Nanocrystalline soft magnetic Fe73Si16B7Nb3Cu1 (at.%) powders were mixed with fine multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT) powders and polyurethane based binders. The mixtures were tape-cast, dried and then cold-rolled to form EM wave absorption sheets. The MWNT powders were added to the Fe-based powders up to 1 wt.% to improve the EM wave absorption properties. The processed sheets with 0.5 mm in thickness were cut into toroidal shape to measure the S-parameter, permeability, permittivity, and power loss at the high frequency of 10 MHz to 10 GHz. As a result, improved absorption properties were obtained from the sheets incorporating MWNT. The results were caused by the increase of dielectric loss of the absorption sheets, which was due to the addition of MWNT powder inducing a notable increase in complex permittivity

The electromagnetic wave absorption sheets were fabricated by mixing of $Fe_{73}Si_{16}B_7Nb_3Cu_1$ nanocrystalline soft magnetic powder, charcoal powder and polymer based binder. The complex permittivity, complex permeability, and scattering parameter have been measured using a network analyzer in the frequency range of 10 MHz$\sim$10 GHz. The results showed that complex permittivity of sheets was largely dependent on the frequency and the amount of charcoal powder : The permittivity was improved up to 100 MHz, however the value was decreased above 1 GHz. The power loss of electromagnetic wave absorption data showed almost the same tendency as the results of complex permittivity. However, the complex permeability was not largely affected by the frequency, and the values were decreased with the addition of charcoal powder. Based on the results, it can be summarized that the addition of charcoal powder was very effective to improve the EM wave absorption in the frequency range of 10 MHz$\sim$1 GHz.

Electromagnetic wave energies are consumed in the form of thermal energy, which is mainly caused by magnetic loss, dielectric loss and conductive loss. In this study, CNT was added to the nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials inducing a high magnetic loss, in order to improve the dielectric loss of the EM wave absorption sheet. Generally, the aspect ratio and the dispersion state of CNT can be changed by the pre-ball milling process, which affects the absorbing properties. After the various ball-milling processes, 1wt% of CNTs were mixed with the nanocrystalline $Fe_{73}Si_{16}B_7Nb_{3}Cu_1$ base powder, and then further processed to make EM absorption sheets. As a result, the addition of CNT to Fe-based nanocrystalline materials improved the absorption properties. However, the increase of ball-milling time for more than 1h was not desirable for the powder mixture, because the ballmilling caused the shortening of CNT length and the agglomeration of the CNT flakes.

경기북부 지역은 군사시설보호구역, 개발제한구역, 상수보호구역 등으로 지정되어 이 지역의 개발을 억제하는 많은 규제들이 있다. 특히 경기북부의 발전의 저해가 되고 있는 것은 군사시설보호구역이며, 경기북부 시·군 중 행정구역의 절반이상을 차지하고 있는 의정부시(77.9%), 구리시(70.2%), 남양주시(52.6%), 고양시(50.2%) 등은 개발제한 구역으로 묶여있다. 또한 자연환경의 보전이 필요한 지역으로 경기북부에 해당하는 남양주 일부와 가평군 등은 자연보전권역으로 묶여 그 개발이 규제되고 있었다. 경기북부지역에 대한 개발 규제에 대한 검토를 법적측면에서 살펴보면, 첫째, 경기북부지역 개발규제에 대한 법령 중 중첩적 규제에 대한 재검토 작업이 필요하다. 둘째, 경기북부지역의 발전을 위하여 동지역에 이미 입지하고 있던 기업들의 경우, 기업활동에 필요한 규모에 한하여 인구집중유발시설에 대한 조항을 새로이 검토, 공장증설 등을 허용하여야 한다. 도한 자연보전권역에서의 중소 첨단기업의 육성을 위해 기존의 규모제한을 완화하여 이를 활성화 할 수 있도록 관련법을 수정할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 경기북부지역발전의 중요한 기회요소이자 동 지역 내 첨단산업을 지속적으로 발전시킬 수 있는 경기지역 특히 북부지역에 소재한 대학, 연구소 등 연구기관에 집중 투자에 대한 검토가 필요하며 이를 위하여 예산지원을 할 수 있는 법적 근거를 마련할 필요성이 있다. 넷째, 접경지역지원법의 규정을 현실화 할 수 있는 제도적 뒷받침이 필요하다고 생각된다. There are many restrictions in the Northern Kyonggi Area such as military installations-preservation district, limited development district, and waterworks-preservation district. Especially military installations-preservation district deters the development of the Northern Kyonggi Area. Uijeonbu city(77.9%), Guri city(70.2%), Namyangju city(52.6%), and Goyang city(50.2%), the cities which share more than a half of the districts, are classified as the preservation zones and thus development is restricted. Additionally, some portion of Namyangju and Gapyeong county in the Northern Kyonggi Area are classified as the nature-preservation district for the purpose of its developmental bars. Reviewing the restrictions in the Northern Kyonggi area, firstly it is necessary for us to reexamine overlapped restrictions among the ones in this area. Secondly, in the case of the companies that has already located in this area for its development, it should be allowed to examine new items concerning population
