The essential factor of the annual salary system, an effective managing system on employee's pay, is the level of employees' satisfaction on pay. On the basis of this the study investigated the employees' pay satisfaction whether the annual salary system was applied or not. For empirical examination employees who were working for 5 tourist hotels in kyongju were considered. As a result of analyzing there were meaningful differences in the level of pay satisfaction between employees applied the annual salary system and employees not applied. And there were differences in the level of overall pay satisfaction among employees by the personal characteristics. In addition, using the stepwise regression analysis, author found that employees' overall pay satisfaction was significantly affected by some variables on pay.

We measured the group velocity of pulse propagation from negative delay to positive delay in a coherently prepared atomic medium and were able to control the group velocity of pulse propagation by changing the coupling laser intensities, the laser polarizations, and the optical pumping powers. The change from negative delay to positive delay in a coherently prepared atomic medium was theoretically explained through the density matrix equations by changes in the refractive index of the medium from EIA(Electromagnetically induced absorption) to EIT(Electromagnetically induced transparency) due to atomic coherences between Zeeman sublevels. The measured group velocity was the fastest optical pulse speed, -c/15,600, possible due to abnormal dispersion based on the EIA phenomenon. By changing the intensity of the coupling laser in the same transition line, we could vary control the group velocity of the pulse from -c/15,600 to c/3,900, which was possible due to a change from anomalous dispersion to normal dispersion. We were able to control the group velocity by adjusting the polarizations of the lasers and by adding a pump laser. 결맞는 상호작용을 하는 원자 매질에서 광펄스의 전파속도를 초광속에서 초저속까지 변화시킬 수 있었다. 결합광의 세기, 레이저의 편광, 그리고 광펌핑의 세기에 따라서 전파 속도가 변화하는 것을 관측하였으며, 이는 전자기 유도 흡수(EIA) 현상과 전자기 유도 투과(EIT) 현상이 세슘 D$_2$ F = 4 $\leftrightarrow$ F' = 5 전이선 내의 자기 부준위들 사이의 원자 결맞음 상호작용에 의해서 원자매질을 고굴절 매질로 변화시키기 때문이라는 것을 밀도행렬 방정식을 통하여 이론적으로 설명할 수 있었다. 관측한 광펄스의 군속도는 현재까지 측정된 가장 빠른 속도인, $-c$/15,600 으로 이러한 군속도는 EIA에 의한 급격한 이상분산에 의해서 가능하였다. 동일한 전이선에서 결합광의 세기만을 증가시켜 광펄스의 군속도를 $c$/3,900인 초저속으로 줄일 수 있었는데 이것은 원자증기가 EIA 매질에서 EIT 매질로 전환되어 정상분산매질이 되었기 때문에 가능하였다. 이 밖에도 레이저 편광을 조절하거나 펌핑광을 추가함으로써 군속도를 연속적으로 제어할 수 있었다.

This Study focuses on the suggestion of a design proposal of No-Dong Town Hall renovation, Gyeongju City. Analyzing the function of city core, this study attempts to solve many problem stemming from city center. According to this renovation program, I suggest mainly a parking lots, vest pocket park plan as short-term development, tourism and cultural information centers as long-term development strategy. This design programs consist of gallery, concert hall, administration facilities, computing center, restaurants, parking, outdoor recreation park etc. I design this complex building as adoption of multi-function, and concentration on any facilities easily access to neighbors and open to every citizens.
