This study addresses Nerval’s obsession with resemblance, which continuously haunted hid mind. Many critics have revealed the importance of Nerval’s mental illness in his creative life. Through his writing, Nerval wanted to place a certain distance from his own self, abolish time, and distinguish between appearance and essence; he attempted to access the spiritual universe through reverie and “l’epanchement du songe dans la vie reelle (the outpouring of dreams in real life).” By doing so, he tried to cross the “portes d’ivoire (ivory doors)” and consciously externalize the hallucinatory delirium that overtook him during periods of manic excitement, as he did not believe in his insanity. The obsession with the image of a mother who disappeared precociously takes on considerable importance in Nerval’s life. The attempt to resuscitate this love deja perdu (already lost) through figures, both imaginary and real, bears witness to the solitude of his narcissistic world; the Nervalian object of desire is reduced to an ideal, life-saving image. Nerval’s various feminine figures are inseparable and repeat a supreme mode, ‘l’Unique (the one and only)’. The quest for l’Unique comes from the feeling of abandonment connected to the premature disappearance of his mother as well as the unfortunate love Nerval carried for the singer Jenny Colon, whom he excessively idealized. Nerval never stops looking for this mother, who was never present except in these substitutive representations, the resemblances of resemblances of appearances. The Nervalian desire is linked in essence to an image, not to the real object of his love. The more the image of the female is reduced to a sublime idea, and the more its absence is represented, the better it coincides with “l’amour des formes vagues, (...) des fantomes metaphysiques (the love of vagus forms, (...) metaphysical phantoms) so dear to Nerval. Nerval attempts to assemble all his feminine figures in the hope of finding ‘l’Unique’: his work is a true syncretism studded with the diverse incarnations of ‘l’Unique’. He creates a real woman in the form of a mythological and deified figure; Adrienne crowned with laurels comparable to Dante’s Beatrice “qui sourit au poete errant sur la lisiere des saintes demeures (who smiles at the poet wandering on the border of holy dwellings),” makes her appearance again in an allegorical representation of the Abbey of Chaalis. Adriennce bathed in angelic light is a spiritualized image and a mediator. With the death of Adriennce at the end, “l’original eblouissant (the splendid original)” becomes nothing more than a copy of copies: love for his, thus, is always “deja perdu”. He glides from one image to another in his successive metamorphoses to find l’Unique, but each image, always on the run, is only a copy of “l’original de l’absence(the original of the absence)”, of his entirely sacred mother; the repetition does nothing but emphasize “la non-existence(the non-existence)”. The feminine phantoms torment Nerval as much as they appeal to him; “C’est la mort-ou la Morte,,, O delice! o tourment! (It is death-or the dead... Oh delight! Oh torment!)”

뽕잎추출물이 Zucker Rat의 체지방 축적에 미치는 효과

뽕잎의 체지방 축적 억제 효과를 알아보기 위하여 유전적으로 비만이 유도된 obese fa/fa male Zucker rat에 뽕잎 추출물을 경구투여하였다. 그 후 체중의 변화, 사료섭취량, 혈장 중 leptin, insulin, 중성지질과 콜레스테롤 함량과 간, brown adipose tissue 등의 중량을 측정하였다. 3주 동안 뽕잎추출물을 250 mg/kg of body weight의 농도로 처리한 뽕잎투여군의 경우 141%의 체중증가를 보였고, 대조군은 148%의 체중증가를 보여 뽕잎투여군의 체중증가가 7%정도 낮았으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 1일당 체중증가량은 대조군 5.18 g, 뽕잎투여군은 4.15 g으로 뽕잎투여군이 대조군에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 1일 사료섭취량은 각각 25.69 g, 25.61 g으로 두군간의 사료섭취량에 차이는 없었다. 사료이용효율은 대조군과 뽕잎투여군간에 유의적인 차이는 없었으나 대조군 0.205, 뽕잎투여군 0.185로 시료를 투여함에 따라 사료이용효율이 저하되는 경향이었다. Leptin과 insulin 함량은 대조군과 뽕잎투여군에서 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, leptin과 insulin 함량은 뽕잎투여군에서 각각 18%, 0.5% 높게 나타났다. 총 콜레스테롤과 중성지질함량은 뽕잎투여군이 대조군에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.01) 낮게 나타났다. 총 콜레스테롤 중 HDL-콜레스테롤이 차지하는 비율은 뽕잎투여군(대조군의 158%)이 유의적으로(p<0.05) 더 높게 나타났다. 대조군과 뽕잎투여군간의 전체 체중당 간, brown adipose tissue 중량의 비율은 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 뽕잎 추출물을 obese fa/fa male Zucker rat에 체중당 250 mg의 용량으로 3주간 경구투여함으로써 대조군에 비하여 10% 정도의 체중감소를 보였고 사료섭취효율의 저하 효과도 관찰되었다. 또한 leptin의 함량은 증가되었고, 중성지질과 총 콜레스테롤은 유의적으로 감소되었고, 총 콜레스테롤 중 HDL-콜레스테롤이 차지하는 비가 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate whether the obesity of obese fa/fa male Zucker rats can be ameliorated by mulberry leaves. There was no significant difference between mulberry treatment group and control group in body weight gain and food efficiency ratio. It also showed decreases of plasma triglyceride and totalcholesterol concentration compared to the control group. But there was no change in plasma leptin concentration between the control and mulberry treatment groups. These results suggest that mulberry leaves reduce serum lipid levels, but do not effect the plasma leptin concentration.

