The unique positive zero of Fm (z) := z2m zm +1 zm 1 1 leads to analogues of 22nk(k even) by using hypergeometric func-tions. The minimal polynomials of these analogues are related to Cheby-shev polynomials, and the minimal polynomial of an analogue of 22nk(k even > 2) can be computed by using an analogue of 22n2. In this pa-per we show that the analogue of 22n2is the only real zero of its minimalpolynomial, and has a dierent representation, by using a polynomial ofsmaller degree than Fm (z).

Effect of Immersion Time in a Modified Green Death Solution on the Rust Layer of Cu-Containing Low-Alloy Steel

The corrosion resistance of low-alloy steel containing 0.35 wt% copper, as a function of immersion time in a modified green death solution, was investigated using electrochemical methods and surface analysis. After 30 min of immersion, the steel surface was covered with a Cu-enriched film. Improvement of the film properties and increases in the corrosion resistance were realized for the immersion time up to 6 h due to the development of the Cu-enriched layer. However, the Cu particle was formed in the Cu-enriched layer for the immersion time beyond 6 h. Since the formation of the Cu particle generated a Cu-depletion region, micro-galvanic corrosion between the Cu particle and the Cu-depletion region lead to the localized film breakdown on the surface film. The localized film breakdown, which decreased the corrosion properties of the Cu-containing steel, was accelerated by the continuous formation of Cu particles in the rust layer.

The zeros of certain family of self-reciprocal polynomials

Westudy this question by providing examples. An example answers someinteresting questions. Another example relates to the study of convexcombination of two polynomials. From this example, we deduce the studyof the sum of certain two products of nite geometric series.

기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 조직원들의 평가가 조직신뢰, 업무만족, 조직몰입과 업무환경품질에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 내부 조직원들에게 어떻게 평가되고 있고 이를 통해 조직원들이 조직에 갖는 신뢰와 업무만족, 조직몰입, 업무환경 품질에 대한 평가에는 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 K생명의 사회적 책임 활동 분석을 통해 제시하였다. 또한 조직원들 자신의 도덕적 자아개념과 기업에 대해 갖는 이미지가 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 조직원들의 평가와 조직원들의 조직신뢰와의 관계에 어떤 조절효과를 가지는지 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 조직원들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주는 효과적인 사회적 책임 활동을 실행하기 위해선 어떤 점들을 고려해야 하는가에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 실증적 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 조직원들이 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 가지는 적합성과 진정성의 평가는 조직원들의 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 갖는다. 둘째, 조직원들의 조직신뢰는 조직원들의 업무만족, 조직몰입 그리고 업무환경 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 준다. 셋째, 조직원들의 도덕적 자아와 기업이미지는 조직원들의 기업의 사회적 책임 활동 평가와 조직원들의 조직신뢰와의 관계에 부분적인 조절효과를 제공한다. 결과적으로 조직원들이 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대해 적합성과 진정성을 느낀다면 이는 조직원들의 조직 신뢰를 통해 업무만족, 조직몰입 그리고 업무환경 품질에도 긍정적인 영향을 가질 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, we suggested how CSR activities were evaluated by employees and through their evaluation, how trust, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and quality of work life were influenced based on the analysis of K Life Insurance company case study. We also wanted to see how employees' moral identity and corporate image moderated the relationship between the evaluation of employees about CSR activities and their trust. In doing so, we wanted to suggest what important points we should consider to provide effective CSR activities influencing positive effects on employees, . The results of the empirical analysis are as follows : First, the evaluation of fit and authenticity about CSR activities has a positive effect on trust. Second, trust has a positive influence on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and quality of work life. Third, moral identity and corporate image of employees provide partial moderating effect on the relationship between the evaluation of CSR activities and trust. As a result, we suggest that If employees feel CSR activities have fit and authenticity, they can have positive effects on trust, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and quality of work life.

