건축교육에 있어서 실습설비의 문제는 그리 쉽게 논의할 수 있는 주제가 아니다. 그것은 실습설비의 문제라기 보다는 그것을 운영하고 있는 건축교육 전반의 체계와 관련되는 것이기 때문이다. 그러므로 이 주제는 현재의 건축교육에 대한 검증을 바탕으로 미래의 건축교육에 대한 방향설정이 이루어진 다음에 논의되는 것이 순서에 맞는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 반대로 건축교육체계의 한 결과물인 실습설비의 문제를 논의하는 것을 통해 건축교육의 문제를 되집어 볼 수도 있을것이다. 국내외에서 대학을 평가할 때 실습기자재를 살피는 것도 그것이 학교의 특징을 잘 나타내줄 리트머스시험지의 역할을 할 것이라는 기대때문일 것이다

다국적기업 모기업-판매자회사-고객기업 관계에서 판매자회사의 적극적 혁신활동: 기술 및 시장 정보 흐름 중심으로

This study has identified the active innovation of the sales subsidiary: the activity at an early stage of creation of the solution for product development for the customer. The activity is implemented with the mutual exchange of technical information among customer firm-sales subsidiary-and the parent firm. In addition, from the project case which offered a momentum of taking an active role of the sales subsidiary, this study illuminated how the sales subsidiary could take the active role: in order to capture the opportunity of product development for the customer firm, the sales subsidiary take the role of the solution creation process from close interaction with the customer through exchanging technical information firm while the parent firm exchange complementary technical information with the sales subsidiary for supporting the sales subsidiary. The paper shows that the MNC of the industrial goods needs to allow the delegation of the initial part of solution creation activity to the sales subsidiary when the parent firm is not in a position to carry out close interaction with the customer for carrying out an initial stage of the solution creation process. 본 연구는 탐색적 사례 연구를 통해 판매자회사의 고객을 위한 제품 개발의 솔류션 창출의 초기 활동으로 제품 사양 및 기능 탐색 및 확정을 하는 적극적 혁신 활동을 발견하였다. 이는 모기업-판매자회사-고객기업간의 양방향 기술 정보 교환 활동을 수행한다. 또한 판매자회사가 적극적 역할을 담당하게 된 계기를 마련한 프로젝트 사례에서 고객이 원하는 제품을 모기업이 개발할 수 있도록 모기업의 연구개발 조직을 대신하여 고객과의 긴밀한 기술 정보 교환 중심의 혁신 활동이었다. 이러한 활동은 솔류션 창출 초기 프로세스를 담당함을 보여주었고, 이 과정에서 고객기업과 기술 정보 교환 역할을 담당하여 모기업 연구개발 프로세스에서 보완적 역할을 하였다. 본 연구는 산업재 다국적기업의 글로벌 혁신 활동의 관리에서 있어서 모기업이 고객기업을 위한 솔류션 창출의 초기 프로세스 추진에 있어서 긴밀한 상호작용을 할 수 있는 여건이 되지 못할 경우, 솔류션 창출 초기 프로세스 추진을 판매자회사에 이양할 필요성을 제시한다.

