        2개의 하천이 합류하는 하구역에서의 연결수로 통수능에 따른 홍수위저감효과 분석

        In the estuary where the structure such as river-mouth weir has been installed, the flow is developed very complicatedly due to river water from upstream, tide of the sea and floodgate operation. Especially, if basin outlets more than one exists in one estuary, the boundary conditions will be significantly more complex form. Saemangeum(SMG) project area in Korea is the most typical example. There are Mankyung river and Dongjin river in upstream. The water of them inflows into SMG project area. In the downstream, river flow was drained from inland to sea over the SMG sea dike through the sluice. The connecting channel was located between Mankyung and Dongjin basins. It functions not only as transportation by ship in ordinary period but also as flood sharing by sending flood flow to each other in flood period. Therefore, in order to secure the safety against flood, it is very important to understand the flood sharing capacity for connecting channel. In this study, the flood control effect was analyzed using numerical simulation. Delft3D was used to numerical simulation and simulated period was set up with neap tide, in which the maximum flood stage occurred due to poor drainage. Actually, three connecting channels were designed in land use plan of the SMG Master Plan, but they were simplified to a single channel for conciseness of analysis in this study. According to the results of numerical analysis, the water level difference between two basins was increased and the maximum flood stage at dike sluice was also upraised depending on decrease of conveyance. And the velocity induced by same water level difference was decreased when the conveyance became smaller. In certain conveyance above, there was almost no flood control effect. Therefore, if the results of this study are considered for design of connecting channel, it will be expected to draw the optimal conveyance for minimizing dredging construction cost while maximizing the flood control effect.

        만곡수로 내의 호안 안정성 연구

        The levee protect lifes, houses, and properties by blocking overflow of river. The revetment is forced to be covered on the slope of levee in order to prevent erosion. The stability of revetment is very important enough to directly connected to the stability of levee. In this study, the weak points of revetment on meandering channel were found by movable revetment experiment and the velocity and the water surface elevation (WSE) were measured at main points. The 3-D numerical simulations were performed under same conditions with experiment. And unclear flow characteristics by the limit of measuring instruments were analyzed through numerical simulation. Consequently, the section of large wall shear stress and the failure section are almost the same. Despite of small wall shear stress, the revetments located at right bank were carried away because of circulation zone due to secondary flow by meandering. With existing riprap design formula, the sizes of riprap determined using maximum local velocity were 1.5~4.7 times greater than them using mean velocity. As a result of this study, it is necessary to calculate the size of riprap in other ways for meandering and straight channel. At a later study, if the weighted value considered the radius of curvature and shape of hydraulic structure is applied to riprap design formula, it is expected that the size of revetment was evaluated rationally and accurately.

      • 제방붕괴시 하도 Froude수 변화에 따른 붕괴유량 산정 수리모형실험

        최근 이상기후 및 극한 홍수 발생빈도의 증가로 인해 수공구조물 붕괴위험이 증가하고 있다. 한국에서 발생한 수공구조물의 피해규모를 분석한 결과 제방의 파괴가 전체 수공구조물 중 70 %이며, 그 중 월류에 의한 피해가 40 %로 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 제방 붕괴에 대한 연구는 종방향 월류에 대한 연구가 대부분인 반면 횡방향 월류에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제방을 월류하여 제내지로 유입되는 유량을 시간에 따라 분석하여 제방붕괴의 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 대상 제방의 규격은 높이 3 m, 정부폭 3 m, 사면경사가 1:2인 제방으로 설정하였으며 이를 1/10 축척으로하여 하도폭 1.5 m인 실험 모형을 제작하였다. 상류 유입부로부터 6 m거리에 4m 길이의 이동상 제방을 제작하였다. 이동상 제방의 제체는 주문진 표준사로 축조하였으며 제방 마루부의 월류유도부를 통해 초기 붕괴를 유도하였다. 하도의 Froude 수 조건은 0.13, 0.27, 0.40 으로 설정하였고, Froude 수 변화에 따른 붕괴 후 제내지 유입량 및 하도 내 수위 변화를 관측하였다. 실험 결과 하도의 Froude 수가 커질수록 제내지 유입량이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으나 제내지 유입량과 하도 내 유량의 비는 Froude 수가 커질수록 감소하였다. 제방붕괴에 따른 하도 내 수위 변화는 붕괴부 하류보다 상류가 감소율이 컸고 Froude 수가 클수록 상하류 수위차가 크게 나타났다. 이 결과는 추후 축척효과(Scale effect)를 고려하여 현장에서 실제 제방의 붕괴 메카니즘을 규명하는데 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        임의형상 파샬플륨에 대한 무차원 유량공식 산정

