직원의 직무특성이 새마을금고 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

As it can be inferred from the fact that lots of earlier studies investigated the influence of job characteristics on organizational commitment, researchers are interested in how to assign job in a manner to improve individual workers bond with their organization, and they are also very concerned about how to improve individual people s quality of life, how to attain organizational goals and how to step up organizational development. Therefore it s very worth doing to look into the job of SaemaulKeumgo employees to boost the performance of their organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the job characteristics of SaemaulKeumgo employees and their organizational commitment involving affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment and ways of improving the organizational performance of Saemaul keumgo in an effort to help ensure the sustainable development of the organizations. As a result of making a multiple regression analysis, the diversity of skills and job autonomy were identified as the factors that had an impact on all the three dimensions of organizational commitment that were affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Organizational commitment was under the largest influence of discretionary power that meant to be given a free hand in job performance, and the factor that exerted the second largest influence on organizational commitment was whether the job was simple and repetitive or called for diverse sorts of skills and knowledge. Out of the job characteristics, however, organizational commitment had nothing to do with task importance, which was a factor to determine the significance and meaning of the job itself, and the feedback system that indicated the effectiveness of job performance wasn t linked to organizational commitment, either. The findings suggest that job redesign is required in order for SaemaulKeumgo employees to be totally dedicated to their job, and that job autonomy should take precedence over anything else in terms of job redesign.
공정성 지각이 직무만족․조직몰입․이직의도에 미치는 영향: 새마을금고 구성원을 중심으로

In this study, whether the distributive justice and the procedural justice which is considered as organizational justice have played the different predictive role in explaining the job satisfaction and a turnover intention of Sae Maul Kumko s members which is used as organizational effectiveness was analyzed empirically. Also, the mediating effect of trust in supervisor in relations between the organizational justice and the organizational effectiveness was verified. According to the result of the study, Sae Maul Kumko s members answered that the most important factor was the distributive justice which is a fair reward for members efforts and sacrifice among factors of organizational justice. It was verified that the trust in supervisor was the significant mediating factor in the effect relationship with the job satisfaction which is an indicator of organizational effectiveness, and did not have the mediating effect in the relations with the turnover intention. in this regard, Sae Maul Kumko s members recognized that the trust in supervisor brought about very important mediating effect in recognizing that they received the fair evaluation and reward for their own efforts and sacrifice. Therefore, in order to improve the job satisfaction which is their positive emotional state, the trust between supervisor and staff must continue to build up more. As implications of this study, the importance of intrinsic reward which is the non-monetary reward must be considered. Organizational justice is important to improve job satisfactions and reduce turnover intention. Fair employee compensation, transparent decision making, and smooth communication is primary factors to improve competitiveness of Community Credit Cooperative.

Korean culinary culture is traditionally studied through the analysis of foods ingested. However, this study attempts to dialectically reinterpret Korean culinary culture through its relationship to Korean literature. In our study we consider culinary culture prior to the development of scientific techniques and economic growth related to food as “dietary lifestyle of the innocent world" and time since then as "the dietary lifestyle of the experience world". The former represents a simple means of survival without food processing (the “slow food” world), while the latter represents the “fast food” or processed food culture as a modern concept. People living in the age of economic growth and overflowing individualism have lacked an organic life and an opportunity to commune with nature. As a result, they have returned to values of the past, seeking the “slow food” culture to benefit their individual health. A series of return processes, however, were transformed into “the dietary life style of the higher innocence,” called “a well-being dietary life style” involving a new healthy conception passing through the dietary life style of the experience world. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the dietary lifestyles of the “innocent” world and the “experience” world based on dialectic concepts. Individual concepts of “thesis” and “antithesis” are applied, as well as the developmental concept of “synthesis” for the way both symbolic worlds changed to “the dietary lifestyle of the higher innocence” and formed complementary relationships to each other.

본 연구의 목적은 교육훈련의 유효성을 평가하는 대표 모형인 Kirkpatrick 4단계 모형에서 반응평가와 학습평가에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 밝혀, 기업교육에서 교육훈련 유효성을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2012년도 S협동조합 연수원에 입교한 직원을 대상으로 실시한 반응평가와 학습평가 결과를 바탕으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 요인별로 반응평가에 미치는 설명력은 교육환경 35.5%, 학습동기 60.4%, 교육내용 68.8% 인것으로 나타났다. 반응평가는 학습평가에 1.6%의 설명력을 갖고 있었으나 실제적인 영향력은 거의 없는것으로 볼 수 있다. 이와같은 결과는 직원들의 반응평가, 즉 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 강의실, 숙소등에 대한 환경 개선, 학습평가에 대한 인센티브 제공을 통한 학습동기 부여, 직무분석과 역량분석을 통한 필요 교육과정 도출이 필요하다. 한편 반응평가가 학습평가에 영향을 주고 있지 않는 점에서 볼 수 있듯이 기존 실하고 있는 평가가 이론 중심의 지식(50문항)을 측정하는 것으로, 업무 향상과 괴리되어 있다 고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 학습평가를 지필평가 뿐만 아니라 토론, 사례 및 실습 연습 등 다양화를 모색해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to analysis what factors education effectiveness among cooperative finance learners. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 663 learners who had experienced education at the education and training institute. Data collected for this study were analyzed through descriptive statistics, regression analysis. And obtained results and implications as follows; Education environment explained 35.5% of reaction evaluation, and learning motive explained 60.4% of reaction evaluation, and education contents explained 68.8% of reaction evaluation. Reaction evaluation explained 1.6% of learning evaluation. Based on the result of this study, it may be made suggestions as follows for policies to enhancing learners satisfaction in cooperative finance learners. First, there should be various methods for improving leaners satisfaction by designing curriculum through job analysis, competence analysis and giving incentive to the score of achievement. Second, learning evaluation should be composed of exam, discussion and case study
