Respiratory-deficient mutation and heat-inactivation were used for the selection of fusants after the protoplast fusion between polyploid yeasts. The protoplasts of the polyploid Saccharomyces kluveri were inactivated by heating the protoplasts at 50℃ for 30 min. The respiratory deficient mutants of S. cerevisiae were obtained by using acriflavine. The protoplasts of S. kluveri were fused with the protoplasts of the respiratory deficient mutants of S. cerevisiae and several fusants were formed with the fusion frequency of 6×10-6. The fermentation experiments with the fusants showed that many of the fusants exihibted the improved fermentability. Totally 125 strains of yeast able to ferment sugar were collected and their ethanoltolarance and related characteristics were examined. Five best strains were selected, identified, and found to belong to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces kluveri. Strain A identified as S. kluveri exhibited fermentation capacity in 15% (v/v) ethanol. The strain producing the highest ethanol content was strain 20-1 identified as S. cerevisiae, which produced 9.5%(w/v) from 25%(w/v) glucose after 3 days of fermentation. Strain 11-1 identified as S. cerevisiae exhibited the highest viability of 48.1% in the same fermentation condition.

<長門賦>是一種篇幅短小的抒情賦,有別於司馬相如的其他作品,其篇幅雖然比較短小,但是卻具有非常獨特的風格。這種風格是在別的作品裏罕見的。這部作品尤其從女人的角度描寫當代婦女受傷害的情緒,就超越傳統賦的題材,開駢體宮怨題材之先河。<長門賦>將離宮內外的景物同人物的情感有機地結合在一起,以景寫情,情中交融,在賦中別創一格。從<長門賦>中所能找到的最大文學意義是古代人對女性氣質的提煉和升華。司馬相如的其他作品可以用主文譎諫的方式解釋,而<長門賦>則不可做這樣牽強附會的解釋,是因爲他寫賦之前已眞情交感陳皇後的深切傷感。因此,<長門賦>這一作品不再是只代表一個女人的訴苦或男性讀者的玩物,既可以說作者眞正對人類苦惱具有深切同感。由於這個原因,這部作品就得到後代讀者的贊賞和共鳴,成爲千古不朽之作。
