기숙형 대학(RC) 프로그램 운영의 효율적 방안 모색

The purpose of this discussion is to analyze in detail the case of the RC program, which is one of the common factors of universities that have achieved excellence in undergraduate education and emphasized the positive effects of dormitory life in a number of university effect studies. It is intended to suggest an efficient method. Although the educational effects and values of RC programs are recognized in university education, discussions on effective operation methods and models for RC programs are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, the operation cases of RC programs are analyzed through the RC operation cases of a local private university. After reviewing, it can be said that the purpose is to check the effectiveness, and to propose a model that introduces and operates RC in accordance with each university’s talent image and educational philosophy. Looking at the quantitative evaluation of the RC program of University A, satisfaction with the active house was high, and in proportion to that, the active house showed the highest rate of achievement of the nomad competency index. This means that dormitory students want to relieve the fatigue caused by staying in a limited space and improve their interpersonal skills and realize community values through more open-type experiential activities. The effect of operating the RC program identified through the case of University A is that, from the perspective of the school, the limitations of the curriculum can be supplemented by focusing on the new zeitgeist and university culture through the attention and concentration of the changing generations. From the instructor’s point of view, close communication with students can help in designing a curriculum and model that meets the needs of college students. From a student’s point of view, it can help to improve a sense of belonging and bond, which is difficult to achieve through the university curriculum alone, to be motivated by self-directed actions, to improve self-efficacy, to recognize the importance of community spirit, to improve self-management skills, and to form academic sensibility. that there was Such an effect suggests that the RC program can contribute to enhancing leadership, challenging spirit, interpersonal relationships and empathy, creative thinking, community spirit, and global competency, which are core competencies for nurturing global talent. In order to promote the development of boarding-type universities and to enhance the educational effect by activating the RC program, first, establish an RC model that matches each university’s talents and educational philosophy, and systematize the RC program as a part of the university organization and curriculum. shall. Second, it is necessary to break away from the one-time incentive method that only attempts to increase the participation rate and increase the student participation rate by changing the public relations method. Third, it is necessary to secure financial resources for the RC program and change the support system. In order to secure the stability of financial support, it is necessary to prepare a financial support system that uses school expenses rather than project expenses. Third, it is necessary to activate the linkage between the curriculum and non-curricular courses, and the linkage program between seniors and juniors. Fourth, the RC program operation feedback system should be strengthened within the university, and exchange plans should be sought for sharing and disseminating the RC program results between universities. 본 논의는 지역의 한 사립대학 RC 프로그램의 운영 사례와 특징을 검토한 후 그 효과성을 점검하고, 각 대학의 인재상과 교육 이념에 맞게 RC를 도입하여 운영하는 모델을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. A대학 RC 프로그램에 대한 정량적 평가를 살피면, 활동형 하우스에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났고 그에 비례하여 노마드 역량지수 달성률 역시 활동형 하우스가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이는 기숙사 학생들이 한정된 공간에 머무는 데서 생기는 피로감을 해소하고 보다 개방된 형태에서의 체험 활동을 통해 대인관계 능력을 향상하고 공동체적 가치를 실현하고 싶어한다는 사실을 의미한다. A대학교의 사례를 통해 파악된 RC 프로그램 운영 효과는, 학교의 관점에서 보면 변화하는 세대의 관심과 집중을 통해 새로운 시대정신 및 대학문화에 초점을 둠으로써 교과과정의 한계를 보충할 수 있다는 것이다. 교수자의 관점에서는 학생과의 밀접한 소통으로 대학생들의 눈높이에 맞는 교과과정 및 모델 설계에 도움을 받을 수 있다는 점이다. 학생의 관점에서는 대학 교과 과정만을 통해서 얻기 힘든 소속감 및 유대감 향상, 자기 주도적 행위로 인한 동기를 부여받고 자기 효능감 향상, 공동체 정신의 중요성 인식, 자기 관리 능력 향상, 학문적 감수성을 형성하는 데 도움을 받을 수 있었다는 것이다. 이와 같은 효과는 RC 프로그램이 글로벌 인재 양성의 핵심역량인 리더십, 도전정신, 대인관계 및 공감능력, 창의적 사고력, 공동체 정신, 글로벌 역량 등을 증진하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다고 할 수 있다. 기숙형 대학의 발전을 도모하고 RC 프로그램을 활성화하여 교육적 효과를 제고하기 위해서는 첫째, 각 대학의 인재상과 교육 이념에 부합한 RC 모델을 정립하고 대학의 편제와 교과 과정의 한 분야로 RC 프로그램을 체계화하여야 한다. 둘째, 참여율만 높이려고 하는 일회성 인센티브 방식을 탈피하고 홍보 방식의 변화를 통해 학생 참여율을 높여야 한다. 셋째, RC 프로그램 재원 확보 및 지원 시스템의 변화를 도모해야 한다. 재정 지원의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 사업비가 아닌 교비 투입 방식의 재정지원시스템을 마련해야 한다. 셋째, 교과 과정과 비교과 과정 연계, 시니어와 주니어의 연계 프로그램을 활성화해야 한다. 넷째, 대학 내부에서는 RC 프로그램 운영 피드백 시스템을 강화하고, 대학 간에는 RC 프로그램 성과 공유 및 확산을 위한 교류 방안을 모색해야 한다.

