        12주간의 웨이트트레이닝이 엘리트 골프선수의 하지 근력 및 근지구력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of scientific training method for great performance during Golf game by investigating the effect of long-term weight-training during 12 weeks on Muscular power and endurance in middle and high school female students. The subjects were composed of eight female golf players with official handicap 4.81.6. The change of leg muscular power and endurance at Cybex 770 was measured prior to end after 12 weeks weight-training program. The angular velocity 60o/sec, 5 times for muscular power, and the angular velocity 180o/sec, 25 times for endurance were applied to investigate. The variable of measure were peak torque, average power, and set total work. The results of this study were as follow: There was statistical difference both(right, left) knee flexor in peak torque and set total work in angular velocity 60o/sec before and after training. There was statistical difference at right knee flexor in peak torque and set total work, and at left knee flexor in all the variable of measure in angular velocity 180o/sec. There was statistical difference at right knee extensor in peak torque, and at left knee extensor in all the variable of measure in angular velocity 60o/sec. There was statistical difference both(right, left) knee extensor in all the variable of measure in angular velocity 180o/sec. It might be concluded that systematic long-term weight-training program is necessary for female elite golf players to improve their muscular power and endurance. 김광준, 전태원, 김광회, 정덕조, 우재홍, 신창호, 김효중, 정진욱. 12주간의 웨이트트레이닝이 엘리트 골프선수의 근력 및 근지구력에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제2호, 505-514, 2002. 본 연구는 장기간의 웨이트트레이닝이 중고등학교 여자 골프선수의 근력 및 근지구력 발달에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 골프 경기력 향상을 위한 과학적인 트레이닝 방법의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 8명의 여학생 골프선수(14.9 0.8)로 공인핸디캡 4.8 1.6인 엘리트 선수들로 하였다. 12주간 정해진 웨이트트레이닝 프로그램을 실시하고 트레이닝 전후 근력의 변화는 등속성근력계(Cybex 770)를 이용하여 다리부위의 근력 및 근지구력을 측정하였다. 근력의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 각속도 60o/sec에서 5회 실시하였고, 근지구력의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 각속도 180o/sec에서 25회 실시하였으며, 측정변인은 peak torque, average power, set total work로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS통계프로그램을 이용하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 슬관절의 굴곡근은 각속도 60o/sec의 좌측 peak torque, set total work, 우측 peak torque, set total work에서 트레이닝 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며(p<.05), 각속도 180o/sec의 우측 peak torque, set total work, 좌측의 peak torque, average power, set total work에서 트레이닝 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 슬관절의 신전근은 각속도 60o/sec의 우측 peak torque, 좌측의 peak torque, average power, set total work에서 트레이닝 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며(p<.05), 각속도 180o/sec의 좌측 peak torque, average power, set total work우측의 peak torque, average power, set total wokr에서 트레이닝 전후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05).

        장기간의 웨이트와 스트레칭의 복합트레이닝이 골프선수의 근력 및 유연성에 미치는 영향

        김광준, 전태원, 엄우섭, 이동기, 박익렬, 김은경, 서한교, 전병환, 강서정, 박동호. 장기간의 웨이트와 스트레칭의 복합트레이닝이 골프선수의 근력 및 유연성에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제12권 제2호, 243-252, 2003. 본 연구는 장기간의 복합트레이닝이 중·고등학교 여자 골프선수의 근력 및 유연성 발달에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 골프 경기릭 향상을 위한 과학적인 트레이닝 방법의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 8명의 여학생 골프선수(14.9 ± 0.8)로 공인핸디캡 4.8 ± 1.6인 엘리트 선수들로 하였다. 12주간 정해진 웨이트트레이닝과 스트레칭 프로그램을 실시하고 트레이닝 전·후 근력의 변화는 등속성근력계(Cybex 770)를 이용하여 좌측 어깨와 몸통 그리고 좌측 손목의 근력을 측정하였다. 어깨와 몸통은 각속도 60o/sec, 90o/sec, 손목은 각속도 60˚/sec에서 각각 측정하였으며, 측정변인은 peak torque(PT), average power(AP), set total work(STT)로 하였다. 트레이닝 전·후 유연성은 체전굴, 체후굴, 어깨 회전각도의 변화로 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 어깨의 외전근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 average power와 90˚/sec의 모든 요인에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며(p<.05), 어깨의 내전근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 peak torque, average power와 90˚/sec의 모든 요인에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 어깨의 굴곡근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 set total work와 90˚/sec의 peak torque에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며(p<.05), 어깨의 신전근은 각속도 60˚/sec, 90˚/sec의 모든 요인에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 손목의 척골근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 peak torque, set total work에서, 요골근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 모든 요인에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 몸통의 굴곡근은 각속도 60˚/sec의 peak torque와 90˚/sec의 peak torque, average power에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며(p<.05), 몸통의 신전근은 각속도 60˚/sec, 90˚/sec의 peak torque, average power에서 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 유연성은 체전굴, 체후굴, 어깨회전 각도 모두 트레이닝 전·후 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 결론적으로 중·고등학교 여자 골프선수들의 골프 경기력 향상에 기본이 될 수 있는 근력 및 유연성 향상을 위해서는 웨이트트레이닝과 스트레칭 프로그램의 복합트레이닝이 체계적으로 이루어질 필요성이 있다고 생각된다. The results of this study were as follow : There was statistical difference at shoulder abductor in AP in angular velocity 60o/sec and all the variable of measure in angular velocity 90o/sec before and after training. There was statistical difference at shoulder flexor in STT in angular velocity 60o/sec and PT in angular velocity 90o/sec before and after training. There was statistical difference at shoulder extensor in all the variable of measure in angular velocity 60o/sec and 90o/sec before and after training. There was statistical difference at wrist ulnar deviator in PT and STT in angular velocity 60o/sec and at wrist radial deviator in all the variable of measure in angular velocity 60o/sec. There was statistical difference at trunk flexor in PT in 60o/sec and in PT, AP in 90o/sec before and after training and at trunk extensor in PT, AP in angular velocity 60o/sec and 90o/sec before and after training. There was statistical difference at flexibility in all the variable of measure before and after training. It might be concluded that systematic long-term complex training program is necessary for female elite golf players to improve their muscular power and flexibility.

