해양오염방지관리인 교육 제도의 개정에 관한 고찰 - 해양오염방지법과 해양환경관리법의 비교분석을 중심으로 -

국내에서는 해양오염을 예방하기 위하여 해양오염방지관리인 제도를 운영하고 있다. 2007년 1월 19일 해양환경관리법(법률 제8260호)이 제정되어 2008년 1월 20일부터 시행으로 됨으로써 1977년 제정되어 시행되어 오던 해양오염방지법이 폐지됨에 따라 해양오염방지관리인 교육 제도에도 변화가 생겼다. 주요 개정 내용은 교육훈련기관, 교육훈련과정, 교육훈련대상자, 해양오염방지관리인 업무내용 및 준수사항, 해앙시설의 범위, 교육과목 등이다. Marine pollution prevention manager system has been operated for the purpose of preventing marine pollution from ships and marine facilities in Korea. As a new "marine environment management act" replacing an old "marine pollution prevention low" had entered into force from January 20, 2008, the education system for marine pollution prevention manager is to change in some ways. Major changes in education/training institutions, education/training courses, trainees, marine pollution prevention manager's works and business, marine facilities and educational subjects are summarized, comparing between old "marine pollution prevention act" and new "marine environment management act".
채널 유동장 내에 배열된 전자부품의 강제대류 냉각 특성에 관한 연구(I) -채널과 발열부품의 높이 비(H/B)의 영향(히트싱크가 부착되지 않은 경우)-

Present study is concerned with an experimental study on the cooling characteristics of heat-generating components arranged in channels which are made by printed circuit boards. To assess the thermal performance of the heat-generating components arranged by $5\times11$ in flow channel, three variables are used: the velocity of the fluid at the entrance, the height of channel, and row number of the component. The cooling characteristics of the heat-generating components such as the surface temperature rise, the adiabatic temperature rise, the adiabatic heat transfer coefficient, and the effect of thermal wake are compared with the result of the experiment and the numerical analysis. Based on the experiment analysis, some conclusions can be drawn: First of all, the experiment and numerical analysis are identical comparatively; the heat transfer coefficient increases as H/B decreases. Howeve., when H/B is over 7.2, the effect of H/B is rather trivial. The effect is the biggest at the first component from the entrance, and it decreases until the fully developed flow, where it becomes very consistent. The thermal wake function calculated for each row decreases as H/B increases.

An experimental study for the comparison of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies between $A^2/O$ and modified Phostrip (M-Phostrip process) were carried out with bench-scale reactors. In case of nitrogen removal efficiencies both of processes showed similar ones when influent organic loadings were high. However, M-phostrip process was more effective than $A^2/O$ at low organic loadings. This is why M-phostrip process consumes the whole mass of influent organics as a carbon sources for denitrification in anoxic reactor but the anoxic reactor of $A^2/O$ process utilizes the residual carbon followed by consumming a part of influent carbon for phosphorus release in anaerobic reactor. $A^2/O$ process required the influent COD/T-P and COD/TKN ratios were more than 56 and 10, respectively, to take place the phosphorus release in anaerobic process and phosphorus uptake in oxic process. However, the luxury uptake of phosphorus in M-phostrip process was not affected by influent COD/T-P and COD/TKN ratios and the adverse effect of nitrate in return sludge introduced to the p-stripper from the 2nd clarifier was not significant due to the configurational advantage of the p-stripper.
프로젝션 용접 전극을 위한 시효경화성 Cu-2.0wt%Be 합금의 미세조직과 기계적성질

Evaluations of the microstructure and mechanical properties of age hardenable Cu-2.0wt%Be alloy are performed in order to determine whether it can be used as a welding electrode for projection welding. The microstructure examinations, hardness measurements, and tensile tests of selective aging conditions are conducted. The results indicate that the aging treatment with the fine-grained microstructure exhibits better hardness and high tensile properties than those of the coarse-grained microstructure. The highest hardness value and high tensile strength are obtained from the aged condition of $300^{\circ}C$ for 360 min due to the presence of the metastable ${\dot{\gamma}}$ precipitates on the grain boundaries. The values of the highest hardness and tensile strength are measured as 374 Hv and 1236.2 MPa, respectively. The metastable ${\dot{\gamma}}$ precipitates are transferred to the equilibrium ${\gamma}$ precipitates due to the over-aged treatment. The presence of the ${\gamma}$ precipitates appears as nodule-like precipitates decorated around the grain boundaries. The welding electrode with the best aging treated condition exhibits better welding performance for electrodes than those of electrodes used previously.

본 연구의 목적은 생산현장의 생산성향상을 위한 낭비를 분석하여 객관적이고, 과학적으로 현장낭비를 종합적으로 분석하여 이를 개선함으로써, 최적의 생산 라인을 구축하여 원가절감을 하고, 나아가 기업경쟁력을 강화하고자 한다. 많은 기업들이 현장의 낭비를 분석하는데 있어서 명확한 로드 맵이 없어 기존의 IE(Industrial Engineering)기법과 응용 IE기법을 기업현실과 상황을 고려하여 각각 활용, 그 성과측면에서의 아쉬움을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 생산혁신 프로세스는 조립라인, 가공라인, 자동화 라인 등에 존재하는 모든 낭비를 분석할 수 있도록 추진 단계별로 고전 IE 및 응용 IE 기법을 체계적으로 정리함으로써 생산현장의 낭비를 종합적으로 분석/파악하여 전체 낭비가 얼마나 존재하며, 이를 개선하기 위한 선택과 집중을 기할 수 있도록 개선성과를 극대화하고, 개선활동계획 수립에 기여하고자 함이다. This paper study is for enhance the productivity. The purpose of this study is save the cost and contribute the enhancing company's competitiveness by analysis overall wastes in production line and improve the wastes in production line. Many company does not have clear process for analysis the wastes in production line. so they use classical IE tool and advanced IE tool by considering their current situation but the result was not so effective. The study to arrange the classic IE and advanced IE by each step to analysis the wastes by each production line include assembly line and processing line and automation line so that we can predict the mount of the overall wastes and easily select / focus on the tool for maximize the improvement result. It will contribute to establish the mid term and long term improvement activity plan.