‘스토리테마파크’의 이야기 소재를 활용한 역사 공간 스토리텔링 : 경북지역의 정자(亭子)를 중심으로

본 논문은 전통 기록 자료를 활용한 역사 공간의 의미 생성과 공간 스토리텔링을 통한 지역문화콘텐츠 개발의 가능성을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 조선시대 일기류 등 민간기록자료 200여 종을 국역해 사건 중심의 이야기 소재로 구축해 놓은 스토리테마파크를 활용해 역사 공간 스토리텔링 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 스토리테마파크의 구축 방식과 특징을 분석하여 지역의 역사 공간과의 관계성을 살펴보았다. 일기는 특정 공간을 배경으로 시간에 따른 사건의 추이를 기록한 자료로, 일기가 작성된 지역의 다양한 공간 정보와 인문지리 등 문화적 특수성을 포함한다. 스토리테마파크는 이러한 일기의 특성에 기반하여 데이터를 구축하였기 때문에 지역의 역사 공간과 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 역사 공간과 연결된 이야기 소재는 공간에 의미를 부여하여 새로운 장소성을 창출할 수 있는 문화자원으로써 활용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 현존하는 경북지역의 정자 가운데, 문경의 백석정, 봉화의 송암정, 예천의 초간정을 대상으로 스토리테마파크의 이야기 소재를 활용해 공간에 새로운 의미를 부여함으로써 스토리텔링의 활용 방안을 제시해 보았다. 이를 통해 민간의 전통 기록 자료가 지역의 중요한 문화자원이자 지역문화콘텐츠 개발의 기반이 될 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

