This study was conducted to assess the characteristics and satisfactions related with facility foodservice for the elderly in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area (Republic of Korea). To accomplish this, a survey was conducted to investigate the general characteristics of the elderly, health information, and satisfaction with the foodservice of a welfare facility in the area. The main sources of health information for both the male and female elderly included 'health professionals' (49.0, 45.7%) and the 'mass media' (34.4, 33.5%), and they were revealed to trust the information from 'health professionals' (65.6, 59.5%), more so than the 'mass media' (19.8, 20.8%). The principal diseases of the elderly were 'hypertension' (27.1%), 'diabetes' (21.9%), 'palsy' (19.8%) in males, and 'hypertension' (32.4%), 'diabetes' (24.9%), 'arthritis' (15.0%) in females. Most male and female elderly indicated the main reasons for skipping a meal to be 'no appetite' (37.5, 53.8%) and 'indigestion'(19.1, 17.3%), respectively. The facility foodservice was used by the male elderly for the reasons of 'irritating to cook' (28.1%), 'to meet a friend' (26.0%), and 'economic' (14.6%), while the female elderly used it for the reasons of 'economic' (25.4%), 'to meet a friend' (23.1%), and 'irritating to cook' (23.1%). The reasons for satisfaction with the facility were subject to 'meal supply' (28.0, 37.2%), 'social exchanges' (20.0, 22.3%), and 'good facilities' (18.7, 18.2%). Regarding the officers and nurses of the facility, 13.3% and 9.3% of males and 8.3% and 12.4% of females indicated satisfaction, respectively. The satisfaction with foodservice influenced the welfare facilities, and providing a successful environment for foodservice requires strengthening of the education of facilities employees to become friendlier. Based on these results, greater efforts should be made to provide meaningful information regarding the facility foodservice for the elderly related to the silver service industry in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area as soon as possible.

본 연구의 목적은 지역문화를 기반으로 한 공간 스토리텔링 과정을 이론적으로 검토하고, 이를 보다 구체화하여 실제 사례에 적용해 봄에 있다. 본 연구의 문제는 바로 공간에서 ‘장소’를 어떻게 만들어 낼 것인가이다. 이에 대한 해답이 ‘공간의 사회적 재구성’ 그리고 ‘공간 스토리텔링’과 관련이 있다. 그 이유는 인간이 공간을 체험하고 기억하며, 인간에 의해 이루어진 사회에서 이야기를 만들어 내기 때문이다. 이야기를 함으로써 인간은 공간을 소재로, 또는 매개로 하여 다른 인간과 소통할 수 있다. 이처럼 공간과 인간 사이에 이야기가 자리함으로써 인간은 자신을 둘러싼 세계와의 소통을 확인할 수 있는 것이다. 이때 ‘공간 스토리텔링’은 공간과 인간 사이에 이야기를 연결하는 교량이자, 그 이야기의 생성을 촉진하는 촉매와 같은 역할을 한다. 이 글은 텍스트 소통학적 이론을 중심으로 공간 스토리텔링의 전개 과정을 설명하고자 했다. 이와 더불어 김영순ㆍ정미강(2008)에 제안된 공간스토리텔링 모형을 통해 스토리텔링이 특정 공간에 대해 어떻게 해서 의미를 창출하고 있는지를 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 의미창출방안을 보여주기 위해 인천광역시 서구 검단지역과 강원도 춘천시 지역을 대상으로 한 공간 스토리텔링 과정을 연구사례로 제시한다. 이 연구는 모두 4장으로 이루어진다. 1장에서는 공간 스토리텔링의 필요성과 의의에 대해서 논의하고, 2장에서는 공간을 텍스트로 규정하고 나아가 소통적 공간 스토리텔링의 과정을 이론적으로 검토할 것이다. 3장에서는 실제 두 지역, 검단과 춘천에 공간 스토리텔링의 과정을 적용한 사례를 제시할 것이다. 끝으로 4장에서는 논의들을 정리하고 향후 공간 스토리텔링의 연구를 위한 제언으로 마무리 할 것이다. The purpose of this study involves logically examining the process of storytelling based on the local cultures, and applying actual cases with specifying it. The problem is that how to make a ‘place’ in a space. The answer relates to human’s ‘socio-cultural reconstruction of the space’ and to the space storytelling. This is because human experience and remember the space and make stories in a society where they live in. Through storytelling they can use it as a material or a medium to communicate with other people. In this way, stories between the space and human let them verify the communication with the world around them. In this moment, ‘space storytelling’ is not only a connecting bridge between the space and human, but also plays a role in promoting creation of story like a catalyst. This text explain the process of space storytelling focusing on the text-communication theory. In addition, it also presents how storytelling valued on a specific space through models of space storytelling supposed by Kim & Jeong(2008). The study shows the process of space storytelling to suggest actual measure for creating value, targeting the area of Gumdan Seo-gu of Incheon and Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do Province. This study is comprised of four chapters. In the chapter 1, necessity and significance of space storytelling is described. Defining the space as text, and furthermore, the process of communicational space storytelling is examined in chapter 2. Chapter 3 suggests some examples of applying the process of space storytelling in actual region, Gumdan and Chuncheon. Finally, chapter 4 summarize discussions and ends with proposals for after space storytelling study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to create an electronic nursing record form to build a hospice nursing process database to be used in the u-hospital EMR system. Specific aims of the study were: 1. To generate a complete, accurate, and simple electronic nursing record form. 2. To verify its appropriateness following documentation with the standardized hospice protocol. 3. To verify its validity and finalize the hospice nursing process database through discussion among hospice professionals. Methods: Nursing records from three independent hospice organizations were collected and analyzed by five expert hospice nurses with more than 10 years of experience, and a nursing record database was developed. This database was applied to 81 hospice patients at three hospice organizations to verify its completeness. Results: 1. An electronic nursing record form with completeness, accuracy, and simplicity was developed. 2. The completeness of the standardized home hospice service protocol was 95.86 percent. 3. The hospice nursing process database contains 18 items on health problems, 79 items on related causes and major symptoms, and 229 items on nursing interventions. Conclusion: The new nursing record form and database will reduce documentation time and articulate and streamline the working process among team members. They can also improve the quality of hospice services, and ultimately enable us to estimate hospice service costs.

