differences with coordination training by showing acknowledgeable improvement effects with the significance level alleviated to 0.1 for dribble shooting. This shows that coordination training is specialized for the improvement of flexibility, agility, balance, quickness, and speed which are required for fast physical movement changes. In technical performance, the interaction between training methods and training time were significant for both dribble shooting and speed dribbling. This shows that training methods and training time interact in technical performance, in which more practical movements are made using the ball, more than with technical strength, allowing effects to be more greatly realized. Such analyses verified the positive effects that coordination training has on the technical strength and technical performance of young boys. Therefore, coordination training should be actively utilized for the physical strength enhancement and athletic performance improvement of youth soccer players.