「나무꾼과 선녀」 설화의 소설적 변용

본고는 우리에게 익숙한 「나무꾼과 선녀」 설화가 패러디 소설화되면서 서사적 지평이 어떻게 확장되었는지를 살피고 그 특성을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 쓰였다. 같음에 바탕을 둔 심상대의 「나무꾼의 뜻」은 원텍스트의 분위기와 기본적 서사구조를 어느 정도 보존하면서 천상과 지상의 대립적 구조를 강화하여 지상의 삶의 가치를 옹호하고 있다. 또한 나무꾼과 선녀의 성격전환을 통해 노동에 대한 의미를 재확인하고 땀 흘려 일하는 삶의 아름다움을 은근히 역설하고 있다. 이 작품은 현대인들의 노동 기피 현상의 병폐를 비판하면서 건강한 노동에 대한 필요성을 제시하고 있는 것이다. 작가는 우리가 유토피아적인 세계로 인식하고 있는 천상의 삶을 현대 사회의 지나친 풍요로 인해 생기는 여러 병폐의 상징으로 재창조하였다. 아울러 민담이 특성인, 직접적이고 생경한 목소리로 교훈을 전달하는 것이 아니라 패러디 형식을 통해 우회적이고 희극적으로 주제를 전달하여, 익숙함 속에서 다름을 읽을 수 있는 효과를 얻고 있다. 다름에 바탕을 둔 윤영수의 「하늘여자」는 원텍스트의 구조와 상당한 차이를 보이면서 서사 공간을 확장하고 있다. 서술자이면서 비판적 매개 인물인 사슴 초강이의 눈을 빌려, 인간이 지닌 악의 측면을 떡쇠를 통해 보여주고 상처받고 소극적인 여성의 모습을 하늘여자를 통해 드러냄으로써, 인간세계에 대한 회의와 비판을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 작가가 궁극적으로 의도하는 것은 바로 인간이 갖고 있는 가능성의 세계에 대한 인식이다. 인간의 부정적인 모습을 비판하면서도 두 다리와 손과 의지와 언어를 가지고 있는 인간의 모습과, 인간이 지니고 있는 여러 자질들에 대한 신뢰를 늦추지 않고 그 가능성을 향해 매진할 것을 요구하고 있는 것이다. 한 가닥의 희망을 안고 벼랑 아래로 몸을 날리는 사슴 초강이의 모습은 바로 작가가 인간이란 존재에게 갖고 있는 마지막 희망의 모습이기도 할 것이다. 민담의 변천성은 끊임없는 창조를 낳는다. 따라서 구전되는 민담을 패러디해서 텍스트로 재창조했다는 것은 고대와 현대의 서사물의 교류와 공감대 형성을 마련한다는 점에서 의미 있는 일이다. 지상과 천상을 오가는 이야기 속에서 진정한 노동의 의미를 깨닫고, 인간답게 살기 위해서 노력해야만 하는 절실함을 이 두 작품을 통해서 얻을 수 있다. 결국 이러한 주제는 작가의 의도가 패러디라는 기법을 통해 소설로 변용되면서 효과적으로 제시된 것이며, 여기서 패러디 소설로서의 미적 가치를 찾을 수 있다. This study intended to examine how the parody-novelization of the well-known tale, the Woodcutter and Fairy, expanded the narrative prospect and identify its characteristics. The Will of Woodcutter by Sim Sang-Dae reconfirmed the meaning of labor through the change of character of the Woodcutter and the Fairy and subtly emphasizing the beauty of life earned by the sweat of the brow while preserving the mood of the original text and the basic narrative structure to a degree. In Korea, the tendency against hard working quickly spread as the social structure began to turn into that of the advanced industrial society since the 1970's. This work criticizes the ills of avoiding labor according to this tendency, and in this light it can be regarded as it emphasizes the need for healthy labor that is found in the agricultural society. The author recreated the life in the heaven that we regard as a utopian world as the symbol of many ills caused by excessive affluence of the modern society. Also, this work borrows the parody format to communicate the theme indirectly and comically rather than using direct and crude voice to obtain the effect of reading difference within familiarity. Sky Woman by Yun Yeong-Su expands the narrative space by showing a great difference with the structure of the original text. It reveals the evil of man through Tteok-Soe and sees it through the eyes of the deer, Cho-Gang, and also reveals the image of a woman who is hurt and passive through the sky woman to represent the skepticism and criticism about the human world. However, the author ultimately intends to show the world of potentials that people have. The author criticizes the negative side of man but also shows the image of man with two legs, two hands, will, language, and asks people to trust various temperament they have and strive to find their potentials. The image of the deer, Cho-Gang, throwing itself down the cliff with a glimmer of hope is the very image of the last hope the author has about the existence of man. The sense of space and the transition in the tale continuously give birth to the creation. In other words, parodying the orally transmitted folk tale and recreating a text carries a meaning for it provides the basis for the exchange and the band of sympathy between the narrative works of the past and the present. Also, creating a story that can point out the ills of the modern society within the story that depicted the life in the past suggests that the lesson originally embedded in the folk tale can fully play its role also in the contemporary novel. Viewers will realize the true meaning of labor and the desperation that they need to make efforts in order to have a decent living in the story that describes the heaven and earth through these two works. Eventually, the theme and the intent of the author were effectively suggested through the technique of parody, and the aesthetic value of the parody novel can be found there.

In 1990s the main topics are the eruption of the personal desire and reactionism against the prior period. Because of this, this words such as eroticism, feminism, narcissism etc. are the key words implicated the 1990s. Kim Yeong-Ha has focused on the personal unconscious desire of 1990s through his novels. The origin of this desire in his novels can be thought as personal existent as the specific social phenomenon through the history. In 1990s the group connections which wished group ideal in 1980s were broken off. As the result, the personal unconscious desire began to express gradually. Kim Yeong Ha has shown the subjects of death and the death impulse through his novels constantly. If so, I need to find out why he shows the questions of death and what his origin of death is. Accordingly, I chose <I am beautiful> by Kim Yeong Ha, as the text in this script, and the purpose of this script are how Eros and Thanatos are described in this book and what death and death impulse mean. <I am beautiful> is shown the meaning of life from the death through the structure which is circulated as one ring connected by two propositions - life and death. There are a man and a woman in late 20s who has his opposite character in the book. The author shows the meaning of death happening in their daily life in modern society. A man (who tries to confirm the meaning of death) meets a woman (who tries to atone for with death), and they have sex in the Island, Uroboros space. They confirm that the death and life, the sex and death can not be devided through the descriptive experiencing death. That is, the Eros connected to sex and Thanatos connected to death are the main factors in man's life.