The $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ high-temperature superconductors were prepared by pyrophoric synthetic method from $Y_2O_3$, $BaCO_3$, CuO, and $AgNO_3$ powders. When we were partially substituted Ag for Cu in $YBa_3Cu_3O_{7-x}$, the superconducting properties of $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ were investigated with X-ray diffractometer, resisitivity measuring equipment, SEM, and Vickers Hardness. The Tc,zero of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ was 91K, the density was $5.2g/cm^3$, and the hardness was $590kg/mm^2$. When Ag was substituted below y=0.15, electrical property of $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ did not change but microstructure, density, and hardness were enhanced.
한국산 개량메밀의 성장시기에 따른 Rutin과 무기질의 함량

For utilization of buckwheat as vegetable, rutin and minerals of the leaves at growing stages were investigated. The contents of crude protein and crude fat in seed of nine improved kinds of Korean buckwheat were $16.2{\sim}20.4%$ and $2.2{\sim}2.9%$ respectively. Ash content $(2.4{\sim}4.3%)$ in the improved kinds were higher than those in the native kinds. Content of crude fiber in the improved kinds were lower than those in the native kinds. Suwon 11 (0.12%) and Suwon 5 (0.11%) had high contents of rutin among the improved kinds. The composition of K, Ca, Mg and Fe in the improved kinds were better than that in the native kinds. Vegetable of the improved kinds had higher content of crude protein than the native kinds. Suwon 10 and 11 among vegetables of the improved kinds contained high amount of crude protein. Swon 5 had the highest content of rutin (0.40%) in the improved kinds. Suwon 5 was tested for the changes of rutin content in growing. Rutin content was 0.40% in the first growing stage, whereas 1.32% in the final growing stage. Insoluble materials in 10% HCl was also 69.8% in the first growing stage, whereas 4.68% in the final growing stage. Iron and calcium contents were increased with growing of vegetable.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Auffassung motiviert, dass es sich bei der deutschen $K\"{o}rpersprache$ in semiotischer Hinsicht um kommunikative Geste handelt. Die semio-syntaktischen, -semantischen und -pragmatischen Charakteristika dieser Geste wurden erortert. Insbesondere die ermittelten syntaktischen und semantischen Eigenschaften der $K\"{o}rpersprache\;sprechen\;f\"{u}r$ die Auffassung, dass sie in semio-syntaktischer, -semantischer und -pragmatischer Hinsicht mit Interjektionen $verkn\"{u}pfen\;k\"{o}nnen$. Beispielsweise wurde eine deutsche Geste 'Telefone handhaben' $angef\"{u}hrt$. Bei dieser Geste tritt eine deutsche vokalische Interjektion 'Klingeling' auf. Diese Geste stellt drei Ausdrucksvariationen(1- 3) und vier Bedeutungsvaritionen(A-D) dar: 1) Die Faust neben das Ohr halten, 2) Daumen neben das Ohr und Kleinfinger neb en den Mund halten und 3) Mit dem Zeigefinger var dem $K\"{o}rper$ frontal kreisen; A) Telefonieren thematisieren, B) Einen Telefonanruf aufforden, C) Zu einen Telefonanruf aufforden und D) Den Eingang eines Anrufs an zeigen. Mit Hilfe der semiotischen Gestenanalyse $k\"{o}nnen$ die deutschen $K\"{o}rpersprache$ mit Interjektionen alphabetisch geordnet werden, und die Gestenliste soll $f\"{u}r$ den DaF-Unterricht von Nutzen sein.

