일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상

This DANGUN-faith oriented point of the philosophical attributes of love itself, ‘You and I’ and not ‘our’ life-oriented and effective, ‘a closed society’ beyond the ‘open society’ is to promote, ‘alone worth living’ and not ‘worth living together’and in that connection, I’ve found in the The people talk of the possibility of the world’s liberal interpretation would also remained open. 우리 민족사에 있어 단군은 민족 구난의 상징적 존재였다. 단군구국론이란 바로 이러한 의식을 통해 민족의 위난을 극복코자 했던 우리의 정서를 말한다. 단군이라는 정신가치가 우리 민족 현대사 미친영향은 크다. 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 민족사회 전반에 혁명적인변화를 가져왔기 때문이다. 물론 이와 같은 단기간의 혁명적 영향력의* (사)국학연구소 연구원132 仙道文化 제 10 권뒤에는, 대종교가 갑자기 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리 민족사의 바닥에 연면히 흘러온 단군신앙의 현대적 부활체로써, 당시대의 많은 지식인들이 대종교를 신앙 또는 국조숭배를 통한 국교적(國敎的) 정서로 인식했던 것과 관련이 있다. 단군정신의 항일투쟁 무력적인 측면이나 문화적인 측면, 그리고사상적 측면 등 다양하게 나타나지만, 그 정신적 배경은 역시 단군으로 일치된다. 즉 대종교의 중광을 통한 단군신앙의 부활은 민족의 성지인 배달국토를 되찾아야 한다는 주권적 명분과 함께, 배달국이상향 건설이라는 종교적 명분이 동시에 작용했던 것이다. 주시경 등으로 대표되는 한글운동의 배경이나, 김교헌 등의 민족주의사학의 바탕, 그리고 신규식 등의 활동으로 만들어지는 사상투쟁의 토대에는 단군이라는 정신적 배경이 굳게 자리하고 있었다. 또한 북로군정서 등의 대종교 무력투쟁의 배경에도 교학일여(敎學一如)를 통한 군교일치(軍敎一致)의 정신이 지탱하고 있었음은 물론, 임시정부 태동의 배경이나 활동에서도 단군의 정신 깊숙이 숨쉬고 있었다. 일제시기 민족운동의 정신적 배경으로 대종교를 일으킨 나철 등의지도층의 영향력은 실로 지대했다. 그것은 그들이 단군정신 상징하는 인물들로서, 수많은 교도들을 거느리고 그들 스스로가 개인의 영달과 명예를 뒤로한 채 멸사봉공(滅私奉公)을 통한 살신성인의 길을기꺼이 걸어갔기 때문이다. 특히 이러한 정신을 통한 항일투쟁의 과정에서 종교나 이념을 초월하여 단군정신으로 합심하였다는 것은, 우리 민족의 역사적 경험이 일깨우는 바와 같이, 우리에게 있어 단군의 상징적 의미가 무엇이라는 것을 분명히 가르쳐준 교훈이었다. 한편 투쟁의 질적(質的)인면에서도 단순한 증오와 구축을 위한 싸움이 아니라, 철학이 있는 싸움ㆍ정사(正邪)를 구별하는 싸움을 가능케 한 것도 바로 단군정신이다. 일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상ㆍ김동환 133이것은 단군정신의 궁극적 지향점인 홍익인간이라는 철학적 속성자체가 ‘너와 나’가 아닌 ‘우리’를 지향하는 삶이요, ‘닫힌 사회’를 넘어 ‘열린 사회’를 도모하는 것이며, ‘끼리만 사는 가치’가 아닌 ‘더불어 사는 가치’와 연결된다는 점에서, 근자에 회자되는 민족에 대한세계주의적 해석의 가능성도 열어두었던 것이다.

