        西洋服 製作用語에 관한 硏究 : 敎育用語와 現場用語의 現況分析 An Analysis of the Status of Educational Terminologies and the Terminologies Used in Practice

        In order to control the formaldehyde release from D.P. finished fabric, cotton fabric was padded in DMDHEU resin bath containing either Zn(NO,)2 or MgC12 catalyst and a formaldehyde scavenger like Glycerol, Sorbitol, Formamide, Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA, n=2000) or diols, then dried and cured. The results are as follows: 1. When Lewis acid catalyst like Zn(N0_3)_2 or MgCl_2 was added in pad bath, the fabric finished with Zn(N0_3)_2 catalyst released the lower formaldehyde than with MgCl_2. 2. When the effect of pad bath pH was examined with varying the kinds of catalyst and the scavenger, it was found that the pad bath pH influenced on the amount of formaldehyde release and the optimum pad bath pH is at 4.3. Especially, in case of finishing at pad bath pH 4.3 with adding Formamide, the amount of formaldehyde release was decreased by about 45-35% with Zn(N0_)_2, while by about 20∼45% with MgCl_2 catalyst. In case of varying the concentration of a scavenger (Formamide), 1% concentration of a scavenger was found to be the optimum level and the higher the curing temperature up to 180℃, the lesser the amount of formaldehyde release were observed. 3. When the diol was used as scavenger, the amount of formaldehyde release was decreased by about 40-50%, but the longer the intramolecular length between OH groups, the lesser the amount of decrease of formaldehyde release were observed. 4. When the mixture of scavengers (Formamide and Glycerol) was added in the pad bath, .synergistic effect on formaldehyde release between the two scavengers wasn't observed. 5. The tensile strength of the resin finished fabric was reduced with increasing the pad bath pH and was influenced by the kind of scavengers, and the tensile strength was severely reduced when scavengers, especially Formamide, was added. The wrinkle recovery property is generally improved by resin finish on cotton fabric. When Formamide was added, the wrinkle recovery property is slightly decreased compared with that of the fabrics resin finished without a scavenger, and when polyol was added, the wrinkle recovery property showed almost no change.

        In order to evaluate the antimicrobial effect of 1.4-naphthoquinone derivatives, we newly synthesized several 2-chloro and 2-bromo-1.4-naphthoquinones and subjectd to antibacterial and antifungal activities, in vitro, against Escherichia coli NIHJ< Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538p, Candida albicans 10231 and Tricophton mentagrophtes 6085. Among these derivatives 2 and 7 showed the potent antibacterial activities. 2, 7 and 11 have the antifungal activities.

      • 2007학년도 진로 의식조사 : 제주대학교 3, 4학년 재학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the career consciousness of Cheju national university students and to provide basic matehals that can be some help to the career guidance and counseling. The data were obtained through a number of senior and junior students at Cheju national university in December 2007. From the gathered information, which resulted in 202 responses that have been used in the study, were analyzed by frequency using SPSS/PC 12.0 program. The result of this study are the following : First, we need to provide practical education to help the student employment and to increase the interest in major by strengthening the major training course. Second, we need to provide various information related to employment around the country. Most students gain career information from their friends and seniors, and mass media, not from school. The thoughtful consideration of finance and policy is requested which can offer systematic information in school, in order that they may easily adapt themselves to their environment. Third, various career counseling programs need to be developed and applied to each student according to their leaming stages. The field of support is increase of job preparation education, english education, strengthening the major training course and the interview training course. Fourth, we need to develop various programs considering necessity and specific of each college. Fifth, it need to be aproached the career guidance according to their gender. Women's needs of job-seeking were very intensive but their preparation level is relatively low. Colleges' career support system and organization utility were uneffective because their programs were not specified for women, It is important to offer various counsel and guidance to women. Sixth, a professor of college needs to increase career counsel with their students, It is important to job-seeking of students. In addition, the limitations of the study and possible follow-up projects are proposed in the conclusion section.

      • 폐결핵 초치료 환자들의 치료 결과에 영향을 주는 요인

        Objectives : To figure out the factors related to the failure of primary pulmonary tuberculosis(Tb) treatment and to enhance the efficiency of the treatment. Methods and Materials : The subjects were 137 Tb patients composed of the two groups; 44 failure cases and 93 success cases who admitted in National Masan Tuberculosis Hospital during 2001. The failure means no improvement with the standard short term regimen of INH and RFP. Patients' informations were gathered through medical records and face-to-face interview survey, and, the data were analyzed with SPSS(ver 10.0). Results : Mean age of the subjects were 47.6 years. Most cases were diagnosed at clinics or hospitals at first, due to the symptoms. No difference in smoking and alcohol habits between the two groups. The cases who got the informations about the whole process of treatment, and following regular regimens were more in the success group. The proportion of multi-drug resistance to the regular primary Tb regimen was higher in the failure group 8 cases out of 25 detectable failure cases. 0 case among 46 successful cases. And the four regular regimen(INH, RFP, EMB, PZA) was popular type of the resistance. In chest X-ray, multiply involved lesion(≥ two lobes), atelectasis and pleurisy were more frequent in the failure group. Conclusion : The major factors that enhance the efficiency of Tb treatment were the informations and compliance. Enough explanation about the whole process would be essential during Tb treatment, and, in case of MDR-Tb, susceptible regimen and surgical therapy should be considered.