서해안 지역의 환경 오염에 의한 수산식품 오염실태 및 예방에 관한 연구(Ⅰ. 어류)

본 연구는 최근 수년 동안 공업단지가 조성되어 오염이 예측되는 서해안 일부지역을 대상으로, 이 지역에서 생산된 15종의 어류에 함유된 중금속(납, 수은, 카드뮴) 및 미량무기질 (구리, 아연, 철분)을 측정하여 실제 섭취량에서의 문제점을 살펴보고, 수산식품의 오염정도와 식품내의 함유된 미량무기질을 이용한 예방책을 강구하고져 계획하였다. 어류에 함유된 납, 수은과 카드뮴의 평균 함량은 우리나라 규제치에 비하여 낮은 수준이었으나 일부 어류에서 기준치 이상의 결과도 보였다. 또한 납과 수은의 경우는 과거 같은 분야의 연구결과에 비하여 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 어류에 함유된 철분의 평균 함량은 돼지고기나 닭고기에 함유된 철분 함량과 유사한 수준이었으며 구리, 아연의 함량도 육류 함유량에 비하여 부족되지 않아 적절한 어류의 섭취는 철분, 구리, 아연 등의 좋은 급원으로 중금속 축적 예방에도 도움이 되는 식품이라하겠다. 실제 1일 어류섭취량을 기준으로 중금속 및 미량무기질의 실제 섭취량을 추정한 바, 허용 기준치 범위내에 있어 아직까지 오염의 염려는 없으나 과거의 연구결과에 비하여 다소 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 어류 중 중금속 및 미량무기질 상호간에는 납과 수은(p<0.0001), 카드뮴과 구리(p<0.0001), 카드뮴과 아연(p<0.05), 구리와 아연(p<0.05) 간의 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 서해안 수산식품 중 어류 중의 일부 중금속 함량은 다소 증가되고 있어 이에 대한 조속한 환경적인 예방책이 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 이들 중금속의 인체내 축적을 방지하는데 어류의 적절한 섭취는 중금속 축적을 예방하는 방안이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigate the contamination level of harmful heavy metals and the level of trace elements in 15 kinds of fish collected at the western coast in Korea from July to December in 1996. The levels of total lead, cadmium, mercury, iron, copper and zinc were determined and the results were summarized as follows: The minimum and maximum values(ppm) of fish, mean value bracketed, were; Pb: 0.02~4.80(2.26), Cd: 0.001~0.54(0.04), Hg: 0.007~1.08(0.52), Fe: 7.76~66.39(25.70), Cu; 0.37~121.6(10.90), Zn: 12.01~112.10(54.78). The results show that mean contents of Pb, Cd and Hg in 15 species fish were not yet dangerous levels enough to cause a health problem. But the contents of Ph and Hg tend to increase.

복합운동프로그램이 경증치매여성노인의 일상생활활동 및 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

This study is to know that combined exercise program impacts on cognitive function of elderly women with mild dementia and Activities of Daily living(ADL) and Functional fitness. It was conducted from september to december 2008. The exercise program was conducted for the 14(EG: 7, CG: 7) people[They were elderly women with mild dementia] who were visiting to the dementia center which located in Busan B Women`s University for 12 weeks(2 times a week, 1 time 35-40 minutes). The change of ADL in this study improved statistically meaningfully pre movement(EG: 14.14±1.07pt, CG; 13.57±0.98pt) and post exercise(EG; 12.71±0.05pt, CG; 13.71±1.11pt). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. we had measurements following these. The lower leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre exercise(EG: 11.00±3.42, CG; 12.86±1.35) and post exercise(EG; 14.14±2.34, CG; 12.43±1.40). The upper leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre movent(EG; 13.71±1.CG, CG; 14.86±1.77) and post exercise(EG; 17.07±1.73, CG; 14.00±1.63). The lower leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.50±3.53, CG; 8.50±3.53) and post exercise(EG; 54±3.86, CG; 7.49±3.55). The upper leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.41±5.46, CG; 7.86±5.87) and post exercise(EG; 4.56±4.66, CG; 19.43±5.72). Agility and movement balance measurements pre movement(EG; 12.63±3.65, CG; 12.57±3.07) and post exercise(EG; 10.74±3.67, CG; 12.59±3.88), Heart and lung endurance measurements pre movement(EG; 49.29±6.40, CG; 57.00±9.85) and post exercise(EG; 71.14±5.46, CG; 54.29±6.58). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. As above, Measurement of these changes represents improvements in general and has a positive meaning. The result of comparing the changes of functional fitness pre and post rehabilitation exercise for elderly women with mild dementia in B dementia center, was improved statistically significantly.