So systematic approach of the GEUKWON(極元)-Philosophy, the next task meaning in the Korean philosophy. 소래 김중건은 일제 식민지치하라는 역사가 만들어 낸 비운의 이상주의자다. 일찍이 한학을 익혀 서당을 운영했고, 신학문에 눈을 뜬후에는 국내와 만주를 무대로 수많은 학교를 세워 신교육에 헌신했다. 1909년 천도교에 입교하여 그의 사상적 포부를 바탕으로 조국독립을 꾀하려 했으나, 기존의 천도교단을 통한 독립운동에 크게 낙담을 했다. 그리고 고향으로 낙향한 뒤 독자적인 우주관을 정립하고 천도교 교단의 개혁을 촉구하는 등, 진보적 외침을 토해냈지만, 오히려이로 인해 출교를 당했다. 그 후 김중건은 잡지를 발행하여 사상계몽과 독립의식을 고취시키다 일제에 체포되는 등의 우여곡절을 겪었고, 북만주의 황무지 지역에 어복촌을 건설하여 공동 생산과 공동 분배가 이루어지는 이상적농촌공동체를 세우기도 했다. 이 어복촌의 공동체에서는 평소 교육과 군사 훈련이 동시에 이루어졌기 때문에, 만주사변 이후 부대를 일으켜 일본군과 전투를 벌이기도 했다. 이러한 역정에서 만들어진 철학이 극원철학이다. 주인이 주인 노릇을 할 때 사람이 곧 하늘이요하늘이 곧 사람이 된다고 외쳤던 그는, 한국적 사유관념이 녹아있는우주관·절대자관·인간관·세계관 등을 극원철학 속에 폭넓게 나타냈다. 우선 종교적인 교(敎)가 아닌 법(法)이나 도(道)를 강조하면서, 이론적·수리적 원종교(元宗敎)를 내세웠던 김중건의 자취에서 하느님관념이 확연 드러난다. 또한 그가 세운 원종교(元宗敎)의 원종(元宗)이 우리 전래의 종사상(倧思想)과도 밀접하다는 것도 확인할 수 있다. 한편 원·방·각 관념이 극원철학의 한 부분에 짙게 드러나고 있는데, 하늘·땅·사람에 연결시켜 설명한 김중건의 여러 내용에서그러한 사고가 그대로 투영된다. 더불어 그는 극원철학의 핵심 가운데 하나인 ‘원(元)’을 조물주의 개념으로 인식하였고, 하늘이란 땅과사람과 더불어 천·지·인 삼재(三才)의 권능으로 인식하였다. 또한인간의 문제 역시 3수의 논리로 파악했으며, 이러한 3의 수리가 곧‘1·3·3·1[一而分三 會三歸一]’의 원리로 운용됨을 피력했다.

미국 농협의 변화 사례와 시사점

This paper describes changes in U.S. agricultural cooperatives. Since the 1990s, U.S. agricultural cooperatives have merged together to enhance competitiveness and enlarged the scope of their business. There also emerged various organizational structures, such as marketing agency-in-common(MAC), subsidiaries, joint venture with investor-owned-companies, holding companies, and information sharing organization. In recent years, traditional cooperative models were transformed to new models, such as new generation cooperatives and the Wyoming cooperative model. In these new models, capital is raised by not only members` equity, but also external investors. Since the bankruptcy of Farmland Industries and Agway, more people became suspicious about sustainability of agricultural cooperatives. In order for agricultural cooperatives to sustain in the 21st century, the U.S. Department of Agriculture suggests the improvement of board system and organizational structure, the development of new growth strategies, an increase of equity capital, and intensification of education.