고용안정이 실물적 이익조정에 미치는 영향: 비상장 중소기업 중심으로

In this study, we analyzed the effect of management on Real Earnings Management through employment stabilization. More specifically, in this study, the job retention rate index was used for the employment stabilization rate of firms (Ban et al., 2006) The measure of Real Earnings Management uses a model that estimates the normal operating cash flow, normal manufacturing cost and normal discretionary expense used in the Roychowdhury (2006) study. From 2008 to 2016, 68,451 unlisted SMEs in Korea were surveyed. As a result of analyzing the Real Earnings Management according to the level of employment stability of a company, the level of Real Earnings Management decreased with the firm with high employment stability. As a result of empirical analysis of this study, it can be seen that employment stabilization has appropriate control activities to reduce manager 's opportunistic Real Earnings Management. The results of this study are as follows. First, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the job stability of the firm and the Real Earnings Management based on the research that the stakeholders', It is important to note that job security plays an important role in improving the transparency of accounting and the quality of earnings. In this study, we need to study the effects of various variables related to employment stability. Empirical results of this study suggest that employment stability as a stakeholder of the company reduces the Real Earnings Management, It is necessary to be careful because it can not be excluded. 본 연구는 기업의 경영자들이 고용안정을 통해 실물적 이익조정에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 분석하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 기업의 고용안정율에 대해서 직장유지율(job retention rate)지표를 활용하였고(반정호, 2006), 실물적 이익조정의 측정은 Roychowdhury(2006)의 연구에서 사용된 정상적 영업현금흐름, 정상적 제조원가 및 정상적 재량적 비용을 추정하는 모형을 활용하였다. 2008년부터 2016년까지 한국의 비상장 중소기업 68,451개 기업/연도 관측치를 대상으로 기업의 고용안정 수준에 따른 실물적 이익조정을 분석한 결과, 기업의 고용안정이 높은 기업일수록 실물적 이익조정의 수준은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과로 고용안정은 경영자의 기회주의적인 실물적 이익조정을 감소시키는 데에 적절한 통제활동을 하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 기존의 선행연구에서 기업의 이해관계자들의 지분율과 투자정도, 감사품질의 질이 높을수록 실물적 이익조정을 감소시킨다는 연구를 기반으로 기업의 고용안정이 실물적 이익조정에 긍정적인 방향으로 나타나는 것으로, 투명한 회계와 이익의 질을 개선하는데 고용안정이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 한계점으로는 고용안정과 관련된 여러 변수들의 영향 여부에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 기업의 이해관계자로서 고용안정이 실물적 이익조정을 감소시킨다는 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 유효하지만, 반대의 가능성도 배제 할 수 없기에 주의를 필요로 한다.

Production of Carbonaceous Materials with Various Lengths in Small Spheroidal Fullerenes and Long CNTs by Tunable Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Cutting

Tunable cutting of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using high pressure homogenizer and/or HNO3/H2SO4 solution was accomplished, resulting in the production of short CNTs with minimum length of 35 nm. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and Zeta sizer analysis showed significant reduction of CNT length from this tunable cutting (e.g. from long and entangled pristine CNTs at about 20 µm to ≥1000 nm, ~400 nm, ~200 nm, and ~100 nm via high pressure jet-spraying cutting within 5 h, while chemical cutting process using greatly longer hours (48 h) showed a reduction only to about 1000 nm). When CNT sample of average 1000 nm length previously shortened by HNO3/H2SO4 was subjected to the high pressure jet-spraying cutting process, the reduction progressed faster (≤1 h), producing ≥35 nm. Fourier transform infrared spectra and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicated restricted formation of hydrophilic functional groups such as carboxylic group and hydroxyl group in the high pressure jet-spraying cutting, whereas an intensive formation of hydrophilic functional groups on the surface of shortened CNT samples was found after chemical cutting. Such short CNT samples would fulfill the requirements for carbonaceous materials with various lengths in small spheroidal fullerenes and long CNTs. The short CNTs produced are promising for scientific and technological applications in many fields such as electronics, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biomedical engineering, and environmental or energy industries.

The Impact of Visitors' Satisfaction with a Festival on Their Consumption and Spending on a Festival

This study conducted a survey with the visitors to the 13th Sejong Jochiwon Peach Festival(2015) and examined which variables affect consumption and spending. It was also aimed to enhance the competitiveness of the festival, so it analyzed the collected data to know which variables affect satisfaction with the festival and duration of satisfactory time of stay and to improve them, if necessary. This study demonstrated that festival satisfaction and duration of satisfactory time of stay at festival are affected by contents of festival, festival products, easy access, number of visits, and duration of time of stay at festival venue. It also verified that total amount spent is affected by produce and duration of time of stay. The satisfaction with festival products has 1.7 times greater impact on total amount spent on the festival and that duration of time of stay at festival venue has 1.3 times greater impact on total amount spent on the festival as it increases every an hour. Based on these results, a festival preparation committee needs to recognize the importance of managing festival products and duration of time of stay at festival venue in planning a local festival and to design a visitor-oriented differentiated program. The findings of this study is expected to help Sejong Jochiwon Peach Festival establish firm identity, grow further into a prominent festival, play a role of preserving the local cultural assets, improve the life quality of the local residents, and unify the local residents into one.