        그래스볼과 블룸의 정의적 영역 학습목표 모형 비판

        The study is concerned with the critique of the affective objectives of Krathwohl and Bloom. The study is looking for the answer to whether the model of Krathwohl and Bloom for the current teaching is still valid. The essay deals with four arguments. The first argument of the them is concerned with definition of the concept “affective”. This turned out to be positive and negative emotional response as a pedagogical point of view. The second argument concerns the function and conditional description of the objectives on the paper. The third issue deals with the analysis of the structure Krathwohl and Bloom's model. The key argument is focused primarily on the concepts of value judgments, the organization of values, characterization. The study gives suggestions to order the concepts of the taxonomy of value judgments, organization and characterization in the series of collecting value, value analysis, value judgments, value selection, and value designation. The fourth aspect is concerned about the interpretation of the term “sequentiality of the behavior”, “internalization”. My work will give us the basic aspects and serve to further study for the development of the new model on the affective objectives. 본 연구는 첫째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 “정의” 개념에는 감정은 체험된다는 사실이 학습목표로 제시되어 있지 않다. 정의의 개념 뜻에 인지적 판단과 함께 마찬가지로 감정은 “체험된다”는 부분을 학습목표에 적용해야 한다. 이는 불확실한 감정을 표현하고 미적 감정을 체험하는 능력, 이를 통한 능동적 감정조절과 발달을 꾀할 수 있다는 측면에서 필요하다. 즉, 정의적 영역의 학습목표는 학습자에게 긍정적 학습태도나 행동만 목표할 것이 아니라 방어적 부정적 반응을 분출시킬 수 있고, 이를 반성하며, 자신의 정서적 동기에 적절한 감정조절을 하고, 내면화하는 능력에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 둘째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 정의적 영역의 학습목표 서술은 관찰할 수 있는 인지적 행동과 태도로 한정하고 있다. 그러나 미술과의 특성을 살리기 위해서는 비가시적 정서 역시 목표로 서술되어야 한다. 셋째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 정의적 영역 학습목표 개념의 서열은 유기적 구속성을 가지고 내면화에 목표를 두고 있다. 그러나 그것은 유기적 계열에 들지 못한 다른 학습목표 수용을 어렵게 하며, 수용한다 하더라도 서열구조의 논리성, 일관성 그리고 연속성의 함정에 빠지기 쉽다. 그러므로 그래스볼과 블룸의 모델은 계열화된 학습목표가 과연 학습자의 능동적 자기표현, 자기인식, 긍정적 적극적 감정쌓기, 자기조절이 가능한가에 대한 답을 주지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 학습목표 모델에 들어가는 개념을 서열화하기 보다는 미술과에서 중심 되는 개념들을 발굴하고 이를 교수-학습 주제에 따라 선택적으로 적용하는 것도 고려해볼만하다. 넷째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 정의적 영역의 학습목표에서 감수, 반응, 가치판단, 가치체계 조직, 인격화 개념 계열은 인지적 판단을 요하는 개념들로서 인지적 영역과 함께 감상수업에서 적절히 추구될 수 있다. 그러나 가치판단, 가치체계 조직, 인격화의 계열구조는 현대의 정보이론과 구성주의 교수이론에 기초하여 가치수렴, 가치조율, 가치평가, 가치채택, 가치개념화, 가치체계조직, 인격화 순으로 계열하여 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 학습이 자극-반응식의 수업으로 일어나기에는 교실의 사회적 환경이 달라졌기 때문이다. 논문은 새로운 개념들을 추가하여 서열구조를 재구성하여 제시하였다. 다섯째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 내면화 개념은 개인적 내면화에 한정되어 있다. 그러나 다원화된 사회 변화 그리고 현대미술교수학과 구성주의 교수학의 시각에서 볼 때, 학급이라는 사회 집단 속에서의 학습목표는 내면화 뿐 아니라 사회화 개념을 강조하는 것이 바람직하다. 이를 위해 사회적 영역의 학습목표 계발이 필요하다. 여섯째, 그래스볼과 블룸의 학습목표는 감상을 위한 모델로 계발된 것이다. 그러므로 제작과 미적체험 그리고 감상을 아우르는 새로운 정의적 학습목표 계발이 필요하다. 대부분의 교수학 문헌에 소개되는 그래스볼과 블룸의 정의적 영역의 학습목표에 대한 연구를 하면서 필자는 이들의 모델은 연속성과 일관성을 가진 학습목표 모델임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그럼에도 필자는 교수학습 계획안에 정의적 영역의 학습목표를 세울 때마다 목표 서술이 궁색하고 한정적이라는 생각에서 벗어나기 어려웠다. 연구를 하는 동안 정의적 개념의 불확실함과 범주화가 어렵다는 것을 인식하면서 그래스볼과 블룸의 고충 역시 충분히...