The number of Muslim tourists visiting Korea was 384,710 in 2010. Afterwards, amid continuous growth, Korea has entered the era of 1 million Muslim tourists, reaching 1,068,705 in 2019. One of the main reasons for the continuous increase in the number of Muslim tourists visiting Korea before the COVID-19 pandemic is the Muslim-friendly restaurant rating system project implemented by the Korea Tourism Organization. This project was promoted to provide correct food information to Muslim tourists visiting Korea with a full understanding of the distinction between foods that Muslims can eat and foods that cannot be eaten according to Shariah Islamic law, and received a positive response from Muslim tourists visiting Korea. However, the project, which was divided into five stages and implemented by the Korea Tourism Organization, began to be carried out by reducing it to four stages. As a result, the Korea Tourism Organization provides false restaurant information to Muslims visiting Korea against their religious beliefs. This study aims to identify which areas are problematic in the four-stage changed classification trough Islamic Sharia view and propose how to improve them to avoid argument from Muslims visiting Korea and to attract more Muslim tourists to Korea by providing halal food convenience.

고에너지 전자선 치료 시 폴리머-텅스텐 복합재의 차폐성능 평가

안구의 고에너지 전자선 치료에서 기존 텅스텐 차폐체와 저용융점 납 합금을 대체할 수 있는 폴리머 복합재의 임상적 활용 가능성을 평가하고자 하였다. 몬테카를로 전산모사를 이용하여 안구 부속기관별 차폐율 평가 결과, PLA+W 복합재는 6 MeV 전자선에서 4 mm, 9 MeV 전자선에서 6 mm 이상의 두께에서 기존 텅스텐 및 저용융점 납 합금과 유사한 차폐 성능을 보였다. PMMA+W 복합재는 6 MeV 전자선에서 2 mm 두께로도 저용융점 납 합금보다 높은 차폐율을 보였으며, 수정체의 민감 영역에서 90.3%의 차폐율로 텅스텐 차폐체와 유사한 성능을 나타내었다. 9 MeV 전자선에서는 2 mm 두께에서 다소 낮은 차폐율을 나타내었으나, 4 mm 두께에서는 텅스텐 차폐체와 동등한 차폐율을 보였다. 폴리머 복합재는 전자선 에너지에 따른 혼합물질의 비율과 두께 조정을 통해 기존 차폐체를 대체할 수 있을 것이며, 효과적인 차폐 재료로서 환자 맞춤형 차폐기구 제작으로도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical applicability of polymer composites as potential substitutes for conventional tungsten shields and low-melting-point lead alloys in high-energy electron beam therapy for the eye. Using monte carlo simulation, the shielding effectiveness of ocular adnexa was assessed. The results showed that PLA+W composites achieved shielding performance comparable to tungsten and lead alloys at thicknesses of 4 mm for 6 MeV electron beams and 6 mm for 9 MeV electron beams. PMMA+W composites demonstrated higher shielding effectiveness than lead alloys at 2 mm thickness for 6 MeV electron beams, achieving a shielding rate of 90.3% in the sensitive volume of the lens, comparable to that of tungsten shields. For 9 MeV electron beams, PMMA+W composites exhibited slightly lower shielding effectiveness at 2 mm thickness but achieved equivalent performance to tungsten shields at 4 mm thickness. Polymer composites, through adjustments in material composition and thickness according to electron beam energy, are considered viable alternatives to conventional shielding materials. Additionally, they hold potential for the development of patient-specific shielding devices as effective radiation protection materials.

산지유통전문조직 유통활성화 사업에 대한 소비지 거래처의 평가와 개선 방안

In order to nurture “Specialized Marketing Organizations in Producing Areas”, the Korean government provides them with funds for marketing expenses at low interest rates of three percent for three years. Government funds can be used as operating funds, such as cash in advance to producers, purchase funds, and maintenance expenses for distribution facilities. In this article, marketing programs carried out by specialized marketing organizations are evaluated by surveying buyers of large-scale retail firms and auctioneers of wholesale markets. The buyers and auctioneers evaluate marketing practices of agricultural cooperatives in producing areas to improve a little but not significantly. Since the cooperatives are poor in carrying out advertising and sales promotions, they have to spend more resources on advertising and sales promotions. In addition, the coopera- tives have to strengthen expertise of sales force, to improve packaging of products, and to have an ability to fill urgent orders and to handle claims effectively.