남성 척수손상 장애인을 위한 성교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

본 연구는 남성 척수손상 장애인의 성적 자신감 증진을 위한 성교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 평가를 위해 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사실험 연구이다. 성교육 프로그램은 Dick & Carey의 체제적 교수설계 모형을 활용하 여 문헌고찰, 초점집단 심층면접, 전문가 간담회, 사전연구를 통해 개발되었다. 본 연구 참여자는 실험군30명, 대조군 30명으로 편의할당 되었고, 실험군에게 주 1회 90~120분간의 1차시씩 총 3차시로 구성된 성교육 프로그램을 제공하 였다. 실험군과 대조군에게 사전, 사후, 추가 4주 후에 성지식, 성태도, 결혼의지를 측정하였고, 사후 성지식(p <.001), 성태도(p =.020) 점수에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램은 남성 척수손상 장애인의 성지식과 성태 도를 긍정적으로 변화시켰으며, 간호중재 프로그램으로 유용하였을 뿐 아니라 본 연구는 장애인에 대한 사회적 인식환 기 및 보건교육의 기초자료로서 의의가 있다고 사료된다. This is nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study to develop a sexual education program for improving sexual confidence of men with spinal cord injury disabled and assess the effect of the program. The program was based on Dick & Carey‘s systematic design of instruction, literature review, focus group, in-depth interview, expert meeting, and preliminary study and formative evaluation. Subjects were conveniently assigned to experimental group of 30 and control group of 29, and the program was provided to experimental group once a week for 90~120 minutes, 3 sessions total. Sexual knowledge, attitude, and marriage intention were measured before, after, and after 4 weeks of intervention, and there was a significant difference in sexual knowledge(p <.001) and attitude(p =.020). The program positively changed sexual knowledge and attitude of men with spinal cord injury, and was useful nursing intervention. This study is considered to be significant as a basic data for social awareness ventilation and health education for the disabled.

On self-reciprocal polynomials at a point on the unit circle

Given two integral self-reciprocal polynomials having the sa\-me modulus at a point z_0 on the unit circle, we show that the minimal polynomial of z_0 is also self-reciprocal and it divides an explicit integral self-reciprocal polynomial. Moreover, for any two integral self-reciprocal polynomials, we give a sufficient condition for the existence of a point z_0 on the unit circle such that the two polynomials have the same modulus at z_0. 무형문화의 이주, 전승 그리고 음악적 변화 양상: 은율탈춤의 사례

In the paper, this study will be explored in the migration of the mask dance Eunyeul Talchum from North Korea to South Korea after the national division took place. During and after the Korean War, refugees from the Hwanghae province settled in the Republic of Korea who were performers of the three Korean mask dances: Bongsan Talchum, Kangryeong Talchum and Eunyeul Talchum. All of these mask dances are denoted as South Korea’s National Intangible Properties under the Cultural Property Protection Law (1962.) However, Eunyeul Talchum is the only asset among these three that settled in Incheon, instead of the capital, Seoul. The purpose of this research is to examine the process of restoring and the idea of transmitting Eunyeul Talchum in Incheon after the division of Korea. As opposed to Bongsan Talchum and Gangryeong Talchum, which are recognized as major socio-ethnic groups, Eunyeul Talchum belongs to a minority. Because not only Eunyeul Talchum is the last Mask Dance which has been nominated as an Intangible asset among the other Hwanghae Talchum but also, most people in the preservation association are comprised of the second-generation refugees from Hwanghae province. During three months of research, the researcher observed the performances and the educational communicating Eunyeul Talchum’s cultural legacy. This study included several research methods: open interview, examination of relevant documents, and live performances. Particularly, the researcher conducted interviews with the Human Cultural Property and musicians (including professional/scholarly to lay/untrained) in the Preservation Association. In conclusion, Eunyeul Talchum preservation association is not as preeminent as other Korean mask dances, it has been transmitted by performers from Hwanghae province with its unique masks and instrumental accompaniment. These performers and educators dedication to maintaining Eunyeul Talchum’s attributes contribute largely to the Preservation Association’s successful settlement in Incheon. Thus, the researcher examines which idea formed to subsist the Eunyeul Talchum preservation association. 1945년 광복 이후 남한과 북한이 분단된 상황 속에서 남한은 무형문화의 손실을 예방하기 위해 1962년 무형문화재 제도를 제정하면서 무형문화들을 발굴하고 복원하였다. 이 때 민속 문화를 포함한 여러 무형문화들이 무형문화재로 지정되었다. 국가 무형문화재로 지정된 민속 문화 중 북한에서 연행되었던 탈춤인 은율탈춤의 사례를 통해 무형문화재 제도 속에서 지정된 무형문화의 전승이 이루어진 과정과 반주음악의 변화 양상에 대해 다룬다. 음악적인 전승을 이루는데 보존회 중심의 구성원들이 국가무형문화재라는 틀 안에서 은율탈춤을 예술로 인식함으로써 그들의 이념과 정체성이 표상된다. 이로써, 제도 속에서 음악적인 전승을 이루는데 구성원들의 정체성과 이념은 불가분의의 관계임을 알 수 있으며 국가무형문화재의 구성 속에서 무형문화를 현재까지 지속시킬 수 있었던 과정을 살펴본다.