        Prenatal screening for neural tube defects: from maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein to ultrasonography

        The two main screening tests during pregnancy are those for chromosomal abnormalities and neural tube defects(NTDs). In particular, for NTDs, measurement of maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (MSAFP) levels early in the secondtrimester (15-18 weeks of gestation) has been considered the gold standard screening test for the past 4 decades. However, with remarkable technological advancements and the widespread use of ultrasound during those periods,mid-trimester ultrasonography has gradually replaced the role of measuring MSAFP levels as a screening method forNTDs. This change was initiated more about 10 years ago in some countries, which have issued national guidelinesto use mid-trimester ultrasonography instead of measuring MSAFP levels as a prenatal screening method for NTDs. However, no significant changes have occurred in Korea, where second-trimester ultrasonography is routinelyperformed with high-quality equipment. We aimed to provide information regarding the importance of changing thescreening method for NTDs from MSAFP measurement to ultrasonography, and to detail methods of implementingmid-trimester ultrasonography for screening purposes. We also share our experience of operating a prenataldiagnostic program for NTDs without using MSAFP for more than 15 years.

        Effects of Long Term Periodization Training in Korean Male Elite Golfers

        [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to develop the periodization training for elite golfers and investigate the effect of the program for elite golfers. [Methods] Eighteen male participants were divided into training group (TG: n=8) and control group (CG: N=10). The periodization consists of flexibility and strength training and conducted for 20weeks. To examine the effects of training program, physical fitness (isometric muscle strength, flexibility, isotonic maximum strength, muscle power, muscle endurance, isokinetic trunk muscle strength) and driver performance (launch angle, club head speed, ball speed, and carry distance of the driver shot) were measured after 20 weeks of training. [Results] Back muscle strength, shoulder flexibility, isotonic maximum strength, muscle power, club-head speed, ball speed, carry distance showed significant interaction. [Conclusion] These results suggest that periodization training for 20-weeks turned out to be an effective in improving physical fitness and driver performance in Korean elite golfers. Therefore, not only during the preparation period but also the competition period, scientific physical training should be maintained in order to improve the physical function and driver performance.

      • 전부도재관용 레진시멘트의 생체적합성에 관한 연구 : Ceramic Crown

        This study was investigated to evaluate the biocompatibility of resin cements for all- ceramic crowns. The resin cements used in this study were Panavia F (Kuraray Co., Ltd. Japan), Variolink Ⅱ(Vivadent Ets., Schann / Liechtenstein), and Bistite Ⅱ(Bistite dual cure resin cement-clear, Tokuyama Soda Co., Japan). The viability of normal human oral keratocytes, gingival fibroblast, and gingival fibroblast immortalized by Human Papilloma virus 16 was measured in vitro for evaluation of cytotoxicity on resin cements, and the response of pulp tissue was analyzed and evaluated with light microscope after application of cements at cutting edge of incisors. The followings were drawn from this study : 1. The normal human oral keratocytes was the most sensitive to toxicity of resin cement, and toxicity of cements was higher in Bistite Ⅱ than in Variolink Ⅱ. 2. The cell viability of immortalized gingival fibroblast did not affected by type of cement and cultivation period, but there was a tendency that cytotoxicity in Bistite Ⅱ was higher than in Variolink Ⅱ. 3. The cell viability of gingival fibroblast was similar to that of immortalized gingival fibroblast regardless of cement type, but Bistite Ⅱ showed more toxic than others after 5 days cultivation 4. The responses of pulp tissue according to cement type were similar after 2 days cultivation, but revealed high toxicity in Bistite Ⅱ after 10 days cultivation.

        주니어 골프선수의 경기력 예측을 위한 불안과 수행의 관계

        This study is to find the relationship between competitive state anxiety and performance of junior golf players and to investigate how such a relationship has changed by game types among both high level player and non-high level player. For this purpose, the data, which is collected from 12 junior golf player participants using competitive state anxiety inventory, were analyzed through the study procedure to determine the relationship with performance. As the results, competitive state anxiety has a partial correlation with accuracy rate of fairway and green, the number of putts, and score. Also, there are differences between practice and real games in the cases of anxiety and confidence in the high-handicap group. Finally, the player who has outstanding skills shows difference between anxiety, game types and performance compared with non-high level player. Therefore, the results are discussed with a theoretical view of anxiety and filed application.
