Development in vehicle industry could increase interest in children's safety recently. However the research of children safety is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the basic study for the vehicle crash on-board children was not much. This study focused on the effect of seatbelt anchorage points to evaluate children's safety in frontal crash. The current regulation of the seatbelt anchorage points is suitable for ranged from female 5% to male 95%. The assessment of children's safety at buckle up of no used CRS(child restraint system) was performed using frontal sled tests. The frontal crash pulse in sled tests was designed to the average of about 30 KNCAP frontal crash pulses. To reduce number of experiments, DOE is used. The Q6 child dummy and standard seat in UN R 129 were used. According to the analysis of test results, children's safety has been influenced by the points of seatbelt anchorage.

최근 지구 주변 우주 물체 수의 급격한 증가와 함께 우주 위험 대응 기술에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우주 위험 중 하나인 우주 물체 간 충돌 위험을 분석하기 위한 방법론에 대해 기술하였다. 주어진 정보와 상황에 적합한 충돌 위험 정보를 도출하기 위해 일대일 충돌 사건에 초점을 맞춘 미시적 모드와, 관심 대상이 통과하는 공간에 초점을 맞춘 거시적 모드로 이루어진 이중 모드 프레임워크가 제안되었으며, 각 모드에 적합한 사례 연구를 통해 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

Recently, development in vehicle safety could increase interest in children's safety in vehicle collisions. But the research of children safety in vehicle collisions is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the study for the vehicle crash was not much. This study focused on the comparison of child safety between test protocols to evaluate children's safety in crash test. Injuries of Q6 and Q10 dummy were evaluated using FFRB (Full frontal rigid barrier) test and 40% ODB (Offset deformable barrier) test with one model vehicle. Even though the limit number of test, the tendency of injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 dummy between the test protocols was not conformed but injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 were not same between FFRB and 40% ODB.

Seven domestic vehicles are tested by the pedestrian safety test procedures of global technical regulation(GTR) to confirm of pedestrian protection. Test system used in the pedestrian headform impact test is developed by korean technology in National transportation technology development (MOCT) - "Pedestrian friendly Vehicle development". The specification of tested headform is 3.5㎏(child) and 4.5㎏(Adult) in GTR. Also impact angles in child and adult test area used the procedures in GTR. Impact velocity is 35㎞/h. To conform for the same influence in testing vehicles, the same test points are chosen with same WAD.

Background: With the development of the information technology industry and the increasing importance of health information, there is a need to analyze the current certification system for health information management education. This study compared and analyzed the health information management education accreditation system between the Republic of Korea and the United States. Methods: Descriptive analysis and quantitative methodologies were used to compare the education accreditation system and understand the current status of health information management curriculum run by universities in the Republic of Korea and the United States. Results: Regardless of the academic year, the Republic of Korea had one certification system based on subject-based criteria. However, the United States had a certification system for associate, baccalaureate, and master’s degree programs with competency-based criteria. The accreditation system was different in terms of the way the curriculum is certified and the options for the different levels of university degree programs. Conclusion: Accordingly, it is necessary to consider improving the quality of health information management personnel at different levels by improving the current accreditation system and differentiating the curriculum according to the degree program levels in the Republic of Korea.
[기술논문] 한국형 교통사고 심층조사 DB 체계 구축에 대한 연구

The accident statistics use the data from police accident reports and statistics. Although the official accident statistics are useful, they provide very limited information about how accidents occur, the cause of the accident and the injury mechanisms. This limitations could be overcome by carrying out the in-depth accident study and analysing investigations, collecting more detailed information. Meanwhile a net of in-depth investigation teams are operating worldwide, such as NASS (National Accident Sampling System) and CIREN (Crash Injury Research and Engineering Network) in US, OTS (On the spot investigation) in UK. In this study, the database structure and variables of Korea in-depth accidents investigation system would be proposed through considering the database structure of GIDAS (Germany In-Depth Accidents Study). GIDAS is one of the best system on the in-depth accident study system in the world. GIDAS was established in 1999 as a cooperation project between Federal Highway Research Institute of Germany (BASt) and research association on automotive engineering of German Car Industry(FAT). The iGLAD (Initiative for the Global Harmonization of Accident Data) was also considered to introduce into the database variables of Korea in-depth accident study. Current police reports were compared with GIDAS and iGLAD. To collaborate of the Worldwide in-depth accident data, this paper proposed that the database of Korea in-depth accident study would be introduced the structure of GIDAS and the core variables of iGLAD. Harmonization of the structures and core variables of Korea in-depth accident study will be better than the making unique ones. The database structure and core variables of KIDAS(Korea In-Depth Accident Study) introduced of GIDAS and iGLAD.
후방추돌시 BioRIDII 머리-목의 거동과 목상해지수와의 비교

In recent years, a large number of study for rear impact has been conducted and as a result of study, researchers proposed the neck injury criteria and test procedures. But many questions, related to injury criteria and dummy biomechanical levels, remain unresolved . In recently reports, rear impact motions of BioRIDIIg is not humanlike but better than other dummy(HybridIII, RID3d). So, in this paper, 4 times sled test would be done to find the substitutable neck injury criteria in BioRIDIIg. To review corelation trend with neck injury critera and head-neck movement, we compared with recently announced neck injury criteria(NIC, Nkm, T1 ect.) and head-neck X-direction movement in BioRIDIIg. Finally, we find the head-neck X-direction movement on head C.G to T1 point may be considerable as the additional neck injury criteria.

In recent years, neck injury in lower rear-end collision is big issue of the world. To reduce of neck injury in rear-end collision, USA, EC, Korea, Japan... internationally cooperated to make the GTR(global technical regulation) in UNECE/WP29. The end of 2008, after much meandering, GTR No. 9 Head restraints was established. But the GTR No.9 is not a perfect because many countries had own assertion especially US and EC. GTR N.9 composed 3 parts, the first is dimension & non-use position & removability, the second is static performance and the last is dynamic performance. Dummy problems(BioRIDII) were deeply discussed in dynamic performance part in GTR No.9. So, in this study were to test 4 times with BioRIDIIg in sled. To review of repeatability for neck injury indicators of BioRIDIIg.
