        한국 임신부에서 임신성 당뇨병을 진단하기 위한 75 gm 과 100 gm 경구당부하검사의 효율성 비교

        N/A Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare one-step 2 hour 75 gm oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) with two-step 3 hour 100 gm OGTT of National Diabetes Data group (NDDG) criteria for determining gestational diabetes. Methods : Data for 111 pregnant Korean women who were diagnosed of gestational diabetes either by 75 gm OGTT or 100 gm OGTT and 100 normal controls were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. The effectiveness of the two tests was determined by comparing the frequency of diabetes-related pregnance outcomes such as macrosomia, cesarean delivery, and preterm birth. Chi-square, Fisher's Exact test, and T-tests were used for statistical analysis. Results : Among 111 gestational diabetic women, 59 (53.2%) were diagnosed by WHO criteria of 75 gm OGTT and 52 (46.8%) were diagnosed by 100 gm OGTT of NDDG criteria. Frequency of macrosomia and cesarean section was higher in 75 gm test group than in 100 gm test group (12.3% vs 5.8% and 35.1% vs 21.2%, respectively), but the difference was statistically not significant. When compared to the control group, 75 gm test group reached statistical significance in having higher incidence of macrosomia (12.3% vs 3%, p<0.05) whereas 100gm test group did not. Conclusion : Efficacy of the diagnostic criteria of WHO was comparable to that of NDDG for diagnosing gestational diabetes. This suggests WHO's 75 gm OGTT to be an efficient diagnostic tool for gestational diabetes in Korean women

        예비유아교사의 사회적 연결망과 학업 성취 및 자기 효능감과의 관계

        본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 형성한 사회적 연결망이 그들의 학업 성취 및 자기 효능감과 어떠한 관계를 가지고 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다.이를 위하여 사립 4년제 대학 유아교육과에 재학하고 있는 109명의 학생을 대상으로 이름 기술 질문과 자아효능감 척도 설문지를 활용하였다.연구결과 예비유아교사들의 학습연결망은 학업 성취도와 높은 상관을 보였으나 여가 연결망이나 고민 상담 연결망은 낮은 상관을 보였다.반면 예비유아교사들의 자아효능감은 여가연결망 및 고민 상담 연결망과 상관관계를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to see if there is any relation, and, if any, to pursue what kind of relation is, between pre-service teachers' social network and their learning achievement and self efficiency.For this purpose, three questions have been set up as follows: 1.Does the pre-service teachers' social network have any relation to their learning achievement? 2.Does the pre-service teachers' social network have any relation to their self efficiency? One hundred and nine woman collegians except freshmen were selected for the survey of this study.They are now registered in the department of early childhood education in the teachers' college of a private university.To examine the social network, Scott's Name Generator Question(NGQ) was used as a tool.To look into self efficiency, Kim's Measurement of Self-efficiency(1997) was used for a study tool.In the process of analyzing the data, 4.2 version of 'Structure' and SPSS(for Window) statistics program were used in dealing with frequency, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA.The results of this study are as follows: pre-service teachers' studying network which consists of social network along with leisure network and counseling network is closely related to their learning achievement but is barely related to their self-efficiency.First of all, pre-service teachers who are most frequently selected by their friends get higher GPA score than the others, and those who have contact efficiency also get better score.But those who belong to close-network circle because of high density in studying network and are in network-constraint get lower GPA score.Consequently the pre-service teachers who attain prominence for being more frequently selected by their friends get higher score. On the other hand, pre-service teachers' leisure network is highly related to their self-efficiency, while it has no relationship to their learning achievement.In the leisure network, being selected by many friends is closely related to self confidence and self-reguratory efficiency among the sub-scales of self-efficiency.Pre-service teachers' counseling network is relationship to their learning achievement about prominence in network.And pre-service teachers' counseling network is relationship to their self-efficiency.Most of all, the contact efficiency in network is close relationship to their self-efficiency.If some pre-service teachers have high density and much constraint in counseling network, they belong to close-network circle.So they have very low self-efficiency.