이 연구에서는 전통 문법에서의 독일어 '장 구조(Felderstruktur)'와 생성문법에서의 '보문소 구조(CP-Struktur)'의 통합을 모색하였으며, 전장(Vorfeld)과 중장(Mittelfeld)에서 나타나는 문장 성분들의 장 점령 제약 조건들을 살펴보았다. 특히 연구의 중심 영역인 중장의 경우 '테마-레마 제약', '한정성 제약', '주어-행위자 제약' 등이 중요한 장 점령 제약 조건임을 확인하였다. 또한 이 경우, '격점검 구상(Kasus-Checking Ansatz)'에서 해결할 수 없는 몇 가지 문제를 '담화 기능 구상(Diskursfunktionaler Ansatz)'을 통해 설명할 수 있었다 따라서 이 연구에서는 독일어 장 점령 조건들이 순수 통사적 제약을 넘어선 담화$\cdot$화용적 차원으로 상정해야 한다고 주장하였다.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit ist demonstriert worden, dass mittels der geste-semiotischen Untersuchungsmethode man die nichtsprachliche $Unfl\"{a}tigkeit$ als Zeichen mit dem kommunikativen Wert betrachten kann. In dieser Arbeit wurde die nichtsprachliche $Unfl\"{a}tigkeit$ drei Ebenen dargestellt, d.h. Ausdrucks-, Bedeutungs- und Funktionsebene. Auf der Ausdrucksebene nichtsprachlicher $Unfl\"{a}tigkeiten\;k\"{o}nnen$ all jene Zeichen $m\"{o}glichst$ einer bestimmten Zeichengruppierung zugewiesen werden. Die $k\"{o}rpersprachliche$ Zeichengruppe liegt im folgenden: $K\"{o}rperabstande,\;-bedeckungen,\;-ber\"{u}hrungen$, -betrachtungen, -bewegungen, -demonstrationen, $-ger\"{a}usche,\;-ger\"{u}che$, -haltungen, -impressionen, -physiologien, -plazierung, $-schm\"{u}ckungen$ und -zeitlichkeiten. Im Paradigma der Grundbedeutung einer jeden nichtsprachlichen $Unfl\"{a}tigkeiten$ gibt es drei Typen des $Bedeutungsverst\"{a}ndnis:$ das intentions-funktionale-, das kausalattributivfunktionale- und das referenziell-ethymologische Bedeutungs- $verst\"{a}ndnis$. Nach diesen Typen $k\"{o}nnen$ nichtsprachliche $Unfl\"{a}tigkeiten$ folgende Bedeutungen klassifiziert werden: bezugslose-, diskriminierende-, rassistische-, rebellische-, sexisitische-, $unh\"{o}fliche-, ver\"{a}chtliche-$ und weltanschauliche Bedeutung. Da eine nichtsprachliche $Unfl\"{a}tigkeit$ in vier verschiooenen Funktionsdimensionen, d.h. Expressionsfunktions-, Informationsfunktions-, Regulationsfunktions- und Maniplationsfunktionsdimension, prasent ist, hat sie mindestens vier Funktionen. $F\"{u}r$ jede dieser vier Funktionen muss nun entschieden werden, welchem Funktionsverstandnistyp diese zuzuordnen ist. Wobei man auch feststellen kann, dass bestimmte Funktionen durch ihre Definition eine Zuordnung zu dem einen Funktionsverstandistyp leichter machen a1s zum anderen. Beispielsweise haben die Funktionen der Expressionsfunktionsdimension einer $gr\"{o}ssere$ Tendenz zum selbstzweckdienlichen Funktionsverstandistyp als die Funktionen der Regulationsdiemension.
경기북부지역 대학생의 건강기능식품 인식 및 섭취 실태 조사

This study was conducted to assess the recognition and consumption of health functional food (HFF) of the college students in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area (Republic of Korea). To accomplish this, a survey was conducted to investigate 360 college students (183 males and 177 females) regarding their general characteristics, as well as the recognition, knowledge, considerations, purchases and consumption of HFF. Most male and female students (68.9% and 61.6%, respectively) were unaware of the HFF certification mark, however, more females(58.8%) were aware of the legal HFF definition compared to males (36.6%). The HFF advertising routes for males and females were 'TV radio' (43.2% and 43.5%, respectively) and 'internet smart phones' (19.7% and 27.1%, respectively). The main factor considered for selection and the most serious problem concerning HFF by males and females were 'effectiveness' (36.1% and 43.6%, respectively) and 'hype (exaggerated advertisement)' (35.0% and 55.9%, respectively). The main purchase route by males and females was 'pharmacy' (35.2% and 27.8%, respectively). The main reason for HFF product purchase by males and females was 'health promotion' (38.8% and 29.4%, respectively) and the main reason for not purchasing an HFF product was 'no health problem'(34.8% and 36.7%, respectively). The percentage of HFF consumption was 46.0% in males and 69.8% in females. The main HFF product consumed by males and females was 'vitamin mineral' (36.9% and 43.5%, respectively). The main reason for HFF consumption by males was 'health promotion' (31.0%) and females was 'recovery from fatigue' (21.8%). The main reason for not consuming HFF by males and females was 'no health problem' (38.4% and 41.5%, respectively). These results suggest the need to provide correct information concerning HFF to college students. Based on these results, greater efforts should be made to provide meaningful information regarding factors affecting purchase and consumption patterns for college students related to the research and development of HFF in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area.
