‘­다고’ 구문에 대한 말뭉치 기반 연구

이 글에서는 말뭉치 용례를 기반으로 문법화 과정에 있다고 생각되는 ‘-다고’의 쓰임과 특징을 공시적으로 분석하고 기술하였다. ‘-다고’는 인용 표지, 연결어미, 종결어미의 기능을 가지는데 이러한 기능들을 총체적으로 살피되 중간적 용법을 중심으로 이들 세 기능의 관련성을 기술하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 인용 표지로 쓰인 경우에는 상위문 서술어의 유형에 따라 나누어 살폈고 이를 통해 융합이 주로 의미가 퇴색된 ‘하다’에서 두드러지게 나타난다는 점, 인지 동사 구문의 가정적 용법과 연결 어미의 양보적 용법이 관련성이 있다는 점 등을 밝혔다. 이를 토대로 연결어미가 가진 목적·이유, 양보가 서로 다른 ‘-다고 하다’ 구문에서 발전했을 가능성을 지적하고 그 과정을 보였다. 종결어미 용법 역시 인용 표지 용법에서 발달한 것과 의문 종결어미 용법에서 발달한 것, 관용적으로 쓰이던 후행절의 의미가 전이된 용법 등으로 나누어 서로 다른 문법화 과정의 산물일 가능성을 보였다.

산업안전보건법의 실효성 확보를 위한 사업주 처벌 방안 연구

On November 1, 2018, the National Assembly passed the full amendment to the Occupational Safety and Health Act with a strong will to escape the disgrace of the No. 1 country in industrial accidents by protecting the health and safety of workers. While this has been a result of accepting criticism that the light punishment does not prevent repeated deaths of workers due to the violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. In order to convert, the sanctions were enforced to strengthen the punishment, but the revised Occupational Safety and Health Act was criticized for being against excessive punishment and equity. However, prior to this dispute, the first thing to be overhauled is to clearly define the components and scope of the legal provisions of the law. This is because the provisions related to sanctions on violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act are not clearly maintained, and the scope of violations are found to be insufficient by law. Therefore, it is hoped that Korea will continue to make efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the sanctions by clearly defining each obligatory entity in the Occupational Safety and Health Act and clarifying the scope of the sanctions imposed on violation of its obligations, thereby removing the stigma of being a country with many industrial accidents and ensuring the safety of workers' lives and bodies in a stable manner. 근로자의 건강 및 안전을 보호하여 산업재해 1위 국가의 불명예를 벗어나고자 하는 강한 의지로 2018년 11월 1일에 산업안전보건법 전부개정법률안이 국회에서 통과되었다. 이는 그동안 산업안전보건법 위반에 대하여 이른바 솜방망이 처벌로 인해 반복되는 근로자의 사망사고를 예방하지 못하고 있다는 비판을 받아들인 결과이자 근로자의 생명과 신체침해의 희생으로 경제적 이익을 얻는 기업·산업의 인식을 전환하기 위하여 처벌강화의 제재를 시행한 것이었으나, 개정된 산업안전보건법 법률은 과잉처벌 및 형평성에 어긋난다는 비판을 받고 있다. 그러나 이러한 다툼에 앞서 먼저 정비해야 할 것은 법률 조항의 구성요건 및 적용범위 등을 명확히 정해놓는 작업이다. 산업안전보건법 위반에 대한 제재 관련 조항들은 위반행위 주체 및 그 적용범위 등이 명확히 정비되어 있지 않아 법규범적으로 미흡한 점이 발견되고 있기 때문이다. 산업안전보건법 위반에 대한 형사적 제재로서 산업안전보건범죄는 고의범 처벌을 기본으로 하므로, 과실범으로 처벌하고자 할 경우에는 죄형법정주의의 원칙상 과실범 규정이 도입되어야 한다. 또한 근로자가 사망하는 사고와 같이 중대재해가 발생하였을 경우에 적용하는 산업안전보건법 제167조에 대하여는 고의의 기본범죄 위반과 과실로 인한 사망이라는 결과가 결합된 결과적 가중범이라는 인식이 명확히 자리 잡아야 한다. 사업주의 관리·감독의무 위반에 대한 제재로 적용되는 양벌규정에 대하여는 사업주가 아닌 자가 사업주를 수범자로 규정한 안전·보건조치의무를 위반하였을 때 이 규정을 근거로 행위자를 처벌하는 것은 맞지 않으므로 별도로 행위자를 처벌하는 규정을 도입하여야 하고, 또 이 규정의 면책 조항을 형식적으로만 해석하면 법인 사업주의 책임 회피의 여지를 주게 되므로 이러한 해석은 지양하여야 한다. 그리고 산업안전보건법 위반행위를 형벌로 처벌할 것인지, 과태료로 처벌할 것인지에 대한 기준을 설정하여 산업안전보건법 위반에 대한 비형사적 제재도 미흡한 구성을 보완하여야 한다. 또한 이번 개정을 통하여 신설된 형벌과 수강명령 등의 병과 규정은 사업주에게 형사적 제재 외에 비형사적 제재로서 산업재해 예방에 필요한 벌칙성 교육을 병과할 수 있도록 한다는 점에서 과잉처벌이 아니라 보안처분의 일종으로 보아야 한다. 이와 같이 산업안전보건법의 규범력 확보를 전제로 하여 사업장에서 근로자의 생명·신체의 안전이 안정적으로 보장되어야 한다.