        Parshall flume is more practical one of hydraulic structures for measuring flowrate in open channels and also has more advantages when the magnitude of flow velocity is relatively lower or much more sediments are brought from upstream. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has suggested the empirical formulas standardized by the sizes and dimensions of Parshall flume. However, the related studies using the numerical simulations and experiments are relatively rare. Therefore, in this study, it was examined whether the numerical simulation was adequacy for reproducing the hydraulic characteristics of Parshall flume as much as laboratory experiments by comparing the results from numerical simulations and empirical equation. And for arbitrary Parshall flume, that is unlisted in the ISO standards due to environmental conditions, constructional difficulties etc, thus, the hydraulic experiments should be conducted to obtain the empirical formulas for it, the results from numerical simulations were compared with those of laboratory experiments. Consequently, it was convinced that the numerical simulation about Parshall flume was simulated appropriately instead of experimental approach. And the dimensionless discharge equation of arbitrary ones was suggested using the results of numerical simulations, and the equation was validated by comparing with laboratory experimental results showing the maximum relative error of 2.3%. If the actual topography, the shape of inlet and submerged flow, which is excluded in this study, were carefully considered, it would be possible to supply a simple empirical discharge equation based on numerical results. Also, it can replete hard works for hydraulic experiment being error-prone with complex procedures to a minimum of economic effort.

        사무실 공간의 조명환경 변화에 따른 시각적 감지 변화

        This study examines the influence of color temperature and illuminance levels on occupants" visual perception in a small office space. Field measurements and surveys were conducted in a full-scale mock-up space where four lighting conditions were formed by direct/indirect lighting fixtures. Results imply that the perception of glare increased as color temperature of light increased. Under equal color temperature conditions, the increase of illuminance caused more glare. The glare perception for paper tasks was weaker than that of computer tasks. Subjects felt that space became more spacious as color temperature increased under equal illuminance levels. In order to enhance visual comfort under 3500K conditions, the space should be kept bright and lighting environment needs to be maintained in a way that occupants see letters clearly. Under 5000K conditions, the perception of visually warm and brightness is an influential factor on visual comfort.

        Moderating effect of multi-dimensional poverty on the utilization of health care services among Korean older adults using Andersen s Health Behavior Model

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 노인의 의료서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는요인들을 선행요인, 가능요인, 욕구요인, 다차원적빈곤여부로 구분하여살펴봄으로써 노인의 외래의료서비스이용을 탐색하고 분석하여 관련 정책방안을 모색하는데 기여하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2016년 한국복지패널데이터를 분석에 활용하였으며, 총 4,842명의 만 65세 이상 노인이 포함되었다. 다차원적 빈곤에는 수입, 자산, 노동, 주거, 건강, 사회참여 6개지표가 포함되었으며, 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 다중집단분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 응답자의 약 34%가 다차원적으로 빈곤(수입, 자산, 노동, 주거, 건강, 사회참여 중 4개 이상 해당)한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선행요인, 가능요인, 욕구요인 모두 의료서비스 이용에 유의미한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다차원적 빈곤요인은 욕구요인과 의료서비스이용 사이에서 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 다차원적 빈곤한 노인집단을 우선 발굴하여 필요한 의료서비스를 이용할수 있는 정책과 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. Background/Purpose: Using Andersen s conceptual model on health behavior, this study examines the moderating effect of multi-dimensional poverty on the relationship between predisposing, enabling, and need factors and the utilization of health care services of Korean older adults. Methods: This study uses data from the Korea Social Welfare Panel Study conducted in South Korea in 2015. The respondents were 4,842 adults 65 years and over who reported all measurement variables. Results: Approximately 34.0% of respondents were multi-dimensionally poor in at least four of six dimensions: income, assets, labor, housing, health, social participation. Predisposing, enabling and, need factors significantly impacted the utilization of health care services among older adults. Furthermore, multi-dimensional poverty was a significant moderator between the need factor and health care service utilization in the research model. Conclusions: Utilization of health care services can be enhanced by reducing the multi-dimensional poverty level of older adults who are disabled or has a chronic disease.
