구문 관계에 기반한 한국어 타동사 의미 모호성 해결을 위한 지도학습 방법

본 논문에서는 지도학습을 기반으로 하여 한국어 타동사의 의미 모호성을 해결하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 주어진 타동사와 문맥 내에 있는 주변 단어 사이의 구문 관계에 기반한 모든 단서를 이용하여 의미 모호성을 해결한다. 주어진 타동사의 특정 의미와 함께 출현하는 단서들에 대한 학습을 한 후, 시험 문장에서 구문 관계에 기반한 단서들을 추출하고, 이들 모든 단서를 통합적으로 고려하여 동사의 올바른 의미를 결정한다. 이 방법은 구문 관계를 고려하지 않은 주변 단어 외에 술어-논항, 수식어-피수식어, 인접어나 이들의 결합 형태 같은 구문 관계에 기반한 공기 정보를 모호성 해결의 단서로 사용한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 방법은 타동사의 모든 출현에 대해 가장 출현 빈도가 높은 의미를 부여하는 방법보다 나은 정확도를 보일 뿐 아니라, 구문 관계를 고려하지 않은 주변 단어를 사용한 방법보다 더 나은 결과를 보여 준다. We present a new approach for word sense disambiguation, specially for Korean transitive verb, based on supervised method. For word sense disambiguation, tins approach integrates a set of clues based on syntactic relations between a given verb and surrounding words in the context. After training on clues that co-occur with a specific sense of a given transitive verb, this approach extracts a set of clues based on syntactic relations in a set of test sentences and integrates a set of clues to disambiguate the sense of given transitive verb. We use not only an unordered set of surrounding words of a given ambiguous verb but also co-occurrences as a clue for disambiguation based on some syntactic relations such as predicate-argument, modifier-modified, adjacency, or mixture of them. The experimental results show that the accuracy of our disambiguation method is always better than the default strategy of assigning all occurrences to the most frequent sense. Moreover, it is better than a method which uses only an unordered set of surrounding words in the context.

In this paper, I point out some homography problems, semantic information about vacabularies was required. Therefore I present a model of conceptual structure to represent the semantic relations between concepts. The structure is constructed by is a relation and other relations. The node of conceptual structure has features such as [MOVABILE], [EATABLE], etc. I showed that the problems of homography were solved by using the sonseptual structure.