말뭉치에 나타난 보조용언의 연쇄 양상 고찰

In this paper, we noted the auxiliary verb serialization and checked the use of a auxiliary verb serialization shown in the corpus supposing that serialization has certain constraints and the features. As a result of the observation of the usage of the corpus, we could know that the auxiliary verb serialization is a very common phenomenon and two to three serials are preferred in real Korean language communication. And it can be seen that there are some significant features in the auxiliary verb serialization. first, in the auxiliary verb serialization, the order in which auxiliary verbs are combined has some tendency. Second, there are many instances of the auxiliary verb serialization that have been mentioned as aspectual expressions. Therefore, this paper also considered the significance of these observations. In conclusion, the difference in the degree of progress in grammaticalization and the orientation of grammaticalization, the grammatical function and so on were attributed to the constant tendency of the paraphrase chain. And in the auxiliary verb serialization is following the principle of relevance.

A Coupled CFD-FEM Analysis on the Safety Injection Piping Subjected to Thermal Stratification

Thermal stratification has continuously caused several piping failures in nuclear power plants since the early 1980s. However, this critical thermal effect was not considered when the old nuclear power plants were designed. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate this unexpected thermal effect on the structural integrity of piping systems. In this paper, the thermal effects of stratified flow in two different safety injection piping systems were investigated by using a coupled CFD-FE method. Since stratified flow is generally generated by turbulent penetration and/or valve leakage, thermal stress analyses as well as CFD analyses were carried out considering these two primary causes. Numerical results show that the most critical factor governing thermal stratification is valve leakage and that temperature distribution significantly changes according to the leakage path. In particular, in-leakage has a high possibility of causing considerable structural problems in RCS piping.

학교훈육프로그램의 개발준거 설정 논의

Student discipline is a major area of concern for all teachers. Even experienced teachers observe that their most troublesome issue is the issue of discipline in the school. Discipline problems are students' problem. The most important objective of any system of school management is the prevention of discipline problems. The purpose of this study is search on criteria for development of school discipline program. For this, basic supposition is regard to the student respect, acknowledgement of teacher's right, and growth of student. Also, a basis of the following theoretical background: Wolfgang and Glickman's school of thought framework as a interactionalist strategy, French and Raven's social bases of power framework under referent power, the Rogerian view within the Skinner-Rogers' dichotomy, management and influence within the Lewis' theoretical framework, and Burden's degree of control under medium control approaches. And, a search of criteria on the school discipline program is based on procedural and methodological approach. These factors are investigation of school discipline problems, formulation of school discipline objectives, selection of school discipline contents, establishment of school discipline methods, implementing the program, and evaluation of the program. A search of criteria is bring out development of various school discipline program. It is a new attempt to students and teachers. Ultimately, it is a basic framework for development of school discipline program. 학교훈육은 모든 사람의 관심사이면서 일반적인 특성을 지녀온 까닭에 무시되어 온 경향이 있다. 그러나 훈육의 문제는 모든 학생의 문제이며, 이들 문제행동은 대부분의 학교에 다양하고 광범위하게 존재하고 있다. 그러므로 학교에서의 효과적인 훈육은 매우 절실한 과제이며, 이에 따라 훈육프로그램의 개발에 대한 요청이 시급한 현실이다. 이러한 현실에 비추어 볼 때 학교훈육에 필요한 기본적 틀을 안내해 주는 훈육프로그램이 필요하며, 프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초 작업이 요구된다. 즉 학교훈육프로그램의 개발을 위한 준거의 설정이 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 훈육의 의미를 탐색하고, 훈육의 의미에 보다 근접하는 학교훈육프로그램 개발을 위한 기본 가정을 규정하여 이를 전제로 여러 가지 측면에서의 준거를 설정하여 논의하고자 한다. 그리하여 학교훈육프로그램 개발의 방향을 안내하는 데에 그 목적을 둔다.

상담 현장실습생들의 집단 수퍼비전 참여경험에 관한 질적연구

This study was intended to deeply understand what kind of counseling graduate students participating in counseling field practice experience in the group supervision. 12 field practitioner from 3 graduate school establishing counseling field practice as a compulsory degree course participated the research, and data collection and analysis were conducted using grounded theory methodology. As results of data analysis, 153 concepts, 57 subcategories, and 21 categories were derived. The central phenomenon experienced by the trainees in the group supervision was ‘To face one’s limit, but persevere it’. The participants, through their experience of the group supervision as the field practitioners, undergo the phases of ‘Collision - Revelation - Frustration - Reflection - Acceptance - Standing up’, as time passes by. Moreover, the phases of Revelation and Frustration seemed to have incurred repeatedly in the process of counseling field practice and group supervision. This study investigated the meaning of group supervision in counseling field practice by exploring how the field practitioners experience in the course of group supervision, and counseling education and training were discussed based on the results of research. 본 연구는 상담 현장실습에 참여하는 상담전공 대학원생들이 집단 수퍼비전에서 어떤 경험을 하는지를 심도 있게 이해하고자 하였다. 상담현장실습을 학위과정으로 개설하여 진행하고 있는 3개 대학원에서 12명의 현장실습생들이 연구에 참여하였고, 근거이론 연구방법론으로 자료수집과 분석이 진행되었다. 개방코딩 분석결과, 153개의 개념과 57개의 하위범주, 21개의 범주가 도출되었다. 상담 현장실습생들은 집단 수퍼비전에서 ‘나의 한계에 부딪히며 계속 버텨감’이라는 중심현상을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 선택코딩 결과, 상담 현장실습생들은 집단 수퍼비전 동안 ‘부딪힘–드러냄–좌절함–성찰함–수용함–일어섬’의 과정을 경험하며 이 과정 중에서 드러냄과 좌절함은 연구 참여자들이 상담 현장실습과 집단 수퍼비전 진행과정에서 반복적으로 경험하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 현장실습생들이 집단 수퍼비전에서 어떠한 경험을 하는지 탐구함으로써 상담 현장실습에 있어 집단 수퍼비전이 갖는 의미를 파악하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 상담교육과 훈련에 대하여 논의하였다.
